The revamp of this TDI production line will be implemented in three phases. The phase Ⅰ project will debottleneck the existing key equipment and the associated utilities facilities of TDI No. 200 unit ＆ No. 400 unit to expand the capacity of TDI No. 400 unit to 30 kt/a, while the phase Ⅱ project will expand the capacity of the production line to 50 kt/a. The phase Ⅲ project will expand the capacity of the TDI No. 1400 unit to 50 kt/a from the current level of 20 kt/a. This revamp was commenced on October 18, 2006 in order to replace 76 pieces of equipment, 7000 meters of process pipeline and over 3000 meters of heat tracing pipes. Since start-up of the No. 400 unit of the TDI production line the production operation has been running smoothly. The phase Ⅱ revamp project will be carried out during the major overhaul of equipment in 2007.展开更多
