Optimal Light Intensity and Nitrogen-to-Phosphorus Ratio for Growth of Nitzschia capitellata Hust.

Objective] The aim was to explore the potential of Nitzschia capitel ata as excel ent baits and bioenergy, and the optimal light intensity and nitrogen-to-phos-phorus (N/P) ratio suitable for its growth were researched as wel . [Method] With light intensity gradient set, Nitzschia capitel ata was cultured with the same nutrients at (25 ±1) ℃ and light cycle at 12 h/d to select optimal light intensity. Then, Nitzschia capitel ata was cultured with the same condition, and nitrogen-to-phospho-rus ratios at 5∶1, 6∶1, 7∶1 and 8∶1. [Result] With light intensity at 3 000 lx, specific growth rate and standing stock achieved the highest at 0.51 d-1 and 7.97×104 cel s/ml. The growth condition with nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio at 6∶1 was the most suitable for Nitzschia capitel ata growth. [Conclusion] The optimal light intensity and nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio were 3 000 lx and 6∶1, respectively, for Nitzschia capitel ata. 展开更多

Experimental realization of single-shot nonadiabatic holonomic gates in nuclear spins 被引量:5

Nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computation has received increasing attention due to its robustness against control errors. However, all the previous schemes have to use at least two sequentially implemented gates to realize a general one-qubit gate. Based on two recent reports, we construct two Hamiltonians and experimentally realized nonadiabatic holonomic gates by a single-shot implementation in a two-qubit nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) system. Two noncommuting one-qubit holonomic gates, rotating along .~ and ~ axes respectively, are implemented by evolving a work qubit and an ancillary qubit nonadiabatically following a quantum circuit designed. Using a sequence compiler developed for NMR quantum information processor, we optimize the whole pulse sequence, minimizing the total error of the implementation. Finally, all the nonadiabatic holonomic gates reach high unattenuated experimental fidelities over 98%. 展开更多

The Essence of More Nonlocality with Less Entanglement in Bell Tests

In this paper, we will explore the essence of the phenomenon that state with less entanglement may generate greater Bell violation in the two-qubit Bell tests with CH-type inequalities, i.e., more nonlocality with less entanglement. We will show that this interesting but counterintuitive phenomenon is caused by the rotational asymmetry of the nonmaximally entangled state in the measurement plane. This asymmetry allows the both-side detection probabilities and the one-side detection probabilities obtain their maximal values with nonmaximally entangled state. But the maximal Bell violation may not always happen on nonmaximally entangled state, because these probabilities will compete with each other, and the Bell violation behaves differently for various CH-type inequalities. 展开更多

In this present paper,we study the entanglement dynamics in qubit A-qutrit B pair under x component of Dzyaloshinshkii-Moriya interaction(D_x)by taking an auxiliary qubit C.Here,we consider an entangled qubit-qutrit pair initially prepared in two parameter qubit-qutrit states and one auxiliary qubit prepared in pure state interacts with the qutrit of the pair through DM interaction.We trace away the auxiliary qubit and calculate the reduced dynamics in qubit A-qutrit B pair to study the influence of the state of auxiliary qubit C and D_x on entanglement.We find that the state(probability amplitude)of auxiliary qubit does not influence the entanglement,only D_x influences the same.The phenomenon of entanglement sudden death(ESD)induced by D_x has also been observed.We also present the affected and unaffected two parameter qubit-qutrit states by D_x. 展开更多
