黑桃素-BF促生发效果及作用机制探讨

选用C57BL/6小鼠50只,雌雄各半,分成章光101组、米诺地尔组和黑桃素-BF高(167.67mg/ml)、中(100.60 mg/ml)、低(33.53mg/ml)剂量组,连续涂抹21天,考察小鼠皮肤毛发生长状况,观察皮肤真皮层中毛囊数量及真皮层厚度,测定皮肤组织中血管内... 选用C57BL/6小鼠50只,雌雄各半,分成章光101组、米诺地尔组和黑桃素-BF高(167.67mg/ml)、中(100.60 mg/ml)、低(33.53mg/ml)剂量组,连续涂抹21天,考察小鼠皮肤毛发生长状况,观察皮肤真皮层中毛囊数量及真皮层厚度,测定皮肤组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及I型胶原(Col I)含量。结果表明:黑桃素-BF高、中剂量组对小鼠新生毛发长度、新生毛发重量、皮肤毛囊数、真皮层厚度、皮肤VEGF及Col I含量均有明显的增加作用,但低剂量组作用效果不明显;章光101组对小鼠新生毛发长度和皮肤Col I含量均有增加,但对小鼠新生毛发重量、皮肤毛囊数、真皮层厚度和皮肤VEGF含量增加不明显;米诺地尔组对小鼠新生毛发长度和毛发重量均有增加,但对小鼠皮肤毛囊数、真皮层厚度、皮肤VEGF及Col I含量都没有明显的增加作用。结论:黑桃素-BF可能通过增加毛囊组织中毛囊数和调节VEGF水平起到促进毛发生长的作用,其高、中剂量组促毛发效果优于章光101育发剂组和米诺地尔酊组。 展开更多

目的:观察柏子仁提取液的生发作用,证明其生发效果,研究其用量与作用的关系。方法:建立小鼠脱毛模型,分组不同剂量给药,对生长周期记录,对毛发生长进行评分,记录毛均长、毛均重。结果:低剂量组各个生发效果与阴性对照组相比无明显改变(P... 目的:观察柏子仁提取液的生发作用,证明其生发效果,研究其用量与作用的关系。方法:建立小鼠脱毛模型,分组不同剂量给药,对生长周期记录,对毛发生长进行评分,记录毛均长、毛均重。结果:低剂量组各个生发效果与阴性对照组相比无明显改变(P>0.05),但显著低于阳性对照组和中剂量组(P<0.05)。中剂量组生发效果与阳性对照组比较相似或略优异些(P>0.05);但与阴性对照组和低剂量组相比,其会提前进入毛发生长期,并延长生长时间,毛发长度及重量也有显著增加,且差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高剂量组生发效果与阳性对照组相似或略有不同(P>0.05);与阴性对照组和低剂量组相比较,其会略延后进入毛发生长期,并缩短生长时间,毛发长度及重量也会有所增加(P<0.05);但与中剂量组比较,个别生发效果不良,其皮肤维持白色时间和体毛生长评分均略有降低(P<0.05)。结论:柏子仁提取液对毛发生长有一定作用,但浓度不同其效果不同,中剂量组有促进毛发生长作用,高剂量组有抑制毛发生长作用。 展开更多

AIM:To evaluate the prognostic factors for 5-year survival after local excision of rectal cancer,and to examine the therapeutic efficacy and surgical indications for this procedure. METHODS:Clinical data,obtained from 106 local rectal cancer excisions performed between January 1980 and December 2005,were retrospectively analyzed.Survival analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier method,statistical comparisons were performed using the log-rank test,and multivariate analysis was performed using the Cox proportional hazards model. RESULTS:Transanal,transsacral,and transvaginal excisions were performed in 92,12,and 2 cases, respectively.The rate of complication,local recurrence, and 5-year survival was 6.6%,17.0%,and 86.7%, respectively.Univariate analysis showed that T stage, vascular invasion,and local recurrence were related to the prognosis of the cases(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that T stage[P=0.011,95% confidence interval(CI)=1.194-3.878]and local recurrence(P=0.022,95%CI=1.194-10.160)were the major prognostic factors for 5-year survival of cases after local excision of rectal cancer. CONCLUSION:Local rectal cancer excision is associated with few complications,and suitable for stages Tis and T1 rectal cancer.Prevention of local recurrence,active postoperative follow-up,and administration of salvage therapy are the effective methods to increase the efficacy of local excision of rectal cancer. 展开更多

We aimed to study the appropriate posture of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) patients, to reduce the incidence of internal jugular vein heterotopia. Methods: From 2009 to 2013, a total of 290 cases with PICC were enrolled in our study. They were divided into two groups. The patients in control group took regular position, which mean pros- tration, upper limb of tube side was abduction 90°, head moved to puncture side in order to block the internal jugular vein. On the basis of conventional body position putting, posture of patients in observation group was improved, the head remain neutral, and had 180° angle with trunk longitudinal axis, not favor any side. After ensuring the upper limb abduction, had 90° angle with the trunk, then catheter was inserted slowly. The jugular venous catheter heterotopia rate was judged by X.ray results. Results: The jugular venous catheter heterotopia rate of control group and observation was 12.8% and 0.68%, respectively. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The body posture improvement can prevent discomfort of patients and reduce the jugular venous catheter heterotopia rate of PICC. 展开更多

Air pollution is harm and discomfort to human or other living organisms, it also causes damage to the environment. The aim of this project was to study the effect of air pollutions on structure and pollen grains development in Chenopodium album. Anthers of Chenopodium album L. were collected at different stages of development from control (less polluted) and polluted areas (mainly SO2, NO2, CO and APM). Structure and development of pollen grains were studied and compared. The effects of pollution on pollen structure was investigated under Light and Scanning electron microscopy and the results showed that when pollen grains were exposed to polluted air they became abnormality in form and covered with large amounts of pollutants compared to control ones. Pollen abnormalities were seen as irregularity, shrinkage, thinning and breakage of the exine. Cellular material release was induced also. The data presented suggest that prolonged exposures of plants to air pollution may cause different biological effects at the cellular tissue and organ levels. 展开更多

The dominant feature of the work of many specialists on the design of the internal combustion engine is to achieve the possible lowest fuel consumption, which is the most convenient measure of the efficiency of the thermodynamic cycle. From the very beginning of this heat machine, there are many of solutions that are better or worse fit to the global development trend. In this paper, the authors suggest the possibility closer to the optimal solution by introducing structural active zones, where the task is instantaneous(during one cycle) heat transfer to the skin layer on elements of the combustion chamber and to transfer part of the recovered heat to the next cycle, reaching a growth effect of the useful efficiency by 10% to 20%. The solution is different from the ones used by the fact that it is only partially insulating barrier, and the main goal is focused on supporting the next thermal cycle by which it is possible to affect as mentioned above. This paper describes the idea of the functioning of the active combustion chamber and pointed out the technical capabilities of its creation. 展开更多
