中国超越能效的发展轨迹——到2050年最大限度实现电气化和使用可再生资源对CO_2减排的影响

为了支持《巴黎协定》将全球平均气温增幅限制在1.5℃以内,在能效继续发挥主要作用的同时,中国需要采取除能效以外的其他重大行动。本研究采用自下而上的全国终端用能模型和情景分析来评估中国在不同技术选项下潜在的二氧化碳减排量。... 为了支持《巴黎协定》将全球平均气温增幅限制在1.5℃以内,在能效继续发挥主要作用的同时,中国需要采取除能效以外的其他重大行动。本研究采用自下而上的全国终端用能模型和情景分析来评估中国在不同技术选项下潜在的二氧化碳减排量。这些技术选项包括电力部门迅速脱碳、各部门最大限度地实现电气化、工业部门最大限度地利用生物质能和低温可再生热能以及建筑部门最大限度地利用太阳能采暖、制冷和水暖技术。研究结果表明,最大限度地利用非常规电力和可再生能源技术可以使中国提前至2023年达到二氧化碳排放峰值,并且在2050年前能进一步大幅减少二氧化碳排放量。除能效技术之外,最大的额外二氧化碳减排潜力来自于工业部门的化石燃料被可再生热能所替代。上述结果表明,加快非常规电力和可再生能源技术的利用,可以为中国带来额外的二氧化碳减排机遇,但仍需新的政策和策略来改变需求部门对技术的选择。 展开更多

Based on the hexagonal crystallite model of graphite,the electrochemical characteristics of carbon atoms on the edge and basal plane were proposed by analyzing graphite crystal structure and bonds of carbon atoms in different sites.A spherical close-packed model for graphite particle was developed.The fractions of surface carbon atoms(SCA) and edge carbon atoms(ECA) were derived in the expression of crystallographic parameters and particle size,and the effects of ECA on the initial irreversible capacity and the mechanisms of action were analyzed and verified.The results show that the atoms on the edge are more active for electrochemical reactions,such as electrolyte decomposition and tendency to form stable bond with other atoms and groups.For the practical graphite particle,corresponding modifying factors were introduced to revise the difference in calculating results.The revised expression is suitable for the calculation of the fractions of SCA and ECA for carbon materials such as graphite,disordered carbon and modified graphite. 展开更多

By applying experimental and numerical simulations, the motion performance of a semi-submersible platform with mooring positoning system under combined actions of wind and waves is studied. The numerical simulation is conducted by the method of nonlinear time domain coupled analysis, and the mooring forces are calculated by the piecewise extrapolating method. The scale in the model experiment is 1:100, and the mooring system of the model is designed with the method of equivalent water-depth truncation by comparing the numerical and the experimental results, the platform motion and mooring forces subject to wind and waves are investigated. The results indicate that the numerically simulated mooring forces agree well with the experimental results in static equivalent field, but show some difference in dynamic equivalent field; the numerically simulated platform motions coincide well with the experimental results. The maximum motion of the platform under operating conditions is 20.5 m. It means that the horizontal displacement is 2% less than the water depth, which satisfies the operating requirements. 展开更多

The example battery was a commercialized lithium-ion cell with LiMn2O4/Graphite cell system. The capacity faded with cycle number follows a traction function path. Two cycle life predicting models were established. The possible cycle life was extrapolated, which follows normal distribution well. The distribution parameters were estimated and the battery reliability was evaluated. The models' precision was validated and the effect of the cycle number on the predicting precision was analysed. The cycle life models and reliability evaluation method resolved the difficulty of battery life appraisal, such as long period and high cost. 展开更多

It also plays an important role in implementing the national independent innovative strategy. How-ever, most of the high-tech industrial zones have many problems in their development process, such as efficiency of land use, weakness of oriented function and lack of land intensive. To solve these problems, the authors of this paper introduced the concept of land use performance and established the theoretical model to assess the land use performance of high-tech industrial zones. The model consists of the following three-dimensional parts: land use benefit, land use efficiency and innovative function. Based on this theory model, an index system which was composed of three secondary indictors, eight tertiary indictors and 37 fourth-grade indictors was set up to evaluate the land use performance of high-tech zone. To avoid the defects of plus model and function model, the authors brought out a three-dimensional evaluation model to examine the index of the land use performance of the high-tech industrial parks, which equals to the evaluation indicator system of land use performance of high-tech zone based on the above research. The authors examined the land use performance of five different high-tech industrial parks in Haidian District, Beijing City. The results indicated that the indicator system per-forms better in the aspect of evaluating land use benefit, land use efficiency and function of the high-tech industrial zone compared with other models. 展开更多

The efficient use of water resources directly affects environmental, social, and economic development; therefore, it has a significant impact on urban populations. A slacks-based measure for data envelopment analysis (SBM-DEA) has been widely used in energy efficiency and environmental efficiency analyses in recent years. Based on this model, data from 316 cities were examined and a category method was employed involving three different sorting techniques to empirically evaluate the efficiency of urban water re- source utilization in China between 2000 and 2012. The overall efficiency (OE) of urban water resource utilization in China was initially low, but has improved over the past decade. The scale efficiency (SE) was higher than the pure technological efficiency (PTE); PTE is a major determining factor of OE, and has had an increasingly significant effect. The efficiency of water resource utilization varied ac- cording to the region, urban scale, and economic function. The OE score for the eastern China was higher than for the rest of the region, and the OE score for the western China was higher than for the central China. The OE score for urban water resource utilization has improved with urban expansion, except in the case of small cities. The SE showed an inverted U-shaped' trend with increasing urban expansion. The OE of urban water utilization in comprehensive functional cities was greater than in economic specialization cities, and was greater in heavy industry specialization cities than in other specialization cities. In fact, the existing process cases which were recorded to ensure the ability to trace production steps can also be used to optimize the process itself. This paper presents a novel knowledge-reuse based hybrid intelligent reasoning model (HIRM) for worsted process optimization. The model architecture and reasoning mechanism are respectively described. The information on the performance of a centrifugal compressor under all conditions is not available, which restricts the operation optimization for compressor. To solve this problem, two back propagation (BP) neural networks were introduced to model the performance of a compressor by using the data provided by manufacturer. The input data of the model under other conditions should be corrected according to the similarity theory. The method was used to optimize the system of a cracking gas compressor by embedding the compressor performance model into the ASPEN PLUS model of compressor. By adopting the chaotic searching to improve the global searching performance of the particle swarm optimization (PSO), and using the improved PSO to optimize the key parameters of the support vector machine (SVM) forecasting model, an improved SVM model named CPSO-SVM model was proposed. The new model was applied to predicting the short term load, and the improved effect of the new model was proved. The simulation results of the South China Power Market’s actual data show that the new method can effectively improve the forecast accuracy by 2.23% and 3.87%, respectively, compared with the PSO-SVM and SVM methods. Compared with that of the PSO-SVM and SVM methods, the time cost of the new model is only increased by 3.15 and 4.61 s, respectively, which indicates that the CPSO-SVM model gains significant improved effects. 展开更多

Equipment plays an important role in open pit mining industry and its cost competence at efficient operation and maintenance techniques centered on reliability can lead to significant cost reduction.The application of optimal maintenance process was investigated for minimizing the equipment breakdowns and downtimes in Sungun Copper Mine.It results in the improved efficiency and productivity of the equipment and lowered expenses as well as the increased profit margin.The field operating data of 10 trucks are used to estimate the failure and maintenance profile for each component,and modeling and simulation are accomplished by using reliability block diagram method.Trend analysis was then conducted to select proper probabilistic model for maintenance profile.Then reliability of the system was evaluated and importance of each component was computed by weighted importance measure method.This analysis led to identify the items with critical impact on availability of overall equipment in order to prioritize improvement decisions.Later,the availability of trucks was evaluated using Monte Carlo simulation and it is revealed that the uptime of the trucks is around 11000 h at 12000 operation hours.Finally,uncertainty analysis was performed to account for the uncertainty sources in data and models. 展开更多

In the present work, experimental investigation was carried out to study the utilization of thermal energy in flue gases to enhance the performance of modified solar chimney consisting of Savonius wind rotor. A modified solar chimney model was designed and fabricated to carry out experimental measurement. The model consists of thermal energy conversion unit; Savonius wind rotor and a chimney. The thermal energy in the flue gas transfers to the air particles in the air channel across the absorber plate and results in upward air stream due to the buoyancy effect. With an 9 absorber area of 2.36 re'and flue gas mass flow rate of0.18 kg/s, air velocity' of 4.1 m/s was achieved at the top of the thermal unit. Increasing the mass flow rate of the flue gas to 0.24 kg/s enhances the air velocity to be 4.6 m/s. The results have demonstrated the possibility' of utilizing the thermal energy in the waste flue gas to enhance the performance of a solar chimney and facilitate the continuous operation during the absence of the sun. 展开更多
