东北地区绝大多数原始天然林由于不合理采伐和严重破坏退化成次生林;搞清次生林向顶级群落恢复演变的过程中,树种丰富度变化效应、树种组成效应等相对影响大小,对于次生林经营实践具有重要指导意义.本文基于吉林蛟河大样地数据,以树种... 东北地区绝大多数原始天然林由于不合理采伐和严重破坏退化成次生林;搞清次生林向顶级群落恢复演变的过程中,树种丰富度变化效应、树种组成效应等相对影响大小,对于次生林经营实践具有重要指导意义.本文基于吉林蛟河大样地数据,以树种空间关系为出发点对Price生态方程进行多种划分,研究划分方法间关系及各效应随时间的变化.研究结果发现,不同划分方式间存在可加性;随着群落恢复时间的变化,树种丰富度引起的直接效应与间接效应占比基本持平,维持在0.4952~0.5048;树种丧失直接效应与共有树种效应是其余效应3倍以上.因此,在林业生产经营中不仅要关注经人为干扰后的树种数量变化,更要关注丧失与新增树种的影响,对应不同的森林恢复阶段采取不同的经营方式,避免破坏森林的生态系统功能. 展开更多

基于生态系统碳平衡方程以及净第一性生产力(NPP) 和气候资料反演了1km分辨率的中国土壤异养呼吸系数(aij),结果表明:aij总体上是东南和东北地区高,西北地区低;和NPP相比,东南沿海和华南的大部分地区的aij值并不大,而在东北北部和东部... 基于生态系统碳平衡方程以及净第一性生产力(NPP) 和气候资料反演了1km分辨率的中国土壤异养呼吸系数(aij),结果表明:aij总体上是东南和东北地区高,西北地区低;和NPP相比,东南沿海和华南的大部分地区的aij值并不大,而在东北北部和东部有大面积的aij高值区。这表明当气候适宜时,这些地区的土壤异养呼吸将具有较大的增长潜力。在假定气温平均升高1.5 oC,降水平均增加5%的情景下,对中国净生态系统生产力(NEP) 的研究表明:生态系统与大气的碳通量都有所增加,其中NPP平均增加了6.2%,土壤异养呼吸平均增加了5.5%,不同生态系统的NEP存在很大的差异,其中最稳定最有潜力的自然生态系统的碳汇是北方落叶针叶林;对人工植被而言,最多最稳定的碳汇是一年一熟作物;而双季稻连作喜温作物和单(双) 季稻连作喜凉作物生态系统起着较稳定的碳源作用。 展开更多

油价、资源与环境统筹管理政策缺失导致石油资源外部性问题日益严重,从油价波动和资源环境补偿视角出发研究石油资源税率是解决石油资源外部性,实现对油价、资源与环境统筹管理的关键。基于山东省2000~2013年石油资源开采行业数据,根... 油价、资源与环境统筹管理政策缺失导致石油资源外部性问题日益严重,从油价波动和资源环境补偿视角出发研究石油资源税率是解决石油资源外部性,实现对油价、资源与环境统筹管理的关键。基于山东省2000~2013年石油资源开采行业数据,根据使用者成本法测算山东省石油开采行业的资源耗减成本,发现当前资源税费比率应提高14%;根据生态补偿标准模型测算生态环境成本,结合大量实地调研,指出生态环境补偿水平应从目前补偿水平的22%逐步提高至完全补偿生态环境成本。然后,根据价值对等原则构建资源生态环境补偿方程,探索性地计算了基于油价波动的石油资源税率,发现当油价处于(23~52)、(52~78)、(78~115)美元/桶的油价区间时,在7%折现率下分别对应17.51%、18.84%、19.04%的补偿税率,得出结论:当前条件下将资源税费与环境补偿费用合并征收,需要将补偿税率逐步提高至15%~20%。最后,从税率确定、计征方式以及监管体系三方面提出了执行对策。 展开更多

Application of a Derivative-Free Method with Projection Skill to Solve an Optimization Problem 被引量:1

Improving numerical forecasting skill in the atmospheric and oceanic sciences by solving optimization problems is an important issue. One such method is to compute the conditional nonlinear optimal perturbation(CNOP), which has been applied widely in predictability studies. In this study, the Differential Evolution(DE) algorithm, which is a derivative-free algorithm and has been applied to obtain CNOPs for exploring the uncertainty of terrestrial ecosystem processes, was employed to obtain the CNOPs for finite-dimensional optimization problems with ball constraint conditions using Burgers' equation. The aim was first to test if the CNOP calculated by the DE algorithm is similar to that computed by traditional optimization algorithms, such as the Spectral Projected Gradient(SPG2) algorithm. The second motive was to supply a possible route through which the CNOP approach can be applied in predictability studies in the atmospheric and oceanic sciences without obtaining a model adjoint system, or for optimization problems with non-differentiable cost functions. A projection skill was first explanted to the DE algorithm to calculate the CNOPs. To validate the algorithm, the SPG2 algorithm was also applied to obtain the CNOPs for the same optimization problems. The results showed that the CNOPs obtained by the DE algorithm were nearly the same as those obtained by the SPG2 algorithm in terms of their spatial distributions and nonlinear evolutions. The implication is that the DE algorithm could be employed to calculate the optimal values of optimization problems, especially for non-differentiable and nonlinear optimization problems associated with the atmospheric and oceanic sciences. 展开更多

With the GFG project s... The Loess Plateau is one typical area of serious soil erosion in the world. China has implemented ′Grain for Green′(GFG) project to restore the eco-environment of the Loess Plateau since 1999. With the GFG project subsidy approaching the end, it is concerned that farmers of fewer subsidies may reclaim land again. Thus, ′Gully Land Consolidation Project′(GLCP) was initiated in 2010. The core of the GLCP was to create more land suitable for farming in gullies so as to reduce land reclamation on the slopes which are ecological vulnerable areas. This paper aims to assess the effect of the GLCP on soil erosion problems by studying Wangjiagou project region located in the central part of Anzi valley in the middle of the Loess Plateau, mainly using the revised universal soil loss equation(RUSLE) based on GIS. The findings show that the GLCP can help to reduce soil shipment by 9.87% and it creates more terraces and river-nearby land suitable for farming which account for 27.41% of the whole study area. Thus, it is feasible to implement the GLCP in places below gradient 15°, though the GLCP also intensifies soil erosion in certain places such as field ridge, village land, floodplain, natural grassland, and shrub land. In short, the GLCP develops new generation dam land and balances the short-term and long-term interests to ease the conflicts between economic development and environmental protection. Furthermore, the GLCP and the GFG could also be combined preferably. On the one hand, the GFG improves the ecological environment, which could offer certain safety to the GLCP, on the other hand, the GLCP creates more farmland favorable for farming in gullies instead of land reclamation on the slopes, which could indirectly protect the GFG project. 展开更多

Changes in Ecosystem Service of Soil Conservation Between 2000 and 2010 and Its Driving Factors in Southwestern China 被引量:17

Human activities significantly alter ecosystems and their services; however, quantifying the impact of human activities on ecosystems has been a great challenge in ecosystem management. We used the Universal Soil Loss Equation and county-level socioeconomic data to assess the changes in the ecosystem service of soil conservation between 2000 and 2010, and to analyze its spatial characteristics and driving factors in the southwestern China. The results showed that cropland in the southwestern China decreased by 3.74%, while urban land, forest, and grassland areas increased by 46.78%, 0.86%, and 1.12%, respectively. The soil conservation increased by 1.88 × 10^(11) kg, with deterioration only in some local areas. The improved and the degraded areas accounted for 6.41% and 2.44% of the total land area, respectively. Implementation of the Sloping Land Conversion Program and urbanization explained 57.80% and 23.90% of the variation in the soil conservation change, respectively, and were found to be the main factors enhancing soil conservation. The 2008 Wenchuan earthquake was one of the factors that led to the degradation of soil conservation. Furthermore, industrial adjustment, by increasing shares of Industry and Service and reducing those of Agriculture, has also promoted soil conservation. Our results quantitatively showed and emphasized the contributions to soil conservation improvement made by implementing ecological restoration programs and promoting urbanization. Consequently, these results provide basic information to improve our understanding of the effects of ecological restoration programs, and help guide future sustainable urban development and regional industrial restructuring. 展开更多

Industrial symbiosis, a sub-field of industrial ecology, engages traditionally separate industries in a collective approach, involving exchange of materials, energy, water, and/or by-products, to enhance competitive ability and environmental performance. To construct a symbiosis analysis method, this article employs a number of parameters embodying information about materials, energy and economics as the main essential parameters in system analysis and introduces symbiosis profit and symbiotic consumption elements as the economic indicators. A modeling and simulation program is designed using the agent-based modeling approach to simulate the evolvement of a hypothetical coal-based industrial system and the change of symbiosis conditions in the process of construction is examined. The simulation program built using the Swarm library, which is a freely available multi-agent simulation package, provides a useful demonstration for the symbiosis analysis method. 展开更多

In this paper, the authors give a comprehensive review of the research from the perspective of the definition of climate change vulnerability and agricultural vulnerability to climate change, research topics, and evaluation methodologies.
