Since the flow in four-inlet river system is reduced gradually, the lake water level is also reduced, resulting in shrunk lake area, channelized lake, narrowed channel and reduced rfve beach. Facing the changed relationship the River and the Lake after the utilization of Three Gorges Project, the Chenglingji control engineering at the outlet of Dongting Lake and the dredging of four-inlet river system are car- ried out. Thus the roles of flood control (1.67x101~ m3) and water amount regulation (2.3~101~ m3) of Dongting Lake are fully played. The Dongting Lake plays compen- sating and scheduling roles in the flood control and water storage of the Three Gorges Reservoir. It can reduce a volume of 4.0x109 m3 of excess flood around Chenglingji. In addition, it can also provide a water supply of 5 000 m3/s to the lower reaches of Yangtze River during the dry season for about 30 d. The Dongt- ing Lake plays an important role in the stabilization of ecological environment in the watershed, the regional water resources security and the protection of Dongting Lake and Yangtze River.展开更多

A two-echelon supply chain model, which consists of a supplier and a retailer, is established. Then, the retailer's optimal replenishment cycle under all the cases are derived by using the optimization theory and method. On the basis of these, the effects of system parameters on the optimal replenishment cycle are examined by using the numerical studies. The results show that, when the retailer's trade credit period is longer (shorter) than the customer's trade credit period, the optimal replenishment cycle should he increased (decreased) as the retailer's trade credit period increases; if the minimum order quantity is high (low), the optimal replenishment cycle should be increased (not changed) as the minimum order quantity increases.展开更多

Multicarrier DS-CDMA using OC codes can be regarded as a special case of our proposed system. Zero Correlation Zone (ZCZ) of ZCS can be flexibly adjusted to meet the requirements on the user number and maximum multipath and in- ter-user delay, in this way, more users can be supported without losing interference-free property. This problem is of great importance for any circuit breaker especially for compact low voltage vacuum circuit breakers. To avoid contact floating at closure and during any inrush current under short circuit conditions, the electrodynamic repulsive force can be employed successfully if we use a special compensation system flexibly combined with the contact itself. However to select and design the compensation system properly, its efficiency has to be known. This paper presents an approach to obtain the electrodynamic force value depending on different shaped (rectangular, square, circle and arch) copper plates used in the compensator by using ANSYS for current values 40 kA RMS. Curve-fitting was done according to the calculating results, the optimization designing of compensation unit is based on them.展开更多

In this study, the hydrological process...It is important to understand how land use change impacts groundwater recharge, especially for regions that are undergoing rapid urbanization and there is limited surface water. In this study, the hydrological processes and re- charge ability of various land use types in Guishui River Basin, China (in Beijing Municipality) were analyzed. The impact of land use change was investigated based on water balance modeling, WetSpass and GIS. The results indicate that groundwater recharge accounts for only 21.16% of the precipitation, while 72.54% is lost in the form of evapotranspiration. The annual-lumped groundwater recharge rate decreases in the order of cropland, grassland, urban land, and forest. Land use change has resulted in a decrease of 4 x 106 m3 of yearly groundwater recharge in the study area, with a spatially averaged rate of 100.48 mm/yr and 98.41 mm/yr in 1980 and 2005, respectively. This variation has primarily come from an increase of urban area and rural settlements, as well as a decrease of cropland.展开更多

To investigate the role played by ligation of complement ...Phagocytosis of opsonized pathogens by circulating non-adherent neutrophils is an essential step in host defense, which when overwhelmed contributes to sepsis. To investigate the role played by ligation of complement receptors CR3 and CR4 in non-adherent neutrophils, we designed a novel assay system utilizing dual optical traps, respectively, holding a suspended unactivated cell and presenting a specific ligand-coated bead to the cell surface. We chose anti-CD 18 as an example ligand, mimicking the bacterial opsonizing complement fragment iC3b. Presentation of anti-CD 18-coated beads elicited both pseudopodial protrusion and subsequent phagocytosis. This is in sharp contrast to previously reported responses of adherent neutrophils, which phagocytize opsonized particles without pseudopod formation. We used this same new assay to probe actomyosin pathways in the neutrophil's pseudopodial and phagocytic response. Disruption of actin or inhibition of myosin light-chain kinase dose-dependently reduced pseudopod formation and phagocytosis rates. In summary, i) the new dual trap assay can be used to study the responses of suspended neutrophils to a variety of ligands, and ii) in a first application of this technique, we found that local ligation of CR3/4 in unactivated neutrophils in suspension induces pseudopod formation and phagocytosis at that site, and that these events occur via an actomyosindependent pathway.展开更多

It is because of that the optical path and the transmission modes of the thin film filter will change when the incident angle is varied. According to the thin film matrix theory,the analysis model is established,the displacement change of the transmission field is simulated,and a dynamic compensation fitting is also designed and fabricated in the paper. The experimental results show that it can effectively reduce the insertion loss and the phenomenon of Gaussian process. Using the compensation fitting,the tunable range of the filter is at about 20 nm which coincides with the theoretical design.展开更多

With the development of MEMS devices for satellite, it is possible to establish much lighter and smaller nanosatellites with higher performance and longer lifecyele. The power consumption of MEMS devices is usually much lower than that of traditional devices, which will greatly reduce the consumption of power. For its small size and simple architecture, MEMS devices can be easily integrated together and achieve redundancy. Launched on April 18, 2004, NS - 1 is a nanosatellite for science exploration and MEMS devices test. A mass of science data and images were acquired during its running. NS - 1 weights less than 25 kg. It consists of several MEMS devices, including one miniature inertial measurement unit(MIMU) , three micro complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS)cameras, one sun sensor, three momentum wheels, and one micro magnetic sensor. By applying micro components based on MEMS technology, NS - 1 has made success in the experiments of integrative design, manufacture, and MEMS devices integration. In this paper, some MEMS devices for nanosatellite and picosatellite are introduced, which have been tested on NS -1 nanosatellite or on the ground.展开更多
Objective This study focused on the application regularity of medicinal and dietary sub-stances(MDS)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diet therapy during rehabilitation,in order to help patients with Corona Virus Di...Objective This study focused on the application regularity of medicinal and dietary sub-stances(MDS)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diet therapy during rehabilitation,in order to help patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)reduce sequelae and improve their life quality.Methods The official websites of the national and provincial health committees,the website of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the China BioMedical Literature Database(CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Wanfang Database were used to search the keywords,such as“coronavirus”“novel coronavirus pneumonia”“COVID-19”“protocol”“guideline”“consensus”and“rehabilitation period”.The search time was from the establishment of databases to July 31,2022.The prevention and control protocols of various provinces and cities were manually supplemented and screened out.The information on the frequency,property,flavor,meridian tropism,and efficacy of MDS was collected for association rule analysis through the Apriori algorithm.Hierarchical cluster analysis was performed using the Euclidean distance and longest distance.Results A total of 18 protocols were screened out,including 56 lists of TCM diet therapy,and 47 kinds of MDS with a frequency of 132 times during the rehabilitation of COVID-19.Among them,six lists of diet therapy were collected from national websites,26 from local government websites,and 24 from social and academic institution websites.The intended population can be divided into seven categories including normal recovery,lung-spleen Qi deficiency,deficiency of both Qi and Yin,spleen-stomach weakness,deficiency of Yang Qi,kidney Qi deficiency,and blood deficiency.Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)and Lianzi(Nelumbinis Semen),followed by Dazao(Jujubae Fructus)were used most commonly in MDS,with mainly flat property,sweet flavor,and spleen and lung meridians in meridian tropism.Besides,deficiency-tonifying drugs were commonly used in MDS.Through association rule analysis,12 groups of association MDS pairs were obtained.The pair of Yiyiren(Coicis Semen)and Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)had the highest Lift value,and Yiyiren(Coicis Semen)was used most frequently in the MDS category for eliminating pathogenic factors.The results of complex network analysis showed that the core MDS were Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Fuling(Poria),and Dazao(Jujubae Fructus).Three core categories were classified by cluster analysis,including the category of strengthening spleen,nourishing kidney,and grasping Qi,the category of removing phlegm,abating panting,and regulating Qi,and the category of strengthening the middle-energizer and reinforcing Qi.Conclusion Based on the TCM theory,most patients during the rehabilitation of COVID-19 are in a state of lingering pathogens due to deficient vital Qi.TCM diet therapy is based on the principle of“giving both reinforcing and reducing treatment”,and the MDS combinations focus on both reinforcing the health Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors.The diet therapy mainly uses the MDS with flat property and sweet flavor,which belongs to deficiency-tonifying drugs,adding suitable MDS of pathogen-eliminating drugs according to different situations.The ultimate goal is to promote lung inflammation absorption,improve pulmonary fibrosis,increase immunity,reduce the occurrence of sequelae,and improve life quality.展开更多
In this study, we propose a new temperature compensation control strategy for a multi-cavity hot runner injection molding system, At first, the melt filling time of each cavity can be measured by installing temperatur...In this study, we propose a new temperature compensation control strategy for a multi-cavity hot runner injection molding system, At first, the melt filling time of each cavity can be measured by installing temperature sensors on the position around end filling area, and filling time difference between the various cavities can be calculated. Then the melt temperature of each hot nozzle can be adjusted automatically by a control strategy established based on the Fuzzy Theory and a program compiled with LABVIEW software. Temperature changes the melt mobility, so the adjustment of temperature can equalize the filling time of the melt in each cavity, which can reduced the mass deviation between each cavity and make product properties of each cavity consistent. The conclusion of the experiment is as follows: For this contact lens box of a four-cavity Hot Runner mold, by applying hot runner temperature compensation control system, time difference can be reduced from 0.05 s to 0.01 s at each cavity, and the mass Standard deviation of the four cavity can be improved from 0.006 to 0.002. The ratio of imbalance can be reduced from 20% to 4%. Hence, the hot runner temperature compensation control system has significant feasibility and high potential in improving melt flow balance of multi-cavity molding application.展开更多

To solve this problem, the idea of speed feedback compensation control reaction wheel is put forward. This paper introduces the comparison on design and performance of two satellite attitude control systems, which are separately based on the current control reaction wheel and the speed feedback compensation control reaction wheel. Analysis shows that the speed feedback compensation control flywheel system may effectively suppress the torque fluctuation. Simulation results indicate that the satellite attitude control system with the speed feedback compensation control flywheel has improved performance.展开更多

Then imidization of perylene-3, 4, 9, 10-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with 2,4-bis(laurylamino)-6-(1-(2-aminoethyl)-piperazine)-1, 3, 5-triazine was carried out to afford a novel perylene derivative bearing two melamine blocks (S2) and 1, 6, 7, 12-tetra(4-tert-butyl phenoxy)-perylene-3, 4, 9, 10-tetracarboxylic acid bisimide (S1. The hydrogen-bonding interactions between S1 and S2 were investigated by IH NMR spectrum, UV/Vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum. The influences on the morphologies of S1·S2 aggregates were investigated. The results show that well-defined nanofibers with a diameter of about 100 nm can be obtained by self-assembly between S1 and S2 only in CH2Cl2 solution. Based on these results, guidelines for the molecular design and self-assembly of supramolecular polymer materials are presented.展开更多

文摘Fatty liver is a disease caused by excessive accumulation of fat in the liver due to long-term ort repeated affection of various causative factors'When the pathogenic factor prevails,the qi is sure to be deficient',Therefore,deficiency of the vital-qicontributes greatly to the occurrence of fatty liver.For many years,the author has concentrated ont the treatment of fatty liver with the tonificatioin method,or tonification followed by purgation,or the combination of tonificaytioin with purgation,so as to effectively prevent the liver from being injured by harmful substances ,and to benefit the recovery of fatty liver.The following is a report of his experience in treatment of fatty liver with the combined use of tonification and purgation.
文摘In this paper, we conduct research on the game theory and the logic optimization and the applications on construction of China’s new energy subsidy system. The management of energy and the general optimization of energy structure play an important role in the development of the national economy and the upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, it is the inevitable choice to build a well-off society in an all-round way. The energy projects management in tradition adopts way from bottom to top, namely from the floor of project management starts to collect the data, progressive upward transmission to the high-level, after analysis carries on the management and control to the project, this method had guaranteed the project pays according to progress, quality, cost and other requests, in view of the management of single project. This paper integrates the game theory and the logic optimization to construct the revised system that will be meaningful.

文摘An S band and a C band distributed fiber Raman amplifiers (DFRAs) with flattened gain and compensated dispersion have been studied and implemented with 1427 nm and 1455 nm mono-wavelength fiber Raman lasers as the pumped sourcesrespectively. The gain of single-wave pumped S band and C band can reach 10 dB and 15 dB respectively. And a 50 nmgain flattened width was successfully obtained by using a chirp fiber Bragg grating (CFBG) gain flattened filter with gainripple of ±0.6 dB. The C band DFRA has been applied to CDMA wireless communication system successfully.
文摘Phagocytosis of opsonized pathogens by circulating non-adherent neutrophils is an essential step in host defense, which when overwhelmed contributes to sepsis. To investigate the role played by ligation of complement receptors CR3 and CR4 in non-adherent neutrophils, we designed a novel assay system utilizing dual optical traps, respectively, holding a suspended unactivated cell and presenting a specific ligand-coated bead to the cell surface. We chose anti-CD 18 as an example ligand, mimicking the bacterial opsonizing complement fragment iC3b. Presentation of anti-CD 18-coated beads elicited both pseudopodial protrusion and subsequent phagocytosis. This is in sharp contrast to previously reported responses of adherent neutrophils, which phagocytize opsonized particles without pseudopod formation. We used this same new assay to probe actomyosin pathways in the neutrophil's pseudopodial and phagocytic response. Disruption of actin or inhibition of myosin light-chain kinase dose-dependently reduced pseudopod formation and phagocytosis rates. In summary, i) the new dual trap assay can be used to study the responses of suspended neutrophils to a variety of ligands, and ii) in a first application of this technique, we found that local ligation of CR3/4 in unactivated neutrophils in suspension induces pseudopod formation and phagocytosis at that site, and that these events occur via an actomyosindependent pathway.
文摘For a 100 GHz DWDM angle-tuned filter with low polarization dependent loss,the insertion loss and the Gaussian-transformation tendency of the transmission spectrum will become more serious as the incident angle is increased. It is because of that the optical path and the transmission modes of the thin film filter will change when the incident angle is varied. According to the thin film matrix theory,the analysis model is established,the displacement change of the transmission field is simulated,and a dynamic compensation fitting is also designed and fabricated in the paper. The experimental results show that it can effectively reduce the insertion loss and the phenomenon of Gaussian process. Using the compensation fitting,the tunable range of the filter is at about 20 nm which coincides with the theoretical design.
文摘The frequency offset information is extracted from local pilot amplitude characteristics, which suffer much less distortion in frequency-selective fading channels than those utilizing frequency domain correlation techniques. Simulation shows that the performance of this scheme has better performance than the existing frequency domain pilot-based frequency offset detection scheme.
文摘micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) device has the advantages of both electronic system and mechanical system. With the development of MEMS devices for satellite, it is possible to establish much lighter and smaller nanosatellites with higher performance and longer lifecyele. The power consumption of MEMS devices is usually much lower than that of traditional devices, which will greatly reduce the consumption of power. For its small size and simple architecture, MEMS devices can be easily integrated together and achieve redundancy. Launched on April 18, 2004, NS - 1 is a nanosatellite for science exploration and MEMS devices test. A mass of science data and images were acquired during its running. NS - 1 weights less than 25 kg. It consists of several MEMS devices, including one miniature inertial measurement unit(MIMU) , three micro complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS)cameras, one sun sensor, three momentum wheels, and one micro magnetic sensor. By applying micro components based on MEMS technology, NS - 1 has made success in the experiments of integrative design, manufacture, and MEMS devices integration. In this paper, some MEMS devices for nanosatellite and picosatellite are introduced, which have been tested on NS -1 nanosatellite or on the ground.

文摘Objective This study focused on the application regularity of medicinal and dietary sub-stances(MDS)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diet therapy during rehabilitation,in order to help patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)reduce sequelae and improve their life quality.Methods The official websites of the national and provincial health committees,the website of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the China BioMedical Literature Database(CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Wanfang Database were used to search the keywords,such as“coronavirus”“novel coronavirus pneumonia”“COVID-19”“protocol”“guideline”“consensus”and“rehabilitation period”.The search time was from the establishment of databases to July 31,2022.The prevention and control protocols of various provinces and cities were manually supplemented and screened out.The information on the frequency,property,flavor,meridian tropism,and efficacy of MDS was collected for association rule analysis through the Apriori algorithm.Hierarchical cluster analysis was performed using the Euclidean distance and longest distance.Results A total of 18 protocols were screened out,including 56 lists of TCM diet therapy,and 47 kinds of MDS with a frequency of 132 times during the rehabilitation of COVID-19.Among them,six lists of diet therapy were collected from national websites,26 from local government websites,and 24 from social and academic institution websites.The intended population can be divided into seven categories including normal recovery,lung-spleen Qi deficiency,deficiency of both Qi and Yin,spleen-stomach weakness,deficiency of Yang Qi,kidney Qi deficiency,and blood deficiency.Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)and Lianzi(Nelumbinis Semen),followed by Dazao(Jujubae Fructus)were used most commonly in MDS,with mainly flat property,sweet flavor,and spleen and lung meridians in meridian tropism.Besides,deficiency-tonifying drugs were commonly used in MDS.Through association rule analysis,12 groups of association MDS pairs were obtained.The pair of Yiyiren(Coicis Semen)and Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)had the highest Lift value,and Yiyiren(Coicis Semen)was used most frequently in the MDS category for eliminating pathogenic factors.The results of complex network analysis showed that the core MDS were Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Fuling(Poria),and Dazao(Jujubae Fructus).Three core categories were classified by cluster analysis,including the category of strengthening spleen,nourishing kidney,and grasping Qi,the category of removing phlegm,abating panting,and regulating Qi,and the category of strengthening the middle-energizer and reinforcing Qi.Conclusion Based on the TCM theory,most patients during the rehabilitation of COVID-19 are in a state of lingering pathogens due to deficient vital Qi.TCM diet therapy is based on the principle of“giving both reinforcing and reducing treatment”,and the MDS combinations focus on both reinforcing the health Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors.The diet therapy mainly uses the MDS with flat property and sweet flavor,which belongs to deficiency-tonifying drugs,adding suitable MDS of pathogen-eliminating drugs according to different situations.The ultimate goal is to promote lung inflammation absorption,improve pulmonary fibrosis,increase immunity,reduce the occurrence of sequelae,and improve life quality.
文摘In this study, we propose a new temperature compensation control strategy for a multi-cavity hot runner injection molding system, At first, the melt filling time of each cavity can be measured by installing temperature sensors on the position around end filling area, and filling time difference between the various cavities can be calculated. Then the melt temperature of each hot nozzle can be adjusted automatically by a control strategy established based on the Fuzzy Theory and a program compiled with LABVIEW software. Temperature changes the melt mobility, so the adjustment of temperature can equalize the filling time of the melt in each cavity, which can reduced the mass deviation between each cavity and make product properties of each cavity consistent. The conclusion of the experiment is as follows: For this contact lens box of a four-cavity Hot Runner mold, by applying hot runner temperature compensation control system, time difference can be reduced from 0.05 s to 0.01 s at each cavity, and the mass Standard deviation of the four cavity can be improved from 0.006 to 0.002. The ratio of imbalance can be reduced from 20% to 4%. Hence, the hot runner temperature compensation control system has significant feasibility and high potential in improving melt flow balance of multi-cavity molding application.
文摘The disturbance caused by the reaction wheel with a current controller greatly influences the accuracy and stability of the satellite attitude control system. To solve this problem, the idea of speed feedback compensation control reaction wheel is put forward. This paper introduces the comparison on design and performance of two satellite attitude control systems, which are separately based on the current control reaction wheel and the speed feedback compensation control reaction wheel. Analysis shows that the speed feedback compensation control flywheel system may effectively suppress the torque fluctuation. Simulation results indicate that the satellite attitude control system with the speed feedback compensation control flywheel has improved performance.

文摘An intermediate compound 2, 4-bis(laurylamino)-6-(1-(2-aminoethyl)-piperazine)-1, 3, 5-triazine was prepared by stepwise nucleophilic substitution on triazine ring by lauryl amine and subsequently 1-(2-aminoethyl)-piperazine. Then imidization of perylene-3, 4, 9, 10-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with 2,4-bis(laurylamino)-6-(1-(2-aminoethyl)-piperazine)-1, 3, 5-triazine was carried out to afford a novel perylene derivative bearing two melamine blocks (S2) and 1, 6, 7, 12-tetra(4-tert-butyl phenoxy)-perylene-3, 4, 9, 10-tetracarboxylic acid bisimide (S1. The hydrogen-bonding interactions between S1 and S2 were investigated by IH NMR spectrum, UV/Vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum. The influences on the morphologies of S1·S2 aggregates were investigated. The results show that well-defined nanofibers with a diameter of about 100 nm can be obtained by self-assembly between S1 and S2 only in CH2Cl2 solution. Based on these results, guidelines for the molecular design and self-assembly of supramolecular polymer materials are presented.
文摘The paper describes the application of a static var compensator to improve the electrical system of the ACN (Cravo Norte Association) oil field in Colombia. The paper summarizes the application, including system aspects that require special control functions in the SVC (static var compensator) regulator. Several important benefits for the system operation are demonstrated, such as increased power transmission import over an existing 230 kV network, dynamic bus voltage stabilization for various load conditions, including system outages and load rejection, and reduction of variable speed drive shutdowns by up to 95%. Some relevant design features of the SVC are treated, as well.
