A series of electron donors,including 1,1-cyclopentanecarboxylic acid diethyl ester (CPCADEE),1,1cyclopentanedimethanol acetic diester (CPDMAD),1,1-biethoxymethyl pentane (BEMP),2,2-diethyl diethylmalonate (DEDEM)and 2,2-diethyl-1,3-propanediol acetic diester (DEPDADE),were synthesized by diethyl malonate (DEM).The purities and structures of the above products were characterized by gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS),respectively.Furthermore,the possible optimal three-dimensional structures of these donors were simulated by means of Gaussian 03 and Chem 3D.Then these electron donors were coordinated with tetrachloro titanium (TiCl 4) and chloride magnesium (MgCl 2)to obtain the catalysts for the polymerization of propylene.The catalytic activities and properties of polypropylene are greatly improved by adding external donor(ED) when CPCADEE or DEPDADE is used as internal donor(ID).However,when BEMP was used as ID,the highest catalytic activity is obtained without adding ED,which can reduce production costs and simplify catalytic synthesis.The experiments indicate that BEMP has the shortest distance of oxygen atoms and the highest electronegativity. 展开更多

According to the complex nonlinear relationship between gas emission and its effect factors, and the shortcomings that basic colony algorithm is slow, prone to early maturity and stagnation during the search, we introduced a hybrid optimization strategy into a max-rain ant colony algorithm, then use this improved ant colony algorithm to estimate the scope of RBF network parameters. According to the amount of pheromone of discrete points, the authors obtained from the interval of net- work parameters, ants optimize network parameters. Finally, local spatial expansion is introduced to get further optimization of the network. Therefore, we obtain a better time efficiency and solution efficiency optimization model called hybrid improved max-min ant system (H1-MMAS). Simulation experiments, using these theory to predict the gas emission from the working face, show that the proposed method have high prediction feasibility and it is an effective method to predict gas emission. 展开更多

Quantitative analysis of FAs composition extracted from a series of experiments which involving frying cooking oil spiked with lard at three different parameters; concentration of spiked lard, heating temperatures and period of frying. The samples were analyzed using Gas Chromatography (GC) and Principal Components Analysis (PCA) technique. Multivariate data from chromatograms of FAs were standardized and computed using Unscrambler X10 into covariance matrix and eigenvectors correspond to Principal Components (PCs). Results have shown that the first and second PCs contribute to the FAs mapping which can be visualized by scores and loading plots to discriminate FAs of lard in used cooking oil 展开更多

Based on previous graphical methods, this work proposes a simple and unified graphical method for integration of hydrogen networks with purification processes. Scenarios with different hydrogen concentrations of purified product can be analyzed by the unified procedure. As a result, the maximum hydrogen saved by purification reuse can he identified and the corresponding purification process can be optimized, The proposed method is easy and non-iterative, and it is valid to purification processes with any feed concentration. A conventional hydrogen network is analyzed to test the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

Regarding the complexity and inconsistency of results in existing evaluation methods of mine cooling system, this paper clarifies the advantages, disadvantages and application of various mine cooling sys- tems through principle analysis, and divides all the cooling systems into air-cooling, ice-cooling and water-cooling according to the transportation of cold energy. On this basis, the paper proposes a simple and efficient evaluation method for mine cooling system. The first index of this method is the air temper- ature at point C which is 15 m away from the return wind corner at working face. A cooling system will be judged ineligible if the air temperature at point C is above 30 ℃ during operation, because in this case, the combustible gases in coal will sharply overflow, inducing gas incidents. Based on the preliminary judg- ment of the first index, another two evaluation indexes are proposed based on the cooling ability and dehumidification of an airflow volume of 1000 m3/min at point C to evaluate the investment and opera- tion cost of mine cooling system. This evaluation method has already been successfully applied in the cooling system design of Zhangshuanglou coal mine. 展开更多

With the increase of petroleum and gas production in deep ocean, marine risers of circular cylinder shape are widely used in the offshore oil and gas platform. In order to research the hydrodynamic performance of marine risers, the dynamic mesh technique and User-Defined Function(UDF) are used to simulate the circular cylinder motion. The motion of a transversely oscillating circular cylinder in combination of uniform flow and oscillating flow is simulated. The uniform flow and oscillating flow both are in x direction. SIMPLE algorithm is used to solve the Navier-Stokes equations. The User-Defined Function is used to control the cylinder transverse vibration and the inlet flow. The lift and drag coefficient changing with time and the map of vorticity isolines at different phase angle are obtained. Force time histories are shown for uniform flow at Reynolds number(Re) of 200 and for the combination of uniform and oscillating flows. With the increase of amplitude of oscillating flow in combined flow, the change of lift amplitude is not sensitive to the the change of cylinder oscillating frequency. Lift amplitude increases with the increase of oscillating flow amplitude in the combined flow, but there is no definite periodicity of the lift coefficient. The drag and inertia force coefficients change when the maximum velocity of the oscillating flow increases in the combined flow. The vortex shedding near the circular cylinder shows different characteristics. 展开更多

As the key point in sex hormone analysis, sample pre-treatment technology has attracted scientists' attention all over the world, and the development trend of sample preparation forwarded to faster and more efficient technologies. Taking economic and environmental concerns into account, subcritical fluid extraction as a faster and more efficient method has stood out as a sample pre-treatment technology. This new extraction technology can overcome the shortcomings of supercritical fluid and achieve higher extraction efficiency at relatively low pressures and temperatures. In this experiment, a simple, sensitive and efficient method has been developed for the determination of diethylstilbestrol(DES) in fish tissue using subcritical 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane(R134a) extraction in combination with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). After extraction, freezing-lipid filtration was utilized to remove fatty co-extract. Further purification steps were performed with C_(18) and NH_2 solid phase extraction(SPE). Finally, the analyte was derived by heptafluorobutyric anhydride(HFBA), followed by GC-MS analysis. Response surface methodology(RSM) was employed to optimizing the extraction condition, and the optimized was as follows: extraction pressure, 4.3 MPa; extraction temperature, 26℃; amount of co-solvent volume, 4.7 m L. Under this condition, at a spiked level of 1, 5, 10 μg kg^(-1), the mean recovery of DES was more than 90% with relative standard deviations(RSDs) less than 10%. Finally, the developed method has been successfully used to analyzing the real samples. 展开更多

Identification of Volatile Compounds in Codfish(Gadus) by a Combination of Two Extraction Methods Coupled with GC-MS Analysis 被引量:5

To accurately identify the ... Codfish is a kind of abyssal fish species with a great value in food industry. However, the flavor of codfish, especially the unpleasant odor, has caused serious problems in its processing. To accurately identify the volatile compounds in codfish, a combination of solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) method and simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) method was used to extract the volatiles. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) along with Kovats indices(KI) and authentic standard compounds were used to identify the volatiles. The results showed that a total of 86 volatile compounds were identified in codfish, of them 24 were extracted by SDE, 69 compounds by SPME, and 10 compounds by both SDE and SPME. Seventy volatile compounds were found to have specific odors, of them 7 typical compounds contributed significantly to the flavor of codfish. Alcohols(i.e.,(E)-2-penten-1-ol and 2-octanol), esters(i.e., ethyl butyrate and methyl geranate), aldehydes(i.e., 2-dodecenal and pentadecanal) contributed the most to fresh flavor while nitrogen compounds, sulphur compounds, furans, as well as some ketones(i.e., 2-hydroxy-3-pentanone) brought unpleasant odor, such as fishy and earthy odor. It was indicated that the combination of multiple extraction methods and GC-MS analysis can enhance the accuracy of identification, and provide a reference for the further study on flavor of aquatic products. 展开更多

An alternative and fast method for the analysis of a mixture of nine triazines herbicides in soil is presented. The method is based on MAE (microwave-assisted extraction) of herbicides using ethyl acetate as extractant. The economy in the use of solvents coupled with the decrease in extraction time and lower power consumption make MAE a technique that meets the principles of green chemistry. MAE operational parameters, extraction time, mass of the sample and extraction temperature, were optimized by RSM (response surface methodology). Determination of analytes was completed using gas chromatograph coupled to mass spectrometry detection. The selected triazines could be efficiently extracted by the solvent at 80 ℃ for 10 min, with 80% output of maximum power. When the optimized method was applied to analysis samples, the recoveries of analytes ranged from 81.8 to 106.0% and relative standard deviations were lower than 8.41%. The method is stable and reasonable, which can be used for the determination of ninetriazine herbicides residues in soil. 展开更多

Well logging technology in coalbed methane (CBM) exploration may develop in two directions: one is the novel well logging methods; the other is the new interpretation methods for the conventional logging data, on which the authors of this paper concentrated mainly. The paper introduced several methods in calculating with well logs such important parameters as porosity, permeability and gas content of CBM reservoir and evaluated their effectiveness. A new method of well logging data interpretation was put forward for coalbed recognition, i.e., the combination of the principal component analysis and the wavelet transform. The authors find that the second principal component (PCA2) contains much more information of coalbed in the coal-bearing series and the reconstruction signal from the detailed wavelet coefficients at level 4 (PCA24) and 5 (PCA25) highlights the signature ofcoalbeds. In terms of the characteristics of CBM reservoir in China, the authors summarized the key points in the application of well logging technique to CBM exploration, and gave a guideline for further related research work. 展开更多

This method, theoretically based on pressure transient analysis, integrates material balance principle and the concept of material balance pseudo-time proposed by Blansingame. With daily production data of gas well, it could be used to calculate OGIP, current formation pressure, permeability, skin factor, to identify complex geologic boundaries, to determine whether drainage boundary has been reached, to calculate drainage area and drainage radius for single well and to predict performance. It has been extensively employed in more than ten low-permeability gas fields. It proves that most problems in performance analysis for low permeability gas reservoirs could be solved by this method. Sensory evaluation of aromas differed among three sweet osmanthus (Osmanthus fragrans) cultivar groups. The purpose of this study was to investigate the aroma-active compounds responsible for these differences. Methods: Gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O) and GC-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) were used to analyze the aroma-active compounds and volatiles of creamy-white (‘Houban Yingui’, HBYG), yellow (‘Liuye Jingui’, LYJG), and orange (‘Gecheng Dangui’, GCDG) cultivars. Results:Seventeen aroma-active compounds were detected among 54 volatiles. trans-β-Ocimene, trans-β-ionone, and linalool, which were major volatiles, were identified as aroma-active, while cis-3-hexenyl butanoate,γ-terpinene, and hexyl butanoate were also aroma-active compounds, although their contents were low. Analysis of the odors was based on the sum of the modified frequency (MF) values of aroma-active compounds in different odor groups. HBYG contained more herb odors, contributed by cis-β-ocimene and trans-β-ocimene, while LYJG had more woody/violet/fruity odors released by trans-β-ionone, α-ionone, and hexyl butanoate. In GCDG, the more floral odors were the result of cis-linalool oxide, trans-linalool oxide, and linalool. Conclusions:Aroma-active compounds were not necessarily only the major volatiles:some volatiles with low content also contributed to aroma. The aroma differences among the three cultivars resulted from variation in the content of different odor groups and in the intensities of aroma-active compounds. 展开更多

A multi-objective performance optimization method is proposed, and the problem that single structural parame- ters of small fan balance the optimization between the static characteristics and the aerodynamic noise is solved. In this method, three structural parameters are selected as the optimization variables. Besides, the static pressure efficiency and the aerodynamic noise of the fan are regarded as the multi-objective performance. Furthermore, the response surface method and the entropy method are used to establish the optimization function between the op- timization variables and the multi-objective performances. Finally, the optimized model is found when the opti- mization function reaches its maximttm value. Experimental data shows that the optimized model not only en- hances the static characteristics of the fan but also obviously reduces the noise. The results of the study will provide some reference for the optimization of multi-objective performance of other types of rotating machinery. 展开更多
