This paper introduces the main sources of PCNs in the environment and environmental fate, introduced emphasis with the emission characteristics of PCNs in burning and metal smelting process, this article summarized the current PCNs city environmental and biotic pollution level and distribution characteristics, summarized and discussed related research of PCNs pollution level and distribution characteristics near the various environmental media and organisms in the city. Ultrasonic aided slurry sampling hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (USS-HG-AFS) was developed for the determination of Hg in soil samples from a sewage-irrigated farm. 500 mg grounded soil was susp...Ultrasonic aided slurry sampling hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (USS-HG-AFS) was developed for the determination of Hg in soil samples from a sewage-irrigated farm. 500 mg grounded soil was suspended in agar solution by an ultrasound water bath before the HG-AFS determination. The results for the reference material of soil (serial number GBW-07411) agreed satisfactorily with the certified values. Results obtained by the developed procedure compared well with those after traditional acid digestion of samples. The detection limit are 6.7ngL-1 for Hg respectively, with average relative standard deviation values of 6.4% for analysis of a series of soil samples of different origin. The recoveries of the anatytes varied in the range from 95 to 107%. This observation has stimulated interest in fast, accurate and sensitive analytical methods for determination of metals in soil.展开更多

This paper introduces the main source of PCNs in the environment and environmental fate, sludge PCNs pollution level in 1.48-28.21 ng/g (dry weight), PCN-TEQs content is in 0.11-2.45 pg/g (dry weight), far below the content of other areas in foreign countries. The results showed that the sources of wastewater, sewage treatment plant is an important factor affecting the level of polychlorinated naphthalene pollution. Discussion on the distribution characteristics of sludge in polychlorinated naphthalene congeners, found that the distribution of PCNs congeners in all of the samples is largely the same, it is mainly two chloride and three chloro naphthalene, it showed that the pollution source has a certain resemblance. Research shows that, polychlorinated naphthalenes city sludge mainly comes from industrial pollution sources; in addition, an important source of waste incineration, burning heat treatment process is caused by polychlorinated naphthalene pollution.展开更多

In this paper, admittance loci method has been explored theoretically for sensing of various chemical and biological samples based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomenon. A dielectric multilayer structure consisting of a Boro silicate glass (BSG) substrate, calcium fluoride (CaF2) and zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) along with different dielectric layers has been investigated. Moreover, admittance loci as well as SPR curves of metal-dielectric multilayer structure consisting of the BSG prism, gold metal film and various dielectric samples have been simulated in MATLAB environment. To validate the proposed simulation results, calibration curves have also been provided.展开更多
