解淀粉芽孢杆菌产酶特性及其抑制禾谷镰刀菌性能研究 被引量:1

[目的]深入了解生防菌发挥作用的方式。[方法]对从土壤中分离的解淀粉芽孢杆菌的产酶活性和生防菌功能展开研究,采用产生透明圈的方法检测解淀粉芽孢杆菌生产纤维素酶的功能,用牛津杯法检测解淀粉芽孢杆菌对植物致病菌禾谷镰刀菌的抑制... [目的]深入了解生防菌发挥作用的方式。[方法]对从土壤中分离的解淀粉芽孢杆菌的产酶活性和生防菌功能展开研究,采用产生透明圈的方法检测解淀粉芽孢杆菌生产纤维素酶的功能,用牛津杯法检测解淀粉芽孢杆菌对植物致病菌禾谷镰刀菌的抑制作用。[结果]解淀粉芽孢杆菌能够产生分解纤维素的纤维素酶,纤维素酶活性可以达到26.86 U/mL,并且它能够抑制禾谷镰刀菌的生长,而且生长代谢产物浓度越浓抑制效果越明显,未经稀释的菌液抑菌效价可达到465 mm/mL。[结论]该研究为解淀粉芽孢杆菌的实际应用提供了理论基础和实践指导。 展开更多

This paper presents an analytical framework for evaluating the FBCE (fully burdened cost of energy) in military operations. The FBCE methodology considers all operational factors in the energy supply chain, including transportation, infrastructure, manpower, maintenance, security protection, and storage of energy. The FBCE concept allows a proper evaluation of the energy costs when assessing different alternatives in military operations and acquisitions. It could also be used to inform decisions on the size and focus of investment in science and technology programs related to the development of efficient military capabilities, alternative fuel sources, and renewable energy solutions. This paper uses cost estimation techniques to formulate the FBCE and focuses on fuel-based military systems and operations. Two case studies using Canadian Forces domestic and deployed operational bases are presented and discussed to demonstrate the methodology. 展开更多
