庆元县甜橘柚产业发展现状与对策

阐述了浙江省庆元县甜橘柚产业发展现状、主要工作措施及成效、存在的问题和对策建议。庆元县是甜橘柚产业发展新区,近年来种植面积稳步增长,生产效益逐渐提高,截至2020年底,全县甜橘柚种植面积1021.3 hm^(2),总产量12180 t,总产值14616万元。产业发展主要采取了以项目实施为抓手建规范化基地、以政策扶持为拉动向规模化发展、加强科技创新协作提高技术水平、实施甜橘柚生产标准认证逐步推进标准化工作、逐步拓展甜橘柚加工及品牌建设工作、推行甜橘柚绿色安全生产等工作措施,取得了明显成效,建成规范化示范基地466.67 hm^(2)。针对生产存在病虫害防治不规范、管理水平不统一、技术和服务落后于生产、甜橘柚标准化程度普遍偏低等问题,提出大力引导发展甜橘柚产业,开展技术创新、建设无病毒苗圃繁育基地、加强庆元甜橘柚品牌管理、果旅融合发展等对策建议。

Exploring Individual Lifetime Wellbeing： An Optimal Year of Birth

This paper aims to explore the concept of wellbeing from an individual＇s perspective. Current indicators of wellbeing [including economic indicators such as Gross Domestic Product （GDP）] are static indicators--they take into account issues as they are in a given period of time such as the current year. However, these indicators fail to measure the sense of wellbeing felt by an individual over a lifetime, and therefore could miss important issues of relevance when developing policy and other interventions to improve wellbeing. Various wellbeing indicators for the OK over the period of 1945-2013 are explored. These indicators are used to develop a ＂lifetime wellbeing＂ measure. The indicators are grouped and predictions of indicators into the future are made. The data show that some indicators have peaked and are now in decline. Therefore, under a certain choice of indicators and weightings, it is possible to maximise wellbeing over a person＇s lifetime meaning, there may have been an optimum year in which to be born.
