对加强高校新生党建工作的思考

高校新生党建工作是育人工作的重要组成部分,是一项长期的战略任务。高校新生的思想状况总体上存在着不稳定性、多元性与偏主流性,主要源于社会、家庭、学校等各方面的影响。本文从找准党建工作切入点、建立全程化新生党员教育模式、创设多样化的党建工作载体等方面探索了如何构建高校新生党建工作的长效机制,以加强和改进高校学生党建工作、建设和谐校园、保持共产党员先进性等重要课题。

独立学院艺术生党建工作路径新探——以广东海洋大学寸金学院为例

随着我国高等教育大众化的到来,越来越多独立学院开设了艺术类相关专业,艺术生党员培养的问题随之而来。从现实来看,做好艺术生党建工作,是实现党建工作自身价值的重要方式,也是提升艺术生综合素养的有效途径。对广东海洋大学寸金学院艺术系的三个专业近100名艺术生进行了问卷调查,并通过SPSS软件进行了数据分析。可知艺术生党员的培养要结合其自身特性,针对性地调整艺术生党员培养的程序标准与考察依据,进而提升其整体培养质量。
