In this paper, based on mine dynamic analysis, the index function model of mine different development stage is built up,applying dynamic programming method to find the solution of system’s optimum value,which makes the optimized result of mine dynamic design parameter more comprehensive, sysematical and reasonable. It consists of a single spatial ... The inner relationship between Markov random field(MRF) and Markov chain random field(MCRF) is discussed. MCRF is a special MRF for dealing with high-order interactions of sparse data. It consists of a single spatial Markov chain(SMC) that can move in the whole space. Generally, the theoretical backbone of MCRF is conditional independence assumption, which is a way around the problem of knowing joint probabilities of multi-points. This so-called Naive Bayes assumption should not be taken lightly and should be checked whenever possible because it is mathematically difficult to prove. Rather than trap in this independence proving, an appropriate potential function in MRF theory is chosen instead. The MCRF formulas are well deduced and the joint probability of MRF is presented by localization approach, so that the complicated parameter estimation algorithm and iteration process can be avoided. The MCRF model is then applied to the lithofacies identification of a region and compared with triplex Markov chain(TMC) simulation. Analyses show that the MCRF model will not cause underestimation problem and can better reflect the geological sedimentation process. 展开更多

The dimension and structure of valves and cylinders were designed by theoretical calculation. The dynamic simulation model of hydraulic system of AT was established by ITI-SimulationX. Simulation results and theoretical design results were compared to confirm the simulation model. Based on the confirmed simulation model, the simulation results of pressure and flow of the hydraulic system were analyzed. The dynamic simulation method is very helpful for designing and analyzing the performance of hydraulic system and further optimization design. The theoretical design method and dynamic simulation model are feasible for the real industrial applications. The research results can be used in hydraulic system design and optimization. 展开更多

This paper combines the theory of teams and data envelopment analysis(DEA) to design a mechanism to optimally allocate resources in public healthcare. A statutory authority and the public hospitals under its governance are interpreted as a team, the members of which seek to operate efficiently under the shared institutional constraint that public healthcare is a public good. The individual public hospital exploits DEA to maximize own-payoff, subject to the team-condition that the payoff of each other public hospital does not fall and thereby subtract from the external effects created by the public supply of healthcare. The resulting team-DEA solution, which is shown to be both an individuallyefficient and team-satisficing equilibrium and to be computable in terms of a convergent algorithm, can then be applied by the authority to determine the optimal allocation of resources in public healthcare.A case based on Chinese data is presented to illustrate the team-DEA model's ready operationalization and computation. 展开更多

In order to satisfy the demands for diffractive telescopes in space exploration, a new deployable space diffractive tele- scope is designed. The structure and geometrical sizes of the spontaneously deployable telescope are preliminarily designated through the Serrurier truss principle and the optimized design theory. The finite element model of the de- ployable structure is established, and its deployed characteristics are analyzed. The prototype of the spontaneously de- ployable structure is constructed and some experiments are carried out to study its characteristics. Experimental results indicate that the deployable structure is 2.95 m in length, its repetitive deployed precision can reach less than 2 ram, the off-center error is less than 0.3 mm, and its deployed precision can be adjusted to micrometer level by actuators when it has deployed. It has simple structure, low mass, steady and reliable deployment, as well as higher precision for space diffractive telescopes. 展开更多
