为厘清环境规制对企业绿色技术创新的影响及其机理,本文从企业绿色技术创新发生的环节和类型的视角切入,将企业绿色技术创新分为用能技术创新和管理技术创新两大类及其下设的七小类,并将之在生产链环节(源头、过程和末端)上加以归类,通... 为厘清环境规制对企业绿色技术创新的影响及其机理,本文从企业绿色技术创新发生的环节和类型的视角切入,将企业绿色技术创新分为用能技术创新和管理技术创新两大类及其下设的七小类,并将之在生产链环节(源头、过程和末端)上加以归类,通过匹配沪深A股上市公司、《中国环境统计年鉴》和《中国工业经济统计年鉴》获取了关于环境规制和企业绿色技术创新的指标,研究了环境规制约束下企业技术绿色创新的抉择。结果发现:第一,环境规制整体上未对企业绿色技术创新有明显促进作用,“创新补偿”效应难以成立;第二,其内驱因素是,环境规制显著降低了企业生产率和收益率;第三,其外部原因是,与低污染行业企业相比,环境规制对高污染行业企业的绿色技术创新有一定促进作用,体现在用能技术创新、管理技术创新两方面,并分布在生产链的源头、过程及末端三个环节;第四,其外部原因还包括环境规制作用的阶段性,环境规制对个别绿色技术创新指标造成了先促进后抑制的影响,也影响了“创新补偿”效应的成立。据此,本文对环境规制约束下企业绿色技术创新的激励和选择提供一定启示。 展开更多

农村居民对美好生活日益增长的需求,需要清洁可再生的能源及高效而绿色的建筑节能技术作为保障。在建筑节能改造的过程中,人们的改造意愿十分关键。针对京津冀地区4个典型村落同时开展为期一个月的驻村调研,以问卷填写以及交流访谈的方... 农村居民对美好生活日益增长的需求,需要清洁可再生的能源及高效而绿色的建筑节能技术作为保障。在建筑节能改造的过程中,人们的改造意愿十分关键。针对京津冀地区4个典型村落同时开展为期一个月的驻村调研,以问卷填写以及交流访谈的方式调研了383户农宅,回收问卷1380份。问卷立足于被测家庭人员特征、建筑基本特征、建筑节能技术特征的客观现实,分析了京津冀地区农村居民的节能意识与技术认知水平。调研分析表明,该地区村民节能环保意识较弱,更注重技术的经济性,但村民在详细了解建筑节能技术经济指标后,愿意支付9000元以上节能改造费用的村民人数提升了55%。提出的京津冀农宅节能技术改造意愿提升策略,对今后建筑节能政策制订以及具体实施有借鉴意义。 展开更多

The application capability of IT plays the critical role, which determines the efficiency and effectiveness of the aforementioned four processes. Akebia is a wild fruit originating in the Yangtse river valley and the surrounding areas. It includes mainly three species (subspecies): Akebia trifoliata, Akebia trifoliata subsp, australis, and Akebia quinata. It has many good traits, such as large fruit size, early fruit-setting and high yield, excellent eating quality, and good environmental adaptability. However, there are some shortcomings with the fruit, including thick skin, excessive number of seeds, and relatively small proportion of edible flesh. Akebia is also a traditional Chinese medicine, which has the functions of relieving internal heat and diuresis, dredging venation and improving blood circulation, cleansing facial chloasma, detoxication and anti-cancer activities. Akebia can be used as fresh fruit, for processing, and for pharmaceutical purposes. We have been undertaking a series of research on the domestication and utilization of Akebia, including cultivar selection, techniques for cultivation, storage and processing, and related basic studies. A Chinese trade name “Hehuanguo” and an English trade name “Joyfruit” have been registered for Akebia to facilitate its commercial development. 展开更多

Various ocean energy technologies have been developed that harness several kinds of renewable energy resources of the ocean. However, these technologies suffer from problems such as high construction and maintenance costs, restrictive installation requirements and damage by extraordinary weather conditions. In this paper, we propose a lightweight and FPGD (flexible power generation device) that overcomes these problems. The FPGD essentially consists of piezoelectric films and silicon rubber. Because the FPGD is small and flexible, it is anticipated to efficiently convert fluid energy into electrical energy even when the fluid energy is low. We perform several experiments to confirm the effectiveness of the FPGD and we discuss the results. 展开更多

The efficient use of water resources directly affects environmental, social, and economic development; therefore, it has a significant impact on urban populations. A slacks-based measure for data envelopment analysis (SBM-DEA) has been widely used in energy efficiency and environmental efficiency analyses in recent years. Based on this model, data from 316 cities were examined and a category method was employed involving three different sorting techniques to empirically evaluate the efficiency of urban water re- source utilization in China between 2000 and 2012. The overall efficiency (OE) of urban water resource utilization in China was initially low, but has improved over the past decade. The scale efficiency (SE) was higher than the pure technological efficiency (PTE); PTE is a major determining factor of OE, and has had an increasingly significant effect. The efficiency of water resource utilization varied ac- cording to the region, urban scale, and economic function. The OE score for the eastern China was higher than for the rest of the region, and the OE score for the western China was higher than for the central China. The OE score for urban water resource utilization has improved with urban expansion, except in the case of small cities. The SE showed an inverted U-shaped' trend with increasing urban expansion. The OE of urban water utilization in comprehensive functional cities was greater than in economic specialization cities, and was greater in heavy industry specialization cities than in other specialization cities. This study provides a definition for urban big data while exploring its features and applications of Chi- na's city intelligence. The differences between city intelligence in China and the "smart city" concept in other countries are compared to highlight and contrast the unique definition and model for China's city intelligence in this paper. Furthermore, this paper examines the role of urban big data in city intel- ligence by showing that it not only serves as the cornerstone of this trend as it also plays a core role in the diffusion of city intelligence technology and serves as an inexhaustible resource for the sustained development of city intelligence. This study also points out the challenges of shaping and developing of China's urban big data. Considering the supporting and core role that urban big data plays in city intel- ligence, the study then expounds on the key points of urban big data, including infrastructure support, urban governance, public services, and economic and industrial development. Finally, this study points out that the utility of city intelligence as an ideal policy tool for advancing the goals of China's urban de- velopment. In conclusion, it is imperative that China make full use of its unique advantages-including using the nation's current state of development and resources, geographical advantages, and good hu- man relations-in subjective and objective conditions to promote the development of city intelligence through the proper application of urban big data. 展开更多

An anaerobic expanding-bed reactor was adopted to investigate the feasibility of an innovative integrated process of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification (SDD) for high strength wastewater. In the reactor, heterotrophic bacteria (including sulfate reducing bacterium and denitrifying bacteria) and autotrophic bacteria ( including Thiobacillus denitrificans) cooperated together by incubating and enriching functional bac- teria on different carriers in the anaerobic activated sludge. Synthetic wastewater with high concentrations of sulfate and nitrate was employed. The experimental resuhs showed that the removal efficiency of sulfate and nitrate was above 85% , elemental sulfur was observed while nitrate was absent in effluent. The balance of sulfur, nitrogen and electron was discussed respectively, which indicated that the integrated SDD process could be actualized. These resuhs might provide a guidance to further investigate the key factors affecting the integrated SDD process and to improve the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification in wastewater treatment. 展开更多

Post-combustion amine absorption and stripping can remove 90% of the CO2 from power plant flue gas, but systems can reduce electrical output by approximately 30% due to energy requirements for stripping CO2 from solvent and CO2 compression. The CO2 capture energy penalty can be reduced while developing renewable energy technologies by meeting CO2 capture energy requirements with a solar thermal energy system, particularly when electricity demand and prices are the highest. This study presents an initial review of solar thermal technologies for supplying CO2 capture energy, with a focus on high temperature systems. Parabolic troughs and central receivers are technically able to provide energy for CO2 capture. However, the solar system's capital costs would be roughly half that of the base coal-fired plant with CO2 capture, and high electricity prices are required to offset the costs of operating the solar thermal system. For high temperature solar thermal systems, direct electricity generation is likely a more efficient way to use solar energy to replace output lost to CO2 capture energy. However, low temperature solar thermal systems might integrate better with solvent stripping equipment, and more rigorous analysis is required to definitively assess the feasibility of using solar energy for CO2 capture. 展开更多

New era provides many realistic applications using smart applications for farmers. Especially milking is very popular for engineering applications. Reproductive technologies can be seen as frontier applications. Reproductive performances of the dairy farms can be defined as number of calves for cows in a year. It means new material for meat and milk production. Because new female calf means new cow for her while male calf means new material for beef. If meat and milk production are to be increased, cow productivity, i.e. the number of calves produced lifetime must be improved and increased. Although varying among herds, annual average herd incidences of reproductive disorders and reproductive performance were similar to those reported. Managerial practices influenced incidences of retained placenta and uterine infection, days open of cows not bred and of all cows, services per conception and percentages of herd open more than 100 days and culled for low production. Good heat detection programs can have a major impact on overall herd reproductive performance. The best heat detection programs start with careful timing, good observation and the effective use of detection aids. Being able to distinguish and interpret cow behaviour and other signs is critical, so are good record keeping and training for the people responsible for heat detection. Generaly, farmers with the best heat detection results use a combination of observation and heat detection aids. Several options are available to aid heat detection and increase heat detection rates. Although a rich variety of methods have been introduced for the detection of oestrus, a more accurate and practical method is still required. 展开更多
