探讨有机肥和微生物菌剂对当归质量的影响。采集3个试验基地常规施肥(CK)、自制生物有机肥(ZZ)、商品有机肥(OF)与微生物菌剂(MI)配施Ⅰ(YJ1)[(75 kg OF+10 kg MI)/667 m^(2)]、商品有机肥与微生物菌剂配施Ⅱ(YJ2)[(50 kg OF+20 kg MI)/...探讨有机肥和微生物菌剂对当归质量的影响。采集3个试验基地常规施肥(CK)、自制生物有机肥(ZZ)、商品有机肥(OF)与微生物菌剂(MI)配施Ⅰ(YJ1)[(75 kg OF+10 kg MI)/667 m^(2)]、商品有机肥与微生物菌剂配施Ⅱ(YJ2)[(50 kg OF+20 kg MI)/667 m^(2)]4种不同处理下的当归样品12批次,以指纹图谱共有峰为指标,根据共有峰主成分权重系数计算可视化质量综合评价指数,结合7种指标性成分(丁烯基苯酞、藁本内酯、洋川芎内酯A、洋川芎内酯H、洋川芎内酯I、阿魏酸、绿原酸)含量,评价当归药材质量。结果显示,12批次当归的指纹图谱共标定13个共有峰,指认7种成分,经共有峰主成分分析及权重系数综合评价显示,3个试验基地当归样品综合比较以临洮县普济寺村组的YJ1处理样品综合质量最优,组内比较,各处理样品质量排序均为YJ_(1)>YJ_(2)>CK>ZZ;多指标含量测定结果显示,临洮县普济寺村组当归药材中藁本内酯、阿魏酸含量均显著高于其他试验基地样品,组内比较,YJ1、YJ2处理样品中藁本内酯含量均显著高于CK和ZZ处理样品。试验结果提示,不同施肥处理对当归样品质量均有一定影响,本试验条件下以有机肥与微生物菌剂配施Ⅰ[(75 kg OF+10 kg MI)/667 m^(2)]处理效果最佳,能促进定西产区当归绿色种植。展开更多

Field experiments were also conducted to study their effects on the economic traits and chemical composition of tobacco. Results: The results showed that Jiabile biological microbial agent has a strong direct inhibitory effect on bacterial wilt and black shank disease;the three bacterial agents, namely Nongjiao and Jiabile biological agents, Bacillus subtilis KN-03 liquid at a concentration of -500 million/mL, and 10% microemulsion of tobacco glandular hair diterpenoid extract, were effective in preventing the occurrence of tobacco wilt and black shank disease. All three bacterial agents and inducers showed efficacy. Promote growth and development;Jiabile bio microbial agent and 10% microemulsion of tobacco glandular diterpenoid extract have a significant positive effect on increasing the economic traits of tobacco leaves, and the chemical composition indicators of the tobacco leaves produced by the application treatment are better. Conclusion: In the production of tobacco in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, Jiabile bio microbial agent and 10% microemulsion of tobacco glandular diterpenoid extract are the two most effective pesticides for controlling tobacco wilt and black shank disease.展开更多
