优质护理服务理念在脊髓炎康复护理带教中的应用效果

目的观察优质护理服务理念在脊髓炎康复护理带教中的应用效果。方法选入2021年9月—2022年3月在潜江市中心医院实习的实习护士34名参与研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各17名。对照组采用常规方式进行脊髓炎康复护理带教,观察组在进行脊... 目的观察优质护理服务理念在脊髓炎康复护理带教中的应用效果。方法选入2021年9月—2022年3月在潜江市中心医院实习的实习护士34名参与研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各17名。对照组采用常规方式进行脊髓炎康复护理带教,观察组在进行脊髓炎康复护理带教时应用优质护理服务理念。之后将两组实习护士的理论知识考核结果、操作技能考核结果、评判性思维能力、护理满意度进行对比。结果带教后,观察组的理论知识考核结果达到(93.05±4.77)分,服务态度、安全措施、文件书写、基础护理操作、消毒隔离措施评分达到(18.77±2.24)分、(18.23±1.11)分、(18.98±2.65)分、(19.20±2.37)分、(18.80±2.00)分,均高于对照组的(86.17±5.12)分、(17.00±2.78)分、(16.72±2.10)分、(16.75±3.59)分、(16.57±3.15)分、(16.08±2.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,观察组的寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判思维自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度高于对照组,评判性思维能力总分为(261.31±3.47)分,高于对照组的(237.38±3.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,观察组的护理满意度达到了100%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脊髓炎康复护理带教中应用优质护理服务理念可提高实习护士对理论知识的掌握程度、操作技能、评判性思维能力及患者对护理的满意度。 展开更多

A Critical Analysis of the Educational Impact of Steve Fuller's Social Epistemology

In this paper, I examine Steve Fuller's "sociological" social epistemology that must be distinguished from its "philosophical" counterpart. Fuller's sociological social epistemology can prompt deep philosophical analyses of the conditions for knowledge that themselves bear on what should count as knowledge. That is, it can be a vital prelude to developing an interdisciplinary investigation into educational issues. This paper looks at the three features that form an integral part of Fuller's social epistemology, which is partly elucidatory and partly critical: naturalistic, normative, and organizational aspects. It goes on to explore whether and to what extent Fuller's criticism of an "always already" thesis in philosophy and his idea of "knowledge management" afford an understanding of human knowledge in particular and human development in general. This paper concludes with an observation that Fuller's social epistemology is flawed in some respects but nonetheless is of relevance to the philosophical study of education. 展开更多
