大众文化批判

本文以现代文化哲学的视野，对当代中国的大众文化现象及大众文化理论进行剖析与批判。笔者认为，当代中国的大众文化现象，并非如有的人所谓的表征了当代中国文化多元化与繁荣的景观，推动了社会民主化进程与人的个性的发展，恰恰相反，它确造成了大众文化集权主义和真正文化的沉沦，造成人的民主意识的消解和自由个性的萎缩，对社会主义精神文明建设与培育“四有”新人危害极大。在此基础上，笔者又提出了如何制衡大众文化的偏颇，引导其向着理性、健康。

Periodical Development Trend of Vertical Greening

The research reviewed the development trend of vertical greening industry and divided it into four stages as follows： demand exploring phase, theory and technology development and application phases, and ripening phase of vertical greening system. The characteristics in different phases were detailed, providing ref- erences for development of vertical greening industry in future.

Rational Analysis of Management Accounting Implementation in China＇s Government Units

The implementation of management accounting in China＇s government units is an inevitable requirement of economic development and the important deployment of efficient government establishment. Up to now, China has made a lot of theoretical explorations and tried about management accounting practice in government units. But in practice, there are still some shortcomings. Therefore, based on the thought of Accounting Research Methodology written by Professor Lu Yonghua, this article carries out a comprehensive, systematic, in-depth and concrete study on the implementation of management accounting in China＇s government units. This paper argues that there are some deficiencies in management accounting practice, including lack of a complete government management accounting system, the failure of combining management accounting implementation with specific national conditions, limitations of government management accounting itself, resistance existing in government management accounting implementation, and the low quality of management accounting practitioners. In this regard, this research paper learns from foreign experience and puts forward some corresponding improvement suggestions from the perspective of legislation, empirical research, information construction, education investment and so on.

Hypotheses of ＂Harmonious Man＂： The Humanity Upgrade of Management and It＇s Sustainability Significance

Hypotheses of humanity is the logical premise and foundation of institution design and perfect. ＂Political man＂ had boosted the sprout of ancient democracy polity, ＂economic man＂ has accelerated the development of market economy in immediate and modern times, ＂free man＂ described the blueprint of future society, and ＂harmonious man＂ will promote the construction of harmonious society and the development of management to conducting oneself so as to serve others. The article explains the theory headstream, abstract ways, basic intension and sustainability effect to the hypotheses of＂harmonious man＂.

Research Progress of High Yield Cultivation Mode of Rice

Optimized high-yielding cultivation is of great significance to ensure stable and high yield of rice in China. This paper reviewed several super high-yielding cultivation modes, analyzed the effects of different cultivation modes on rice agronomic traits and physiological characteristics, and discussed the advances in rice mechanized cultivation and mode. Finally, the future development prospects of rice cultivation were put forward.

Research on New University Education Management Methods based on the Combination of Humanized and Institutionalized

In this paper, we conduct research on new university education management methods based on the combination of humanized and institutionalized. Modem university education management, system management and the organic integration of humanistic care is under the new period of development, university education management to sustainable development as the main direction of the management. System and manage all exist, man and man is the subject and purpose of system and management. The construction of system, arrangement and operation shall be at the center of the reality of human and highlight the cultural characteristics of follow the characteristic of the knowledge in the differentiation and specialization.

Analysis of the coated and textured ring/liner conjunction based on a thermal mixed lubrication model

For the ring/liner conjunction, well‐designed surface texturing has been regarded as a potential means to improve its tribological performance, as well as the application of coating. However, so far most researchers focused on the one of these aspects. In this study, the combined effect of coating and texturing on the performance of ring/liner conjunction is numerically investigated. A thermal mixed lubrication model is presented. The effects of the coating's thermal and mechanical properties on the tribological performance are studied under the cold and warm engine operating conditions. Along with the increasing coating thickness, the effects of the coating's thermal properties on friction loss are found to be significant, as well as the effects of the coating's mechanical properties. It is also found that a soft coating with a lower thermal inertia has a greater ability to reduce the friction loss of the textured conjunction.
