选取ETSI语音增强系统作为研究对象.该系统使用传统维纳滤波方法,在信噪比较高时降噪性能优秀,但在信噪比较低的情况下,降噪能力弱,对于脉冲噪声无较好抑制.而模拟人耳听觉特性的计算听觉场景分析技术能够比较好地弥补这一缺陷.故在ETS... 选取ETSI语音增强系统作为研究对象.该系统使用传统维纳滤波方法,在信噪比较高时降噪性能优秀,但在信噪比较低的情况下,降噪能力弱,对于脉冲噪声无较好抑制.而模拟人耳听觉特性的计算听觉场景分析技术能够比较好地弥补这一缺陷.故在ETSI算法的基础上,结合计算听觉场景分析技术,提出一种新的算法,将维纳滤波器参数估计由原本的Mel域变换到Gammatone域,并进一步利用理想率掩蔽估计对带噪信号进行信噪分离,抑制脉冲噪声.该算法在TIMIT语音库上进行了实验,结果证明,与原算法相比,提出的新算法使听觉质量在低信噪比下提升较大,脉冲噪声抑制亦明显.在低信噪比的情况下,后端语音识别系统的识别率得到提升. 展开更多

For the high resolution required in a digital interface circuit of an accelerometer used in feeble gravity measurement, a switched-capacitor (SC) sigma-delta modulator (SDM) is proposed. Based on the principle and the topology structure of the SDMs, the influence of oversampling ratio, bits of an internal quantizer and the cascaded structure on weak signal detecting precision is analyzed, and an ideal low-distortion SDM with a second-order 1-bit structure satisfying the high- resolution interface circuit of an accelerometer is designed. With the research on non-idealities of each SDM block in the SC circuit implementation and their impacts on power consumption, the realized parameters of low-power SDMs based on different bandwidths are devised and the power consumption of each SDM is estimated. Time-domain behavioral simulation is explored based on Simulink. The results demonstrate that a 21- bit resolution of the designed SDMs can be achieved on the premise of low power, and the parameters for the circuit implementation can be directed to the transistor-level circuit design. 展开更多

模型建立是语音增强系统的重要一环,对最终系统性能起着决定性的作用。针对语音增强系统在低信噪比和非平稳噪声环境中性能不佳的问题,提出一种基于组合深层模型的语音增强系统。首先,使用深度神经网络(deep neural network,DNN)从含噪... 模型建立是语音增强系统的重要一环,对最终系统性能起着决定性的作用。针对语音增强系统在低信噪比和非平稳噪声环境中性能不佳的问题,提出一种基于组合深层模型的语音增强系统。首先,使用深度神经网络(deep neural network,DNN)从含噪语料中估计掩蔽值;然后,将掩蔽值通过前后帧拼接转化为灰度图送入卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network,CNN)进行识别;最后,用识别出的掩蔽矩阵合成目标语音。实验证明,与单纯使用DNN进行掩蔽值估计的系统相比,联合DNN和CNN的语音增强系统在各项评价指标中均得到改进,尤其在低信噪比和非平稳噪声环境中提升更为明显。 展开更多

The ground penetrating radar(GPR) forward simulation all aims at the singular and regular models, such as sandwich model, round cavity, square cavity, and so on, which are comparably simple. But as to the forward of curl interface underground or “v” figure complex model, it is difficult to realize. So it is important to forward the complex geoelectricity model. This paper takes two Maxwell’s vorticity equations as departure point, makes use of the principles of Yee’s space grid model theory and the basic principle finite difference time domain method, and deduces a GPR forward system of equation of two dimensional spaces. The Mur super absorbed boundary condition is adopted to solve the super strong reflection on the interceptive boundary when there is the forward simulation. And a self-made program is used to process forward simulation to two typical geoelectricity model. 展开更多

目的探讨肿瘤减灭术前及术后应用新辅助化疗治疗老年卵巢癌的效果。方法选择老年卵巢癌患者98例,按照交替分组法分为2组,其中A组49例接受肿瘤减灭术前应用新辅助化疗治疗,B组49例接受肿瘤减灭术后新辅助化疗治疗。观察2组治疗疗效,对比... 目的探讨肿瘤减灭术前及术后应用新辅助化疗治疗老年卵巢癌的效果。方法选择老年卵巢癌患者98例,按照交替分组法分为2组,其中A组49例接受肿瘤减灭术前应用新辅助化疗治疗,B组49例接受肿瘤减灭术后新辅助化疗治疗。观察2组治疗疗效,对比2组治疗前及完成治疗后血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血清人附睾上皮分泌蛋白4(HE4)及糖类抗原125(CA125)水平,记录2组理想减灭率、残余病灶直径及手术相关指标。治疗后对2组患者进行1年随访,统计1年生存情况。结果与B组相比,A组治疗总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清VEGF、CA125及HE4水平均较治疗前低,且A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组手术时间短于B组,术中出血量及残余病灶直径小于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组1年生存率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组理想减灭率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与肿瘤减灭术后应用新辅助化疗治疗相比,于术前采用新辅助化疗治疗老年卵巢癌,疗效更佳,可提高肿瘤减灭率,缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量,且可降低肿瘤标志物水平。 展开更多

A novel control strategy for three-phase shunt active power filter (SAPF) was proposed to improve its performance under non-ideal mains voltages. The approach was inspired by our finding that the classic instantaneous reactive power theory based algorithm was unsatisfactory in terms of isolating positive sequence fundamental active components exactly under non-ideal mains voltages. So, a modified ip-iq reference current calculation method was presented. With usage of the new method, not only the positive sequence but also the fundamental active current components can be accurately isolated from load current. A deadbeat closed-loop control model is built in order to eliminate both delay error and tracking error between reference voltages and compensation voltages under unbalanced and distorted mains voltages. Computer simulation results show that the proposed strategy is effective with better tracking ability and lower total harmonic distortion (THD). The strategy is also applied to a 10 kV substation with a local electrolysis manganese plant injecting a large amount of harmonics into the power system, and is proved to be more practical and efficient. 展开更多

The high speed cell converter with the switching frequency over MHz behaves as an ideal transformer, and this behavior solves the voltage imbalance issue in the multicellular converter topology. The analysis of the unregulated cell converter is conducted by using the state space averaging method, and the operation condition for the ideal transformer is specified. The behavior of the multicellular DCX using the high speed cell converters has been also analyzed, and the voltage imbalance issue among cell converters is discussed quantitatively. A prototype of a 19.2 kW 384 V-384 V multicellular DCX using sixty-four unregulated cell converters is fabricated and the validity of the analyses is verified. 展开更多

A cylindrical negative Poisson's ratio(CNPR) structure based on two-dimensional double-arrow negative Poisson's ratio(NPR)structure was introduced in this paper. The CNPR structure has excellent stiffness, damping and energy absorption performances,and can be applied as spring, damper and energy absorbing components. In this study, the CNPR structure was used as a jounce bumper in vehicle suspension, and the load-displacement curve of NPR jounce bumper was discussed. Moreover, the influences of structural parameters and materials on the load-displacement curve of NPR jounce bumper were specifically researched. It came to the conclusion that only the numbers of cells and layers impact the hardening displacement of NPR jounce bumper. And all parameters significantly affect the structure stiffness at different displacement periods. On the other hand, the load-displacement curve of NPR jounce bumper should be in an ideal region which is difficult to be achieved applying mathematical optimization method. Therefore, a parametric design strategy of NPR jounce bumper was proposed according to the parametric analysis results. The design strategy had two main steps: design of hardening displacement and design of stiffness. The analysis results proved that the proposed method is reliable and is also meaningful for relevant structure design problem. 展开更多

By using furl quantum theory, we obtain the analysis expression of the force, which shows that the interaction of the two walls in this system is always repulsive.
