学校思想政治教育的“生态合力”构建研究

学校的全面发展需要在生态文明建设的视域下依靠思想政治教育机制的完善和全方位工作体制的进化,针对学校思想政治教育,应当多措并举,尤其在新时代生态文明建设的目标和方向站到一个新高度实现和前进的基础上,厘清“生态合力”在学校思想政治教育中的可参考性,结合学校思想政治教育模式和“立德树人”的教育理念,寻求学校管理体制的常新,进而推动学校思想政治教育的全新发展,这是党的二十大胜利召开之后全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,加快建设高质量教育体系中应当追寻的一个全新的发展目标。本文针对构建学校思想政治教育的“生态合力”进行探讨,以便加强对学校思想政治教育“生态合力”构建的认知,推动学校思想政治教育工作水平的进一步提升,营造一个“绿水青山”式的教育大环境。

生态学视阈下高校思想政治教育的生态合力研究

以生态学的思维和方法观照高校思想政治教育,其实质就是高校思想政治教育的生态合力。高校思想政治教育生态合力可在合力场域、合力形态、合力层次和合力方式等方面实现功能转变,提升合力效果。从宏观社会大生态系统、中观教育生态系统、微观思想政治教育微系统的不同层面和视角科学构建高校思想政治教育生态合力体系,可以有效破解当前思想政治教育的瓶颈,提升高校思想政治教育的实效性。

构建学校思想政治教育的“生态合力”

从生态文明的角度研究如何提升学校思想政治教育的科学化水平,核心问题是如何构建其生态合力,发挥最大育人功效。构建学校思想政治教育生态合力应在学校思想政治教育的内生态系统构建教学、管理、服务合力,外生态系统构建家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育合力,形成互动、和谐、平衡的学校思想政治教育"生态系统"。

高校党的群众工作生态合力的建构

在生态学视阈下,对高校党的群众工作的生态位、面临的新常态、生态合力的内涵进行了阐述。以生态审视的角度,分析了当前高校党的群众工作面临的客体主体化、基础碎片化、内容纵深化等现实困境。从生态学视角,指出高校党的群众工作的现代元素凸显,多样性的利益主体、演进性的经营意识、开放性的话语体系、冲突性的群体文化等有机因子都需要不断寻求动态平衡。因此,高校党的群众工作应通过生态整合构建生态合力,包括强化价值认同,形成愿景合力;让渡学术权力,形成制度合力;分层分类培育,形成主体合力;以对话代替对抗,形成情感合力,从而形成不同群体各美其美、美美与共的和谐状态,使高校党的群众工作生态合力通过引导理想表达、推动科研成果转化、整合社会力量等,为培育大学精神、实现学术创业、提高人才培养质量等提供良好的生态支撑,进而推动大学治理能力的现代化。

大学生思想政治教育生态合力形成的困境与对策

大学生思想政治教育生态系统是一个完整的系统,它的运转并非一帆风顺,在它与外部环境发生作用和内部诸子系统运作之间,也面临着"冲突与缺失"造成局部上的相克、相冲和危机。应对危机与困境,大学生思想政治教育生态系统只有发挥"调适"功能,形成生态合力,才能实现自身系统的稳定、健康、和谐和可持续发展。

生态文明视域下大学生思想政治教育的生态合力研究

论高职院校思想政治教育“生态合力”的建构

高职院校思想政治教育生态合力是在明确教育生态环境的前提下,基于学生在教育过程中呈现的状态,充分凝聚和融合不同层次生态系统中各个生态元素形成的具有整体综合效应的教育运行系统。构建高职院校思想政治教育生态合力能有效提升高职院校思想政治教育日常工作的科学化水平和教育的实效性。

政府与民间合力供给生态产品的实践策略

空气、水质、食物等生态要素恶化态势尚未得到根本改变、新时代民生保障政策的全面实施,使运行几十年的生态产品分散供给模式转变为生态产品合力供给模式。采用对比分析方法研究国家生态产品合力供给模式的形成逻辑和实践策略。政府与民间两类主体在供给生态产品上的行为差别是生态产品合力供给模式形成的现实基础;实施政府与民间两类主体合力供给生态产品的实践策略是生态产品合力供给模式产生更明显实际效果、发挥更大生态功能、收获更多生态效益的根本保证。对推进生态产品供给和天然生活资料供给理论研究具有启蒙价值、对落实党的十八大报告提出的“增强生态产品生产能力”和党的十九大报告提出的“提供更多优质生态产品”具有实践意义。

生态力概念

生态力指生物与环境之间物流、能流和信息流的驱动力。生态内力是生物的生理代谢活动能力，它把从环境中吸入的物、能转化为生物本体的物、能，并将部分内在的物、能输出体外，显示了生物本身的活力和生产力；生态外力则是环境综合作用向生物输送物、能的力量。生态内力与生态外力之和称为生态合力，它是生态动态平衡的指标，表示环境条件的适宜程度。生态力的研究尚属起步，其概念、理论和方法有待进一步发展和完善。

生态合作治理视域下精准扶贫攻坚策略研究——以山西省壶关县为例

生态发展是产业扶贫建设的重要抓手,山西省壶关县从生态合作治理视角,走精准扶贫之路,打破传统的单一型、粗放型、结合壶关本土环境、瞄准扶贫靶向、解决“扶贫谁、谁来扶、怎么扶”的扶贫认知问题。要把扶贫攻坚同生态合作治理有机结合起来,使“扶贫攻坚”与“生态保护”两个攻坚战取得“双赢”。文章从扶贫与企业生态责任与风险评估、生态宣传与生态扶贫内生动力的激发、扶贫攻坚的生态评价考核等,形成壶关县的合力作用,落实到壶关县产业扶贫攻坚中,促进壶关县精准扶贫攻坚的有序进行。

大白菜混系品种初步研究

该文通过对2年6个大白菜混系品种试验结果分析，阐述了混系品种的增产效果及应用的可能性，并对混系品种的选配及增产的理论基础进行了初步探讨。

Assessment of Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity in Lin'an City

According to regional characteristics and the actual situation in Lin ’an City, an evaluation index system of land comprehensive carrying capacity composed of three support subsystems （eco-environment, social and economic carrying capaci-ties） containing 22 evaluation indexes was established to evaluate the comprehen-sive carrying capacity of land resource in Lin’an City during 2005-2012. Meanwhile, based on the target data of overal land use plan, the level of land comprehensive carrying capacity was predicted at the end of the plan period （2020） .The results showed that land comprehensive carrying capacity had a significant growth in Lin ’an from 2005 to 2012, and the development trend was basical y sustainable. The sub-systems also had been greatly improved, in which the constant improvement of ec-ological environment carrying capacity made the largest contribution to the constant raising of land comprehensive carrying capacity. The degree of coordination between the systems was poor, in which eco-environment carrying capacity had the maxi-mum growth, far more than the social and economic carrying capacities. According to the land comprehensive carrying capacity in 2020, utilization of land resources in Lin＆#39;an city can achieve sustainable development in general. Final y, proposals of im-proving comprehensive carrying capacity were put forward in terms of the enhance-ment of eco-environment protection, accelerating economic development and policy guidance.

An Integrated Coastal Zone Management （ICZM） Project： CoastLearn in Black Sea （CLBS）

The importance attached to the need for sustainable development in the coastal areas is increasing. A management plan is required to minimize the environmental destruction resulting from the complexity of the property in coastal areas, of human activities and of natural systems and to utilize the coastal resources effectively. The utilization of coasts, besides becoming very important particularly in views of tourism, has faced pressures caused by huge. These areas are mostly self-contradictory demands for the environmental protection. The project is an EU Life Long Learning Programme Project and the project duration is 24 months. The aim of the CoastLearn in Black Sea （CLBS） is to mobilize the human resources in the tourism and coastal management sector in Black Sea in general and notably Sinop, Varna and Constanta by raising awareness among the local decision making mechanisms of the integrated coastal zone management in order to encourage people to utilize the coastal resources in a coherent and balanced way.

Focus on Creating Teaching in Classroom, Cultivate Innovation Ability

Generative resources are mainly derived from the students （sometimes from the teachers）, which is dynamically generated in the students＇ practice, self-inquiry, and cooperative communication. Gifted children refer to a group of children who have such characteristics as high IQ （intelligence quotient）, strong creativity, and good personality. Their intelligence and capability have great potential for further development. As cognitive ability is one of the prominent characteristics of supernormal children, the lecturers can not only pay attention to teaching knowledge （facts teaching）, but also need provide proper opportunities for them to develop their aggressiveness, creativities, and challenges when teaching these children. Because students are active in thinking, in the classroom, students often have some unexpected ideas, that is, the generation of the classroom, in the face of this situation, teachers should be how to do？ A joke between students in the class, sparked the interest of a classmate, and then under the teachers＇ guidance, they invented a chemistry experiment instrument Ω type pipe, illustrated the importance of the teachers focus on creating teaching.

Therapeutic observation of manipulation plus exercise therapy in treating upper crossed syndrome postures of primary school students

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of sinew-bone balancing manipulation plus exercise therapy in treating postures of primary school students with upper crossed syndrome(UCS).Methods:Sixty pupils with UCS were divided into an exercise group and a combination group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The combination group received treatments of sinew-bone balancing manipulation plus exercise therapy,while the exercise group received exercise therapy alone.The two groups received interventions once every other day,for a total of 1 month.The sagittal static posture assessment total score,forward head angle(FHA)and forward shoulder angle(FSA)were compared before and after treatment;the sagittal static assessment total score,FHA and FSA were compared between the exercise group and the combination group.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences comparing the sagittal static posture assessment total score,FHA and FSA between the two groups(all P>0.05);after treatment,the sagittal static posture assessment total score,FHA and FSA decreased in the two groups,with intra-group statistical significance(all P<0.01),and were lower in the combination group than in the exercise group,with inter-group statistical significance(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Sinew-bone balancing manipulation plus exercise therapy can notably improve the FHA and FSA and reduce the sagittal static posture total score in pupils with UCS,so as to correct the bad postures and adjust UCS physique.It can produce more significant efficacy compared with exercise therapy alone.

The Silk Road Economic Belt and Green Growth in the East of Russia

The Silk Road Economic Belt （SREB） opens new development opportunities for Russia in general, and its Eastern regions in particular, via larger-scale and multi-level international cooperation. The eastern regions of Russia, rich in natural resources, have traditionally focused on resource extraction. In the context of the SREB, the issues of environmental security in Eastern Russia come to the fore. Here, we propose tools for ＇diagnosis＇ if a chosen path of regional economic development proceeds according to the concept of a green economy. We use different indicators based on eco-intensity. We determine ecological-economic development trends in the Eastern border regions of Russia at the initial stage of the Silk Road Economic Belt formation to serve as a starting point and guideline for development processes within the SREB. If cooperation is directed to implementing the best Chinese production chains, significant improvements in the quality of economic growth in Russia will be achieved.
