目的 探讨国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)理念为框架管理模式在消毒供应室医用器械管理中的应用效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将2019年1月至2020年1月在消毒供应室工作的30例医护人员,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组15例。对照组采... 目的 探讨国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)理念为框架管理模式在消毒供应室医用器械管理中的应用效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将2019年1月至2020年1月在消毒供应室工作的30例医护人员,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组15例。对照组采用常规管理模式,试验组采用以JCI理念为框架的管理模式。观察2组护理服务质量、综合素质、医护人员满意度和器械管理效果进行评价。结果 2组护理质量比较,试验组护理流程、质量监管、安全意识、感染风险评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组管理前综合素质评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组管理后安全知识掌握、主动服务意识、风险防控能力和专业素养均高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组管理后安全知识掌握、主动服务意识、风险防控能力和专业素养均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组医务人员满意率,灭菌、清洗、检查、包装、发放和回收合格率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 JCI理念为框架管理模式在消毒供应室医用器械管理中的应用效果良好,能有效提高护理质量与护理安全性,增加医护人员满意度,可用于医疗管理之中。 展开更多

In this article, author evaluated past/present perspectives about philosophy and branches of philosophy due to historical period, religious perspective, and due to their organized categories/branches or areas. Some types of interactions between some disciplines are given as an example. The purpose of this article is, to solve problems related with philosophy and past branches of philosophy, to define new philosophy perspective in the new system, to define new questions and questioning about philosophy or branches of philosophy, to define new or re-constructed branches of philosophy, to define the relations between the philosophy branches, to define good and/or correct structure of philosophy and branches of philosophy, to extend the definition/limits of philosophy, others. Author considered R-Synthesis as a method for the evaluation of the philosophy and related past branches of philosophy. This R-Synthesis includes general/specific perspective with eight categories, 21-dimensions, and twelve general subjects (with related scope and contents) for the past 12,000 years. It is a kind of synthesis of supernaturalism and naturalism, physics and metaphysics, others. In this article, author expressed 27 possible definitive/certain result cases of the new synthesis and defined the possible formation stages to express new theories, new disciplines, theory of interaction, theory of relation, hybrid theory, and others as constructional and/or complementary theories. These theories are considered for 21 major effective disciplines which are defined for a country and for the world. New philosophy perspective, branches of philosophy, and aims/purposes of R-Philosophy are defined to organize many inquiries about the name, number, and relation between special subject "X" and "philosophy of X" in some manner. This new perspective includes necessary and sufficient number of philosophy branches, and so it limits the number of "philosophy of X" in the philosophical system. New Era Philosophy is defined with its sub branches, its constructional philosophies, and with its 8D hybrid philosophy perspective. Ideal Philosophical System is defined with general/specific figure. Some of the new and/or re-constructed branches of philosophy explained with the new defined set of questions, new sub branches and constructional philosophies. Integration of the past/present branches of philosophy into the ideal philosophical system is explained generally. The role of naval architects in ship recycling industry has been described based on the above factors. The paper brings out the role of naval architects in ship recycling the way it has been practiced worldwide and proposed by regulatory bodies. The authors have brought out the new concept of design for ship recycling and various aspects of it. The demand of further increasing bypass ratio of aeroengine will lead to low pressure turbines with higher diameter. Therefore, it is necessary to design a duct to guide the hot gas flow which is expelled from the upstream high pressure (HP) turbine stage to the downstream low pressure (LP) turbine stage. Named by its position, this kind of duct is always called intermediate turbine ducts (ITDs). Due to the pursuit of higher thrust ratio of the aeroengine, this kind of ITDs has to beas short as possible which leads to aggressive (high diffusion) S-shaped ITDs' geometry. In this paper, two different schemes of high diffusion separation-free S-shaped ITDs were studied with the aid of three-dimensional CFD programs. Although these two ITDs have the same area ratios (AR), because of the different duct length, they have totally different area as well as area change rates. With the detailed calculation results, comparisons were made to investigate the underneath physical mechanisms. Additionally, a direct estimation of the ITDs' loss is given at the end of this paper and some ITDs' novel design idea is proposed to initiate some further discussions. 展开更多
