数据-知识混合驱动的压裂球座坐封有效性智能诊断方法

水平井桥塞分段压裂时的桥塞球座坐封有效性实时诊断是其关键环节,若球座坐封失效,将无法正常进行后续作业,目前主要依靠人工观察井口压力变化特征,难以快速准确判识。为此,融合专家经验定性判识和坐封数据特征挖掘定量标注,滑动窗口数... 水平井桥塞分段压裂时的桥塞球座坐封有效性实时诊断是其关键环节,若球座坐封失效,将无法正常进行后续作业,目前主要依靠人工观察井口压力变化特征,难以快速准确判识。为此,融合专家经验定性判识和坐封数据特征挖掘定量标注,滑动窗口数据切片形成5792组标签数据,优选井口压力–排量二维输入的长短期记忆神经网络,建立了压裂球座坐封有效性智能诊断模型,并采用欠采样平衡数据集方式提升模型预测精度。结果表明,井口压力呈现显著的陡升—陡降—平缓上升的三阶段特征,若井口压力缺失某个阶段特征,则为坐封失效;井口压力斜率统计值分布范围较大,无法形成明确规则实现准确诊断。采用人工智能技术学习不同井口压力形态的有效/无效坐封数据特征,实现了每秒输出诊断结果,测试集准确率96.8%,验证集准确率84.3%。研究结果为桥塞球座坐封有效性实时自动诊断提供了方法。 展开更多

In spacecraft electronic devices,the deformation of solder balls within ball grid array(BGA)packages poses a significant risk of system failure.Therefore,accurately measuring the mechanical behavior of solder balls is crucial for ensuring the safety and reliability of spacecraft.Although finite element simulations have been extensively used to study solder ball deformation,there is a significant lack of experimental validation,particularly under thermal cycling conditions.This is due to the challenges in accurately measuring the internal deformations of solder balls and eliminating the rigid body displacement introduced during ex-situ thermal cycling tests.In this work,an ex-situ three-dimensional deformation measurement method using X-ray computed tomography(CT)and digital volume correlation(DVC)is proposed to overcome these obstacles.By incorporating the layer-wise reliability-guided displacement tracking(LW-RGDT)DVC with a singular value decomposition(SVD)method,this method enables accurate assessment of solder ball mechanical behavior in BGA packages without the influence of rigid body displacement.Experimental results reveal that BGA structures exhibit progressive convex deformation with increased thermal cycling,particularly in peripheral solder balls.This method provides a reliable and effective tool for assessing internal deformations in electronic packages under ex-situ conditions,which is crucial for their design optimization and lifespan predictions. 展开更多

Although geophysical monitoring techniques for CO2 sequestration have grown out of conventional oil and gas geophysical exploration techniques, it takes a long time to conduct geophysical monitoring, and there are many barriers and challenges. In this paper, with the initial objective of performing CO2 sequestration, we studied the geophysical tasks associated with evaluating geological storage sites and monitoring CO2 sequestration. Based on our review of the scope of geophysical monitoring techniques and our experience in domestic and international carbon capture and sequestration projects, we analyzed the inherent difficulties and our experiences in geophysical monitoring techniques, especially, with respect to 4D seismic acquisition, processing, and interpretation. 展开更多

Void defect detection in BGA solder joints using mathematical morphology

X-ray nondestructive machines are used to make voids visible as lighter areas inside the solder joints in X-ray images for detection However, it has always been difficult to analyze this problem automatically because of some challenges such as noise, inconsistent lighting and void-like artifacts. This study realized accurate extraction and automatic a-nalysis of void defects in solder joints by adopting a technical proposal, in which Otsu algorithm was used to segment solder balls and void defects were extracted through opening and closing operations and top-hat transformation in mathematical mor-phology. Experimental results show that the technical proposal mentioned here has good robustness and can be applied in the detection of voids in BGA solder joints. 展开更多

Based on Biot’s wave equation, this paper discusses the transient response of a spherical cavity with a partially sealed shell embedded in viscoelastic saturated soil. The analytical solution is derived for the transient response to an axisymmetric surface load and fluid pressure in Laplace transform domain. Numerical results are obtained by inverting the Laplace transform presented by Durbin, and are used to analyze the influences of the partial permeable property of boundary and relative rigidity of shell and soil on the transient response of the spherical cavity. It is shown that the influence of these two parameters is remarkable. The available solutions of permeable and impermeable boundary without shell are only two extreme cases of this paper. 展开更多

针对传统施工程序无法解决坚硬岩石止水环隙很小(仅3 mm)钻孔的同径止水及分层抽水试验问题,以山西某水文地质参数井为研究对象,采用现场和室内综合试验的方法,对同径止水方案、材料、技术、分层抽水等工艺进行研究。结果表明:(1)同径... 针对传统施工程序无法解决坚硬岩石止水环隙很小(仅3 mm)钻孔的同径止水及分层抽水试验问题,以山西某水文地质参数井为研究对象,采用现场和室内综合试验的方法,对同径止水方案、材料、技术、分层抽水等工艺进行研究。结果表明:(1)同径止水装置经过特殊的“外掏内缩”设计与制作,使止水外环间隙由3 mm增大到8.5 mm,解决了“极小止水环隙”下的同径止水问题;经抽水检验,止水效果良好。(2)在孔外一系列试验的基础上,定制的止水材料和选择的止水组合与本孔的适应性强,下管风险小,实施过程相当顺利。(3)专门设计的分层导水管路,其上串接的隔离封水胶球与止水套管柱内设置的锥形隔水接头相互契合,封水可靠,形成了两套独立的导水管路,满足了上、下含水层分层抽水试验的工况。研究结果可为类似水文地质参数井开展同径止水或分层抽水试验研究提供参考。 展开更多

近年来随着经济的不断向前发展,我国交通线网的不断完善,越来越多的新建桥梁特别是大跨超宽超大吨位桥梁需要跨越新建运营线路,为极大程度的降低工程施工中对现状营运线路的影响,同时解决桥梁结构转体过程中面临的关键技术难题。本文以... 近年来随着经济的不断向前发展,我国交通线网的不断完善,越来越多的新建桥梁特别是大跨超宽超大吨位桥梁需要跨越新建运营线路,为极大程度的降低工程施工中对现状营运线路的影响,同时解决桥梁结构转体过程中面临的关键技术难题。本文以泰安至枣庄段京沪铁路分离立交(80+80)m转体桥为依托工程,对转体桥转体前桥体牵引力及安全系数设计、梁体三维激光扫描精准称重、转体桥平衡及辅助顶推控制、转体桥临时锁控及球铰封盘控制进行分析研究,根据研究成果分析总结出大跨超宽超大吨位转体桥转体前后需要借鉴的关键技术参数。同时通过依托工程现场应用,其结果表明上述研究的转体桥关键技术参数对大跨超宽超大吨位转体桥施工提供一定的技术支撑,同时也保证了桥体转体前后的安全性。上述结论可为今后类似工程提供一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。 展开更多

The molecular orientation of ellipsoidal C70 in carbon nanotubes is carefully studied by first principles calculations. Using (14, 7) single-wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) as a prototype material, we explored that the weak chemical interaction between SWCNT and C70 was the crucial factor to determine the molecular orientation. However, the small energy difference makes the distinguishment of two possible molecular orientations difficult. By simulating scanning tunneling microscope images and optical properties, we found that local electronic states sensitively depended on the molecular orientation of ellipsoidal C70, which provided a practical way of using scanning tunneling microscope to recognize the molecular orientation of ellipsoidal C70. 展开更多

The results give us the information about geochemical changing caused by CO2 injection into aqueous, the dissolution or precipitation of reservoir minerals caused by aqueous components change, the change of water density, also the differences between this model and the simulation model without considering geochemical. A tensor model for liquid crystals on a spherical surface 被引量:2

Rod-like molecules confined on a spherical surface can organize themselves into nematic liquid crystal phases. This can give rise to novel textures displayed on the surface, which has been observed in experiments. An important theoretical question is how to find and predict these textures. Mathematically, a stable configuration of the nematic fluid corresponds to a local minimum in the free energy landscape. By applying Taylor expansion and Bingham approximation to a general molecular model, we obtain a closed-form tensor model, which gives a free energy form that is different from the classic Landau-de Gennes model. Based on the tensor model, we implement an efficient numerical algorithm to locate the local minimum of the free energy. Our model successfully predicts the splay, tennis-ball and rectangle textures. Among them, the tennis-ball configuration has the lowest free energy. 展开更多
