为方便快速的寻找生物燃油/柴油混合乳化燃料的最佳超声乳化制备参数,将超声乳化燃料制取的实验数据作为样本数据,构建乳化燃料稳定性的人工神经网络预测模型。利用建立的非线性神经网络预测模型作为种群个体的适应度函数,建立混合乳化... 为方便快速的寻找生物燃油/柴油混合乳化燃料的最佳超声乳化制备参数,将超声乳化燃料制取的实验数据作为样本数据,构建乳化燃料稳定性的人工神经网络预测模型。利用建立的非线性神经网络预测模型作为种群个体的适应度函数,建立混合乳化燃料制备参数的遗传算法寻优模型,通过遗传算法模拟自然进化过程随机、自适应搜索的方式确定乳化燃料生产制取的最佳乳化超声参数(超声波频率、功率、作用时间和矩形脉冲占空比)。按该参数进行试验,其试验数值与计算数值相符合。结果表明,运用混合乳化燃料预测模型及遗传算法优化模型能够准确设计出稳定性能较好混合乳化燃料制取的超声乳化参数,为混合乳化燃料的制备提供了一种新的优选方式。 展开更多

该研究所用生物燃油是在东北林业大学生物质能中心自主研发的ZKR-200装置上,以各种农业秸秆、废弃木质材料等生物质为原料,经过闪速热裂解而制成的。将不同体积比的生物燃油与柴油在加入少量乳化剂的情况下进行乳化,并对直接影响柴油机... 该研究所用生物燃油是在东北林业大学生物质能中心自主研发的ZKR-200装置上,以各种农业秸秆、废弃木质材料等生物质为原料,经过闪速热裂解而制成的。将不同体积比的生物燃油与柴油在加入少量乳化剂的情况下进行乳化,并对直接影响柴油机性能及燃油的使用、存储和运输的几种基本物理化学性质(密度、粘度、闪点等)进行测试,并用752型紫外可见光分光光度计和莱克显微镜研究其稳定性,总结出了不同生物燃油含量对乳化燃油物性参数的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着生物燃油掺混比例的增加,乳化燃油的密度、粘度、闪点逐渐增加,PH值与稳定性逐渐降低。这些实验结果将对生物燃油的产业化开发和应用具有一定指导意义。 展开更多

Eight test conditions, combination of t... A diesel engine for tractor was tested for 250 hours of durability with biodiesel fuel of 100%. An engine test cycle was designed based on the ISO test code of off-road vehicle. Eight test conditions, combination of three engine speeds and eight engine loads, were applied to the engine endurance test, and the engine was operated for eight hours in a day. Power output, fuel consumption rate, exhaust gas quality and particulate matter (PM) were measured and discussed. For the extensive 250 hours of the tractor diesel engine endurance test no significant changes of power output, fuel consumption rate, exhaust gas quality and PM were monitored and authors could not find any difference in the engine patterns of the two fuels of BDF100 and light oil. During all the engine endurance test conditions, no abrupt stopping was encountered but because of temperature down by the cold season the endurance test could not carried out for some periods. PMs were collected and the average F'M was 0.027 g/kw which was far below than Tier 4 diesel engine PM of 0.3 g/kw h defined by US EPA PM of the diesel engine clas,;. Overall even 100% biodiesel can be an alternative fuel for light oil for diesel engine operation with some considerations for cold sea:son use. 展开更多

Animal-Fats Biodiesel as a Heating Fuel for Agricultural Hot Air Heaters

Biodiesel (BD) was made from animal-fats reacting with methanol and potassium hydroxide in the laboratory. The biodiesel made in the laboratory was sent to K-petro, the government agency to inspect the quality of animal-fats biodiesel, of which generally the quality was acceptable for heating oil for agricultural hot air heater. Kinematic viscosity and calorific values of the biodiesels were measured. BD20(K), kerosene based biodiesel, showed 18 cSt at -20 ~C. It seems that BD100 can not be suitable for heating fuel under some temperature. As BD content increased calorific value decreased up to 40,000 J/g for 100% BD (BD100) while, light oil calorific value was 45,567 J/g, showing difference of 5,567 J/g (about 12% difference), Several different fuels including BD20 (biodiesel 20% + light oil 80%), BD50 (biodiesel 50% + light oil 50%), BD100 (biodiesel 100%) and light oil were prepared and tested for fuel combustion qualities for agricultural hot air heater and their combustion performances were compared and analyzed. Flame dimensions of biodiesels and light oil were almost same shape at the same combustion condition in the burner of the hot air heater. Generally, CO2 amounts of BDs were greater than light oil, but the differences were so small that it is hard to tell there was significant difference between the BDs combustion and light oil. 展开更多

There is an increasing interest in India, to search for suitable alternative fuels that are environment friendly. Thisled to the choice of Mahua Oil (MO) as one of the main alternative fuels to diesel. In this investigation, MahuaOil Biodiesel (MOB) and its blend with diesel were used as fuel in a single cylinder, direct injection and compressionignition engine. The MOB was prepared from MO by transesterification using methanol and potassiumhydroxide. The fuel properties of MOB are close to the diesel and confirm to the ASTM standards. From the enginetest analysis, it was observed that the MOB, B5 and B20 blend results in lower CO, HC and smoke emissionsas compared to diesel. But the B5 and B20 blends results in higher efficiency as compared to MOB. HenceMOB or blends of MOB and diesel (B5 or B20) can be used as a substitute for diesel in diesel engines used intransportation as well as in the agriculture sector. 展开更多
