冶炼废渣作为冶炼过程中产生的工业副产物,由于其缺乏安全、合理的防护和管理措施可能导致环境问题。通过全面分析近年来发表的相关文献,本文对有色金属冶炼废渣的特性、资源化利用途径及安全利用评价等方面的最新研究进展进行了介绍。... 冶炼废渣作为冶炼过程中产生的工业副产物,由于其缺乏安全、合理的防护和管理措施可能导致环境问题。通过全面分析近年来发表的相关文献,本文对有色金属冶炼废渣的特性、资源化利用途径及安全利用评价等方面的最新研究进展进行了介绍。研究结果表明,不同的原生精矿、冶炼条件和冶炼类型决定了冶炼废渣的化学和矿物学特征。此外,冶炼废渣在各种资源化利用中表现出极高的灵活性,不仅可以用于金属回收和建筑材料,还可以作为农业肥料和修复剂。同时,本文强调了在各种利用情景下对废渣进行安全性评估的重要性,以降低其潜在环境风险。此外,本文还强调了未来的研究方向,包括建立一种综合且量化的土渣混合体中重金属环境风险评价方法,以及探索更多创新的冶炼废渣资源化利用方法。综上所述,本文对于推动冶炼废渣在环境保护和资源可持续利用方面的研究有重要意义。 展开更多

华北驼绒藜是一种数量可观、广泛分布于我国荒漠草原区的饲草资源,但目前人们对其饲用价值的认识还停留在传统水平,为了充分了解和更好地利用华北驼绒藜这一自然资源,缓解冬春季及"白黑灾害"造成的饲草不足问题,更好地为荒漠... 华北驼绒藜是一种数量可观、广泛分布于我国荒漠草原区的饲草资源,但目前人们对其饲用价值的认识还停留在传统水平,为了充分了解和更好地利用华北驼绒藜这一自然资源,缓解冬春季及"白黑灾害"造成的饲草不足问题,更好地为荒漠草原区探索出高效养羊的新路子,开展了华北驼绒藜饲用评价试验。将华北驼绒藜、谷草、苜蓿铡短、粉碎后,再与50%、30%、20%的精料混合制成颗粒日粮,饲喂绵羊,通过比较不同处理组绵羊的增重情况,结合经济效益分析,评价不同精粗比水平下华北驼绒藜的养羊效益。试验表明,华北驼绒藜和谷草在30%精料水平下,具有与相同精料水平下用苜蓿饲喂绵羊同等的增重效果,并可增加纯收入高于80元/只;华北驼绒藜在精粗比为3∶7的条件下有较好的养羊经济效益。 展开更多

以64株紫斑牡丹为试材,对22个性状进行测定,采用层次分析法建立科学合理的紫斑牡丹观赏评价体系和油用评价体系,筛选出适合观赏、油用和油观两用的单株,以期为紫斑牡丹的科学利用提供参考依据。结果表明:观赏评价体系中I级(优)花朵直立... 以64株紫斑牡丹为试材,对22个性状进行测定,采用层次分析法建立科学合理的紫斑牡丹观赏评价体系和油用评价体系,筛选出适合观赏、油用和油观两用的单株,以期为紫斑牡丹的科学利用提供参考依据。结果表明:观赏评价体系中I级(优)花朵直立,长势旺盛,各性状表现优良,观赏评价值高,包括12株;Ⅱ级(良)有16株,整体性状良好,适合观赏;Ⅲ级(一般)包括22株,观赏价值较低;Ⅳ级(差)有14株,各性状表现较差,不建议使用。在油用评价体系中,Ⅰ级优良单株有效蓇葖果多,单株产量和含油率高,有10株;Ⅱ级较优单株包含11株,某项性状比较突出,选择性使用;Ⅲ级一般单株有27株,建议保守使用;Ⅳ级劣势植株有8株,综合得分低,不建议使用。最终得到7株油观两用牡丹,5株观赏价值较高牡丹和3株油用价值较高的紫斑牡丹,为高大型牡丹或油观两用牡丹新品种培育提供材料基础。该研究中构建的评价体系,基本能满足生活中对紫斑牡丹观赏和油用的要求,可以有效地指导紫斑牡丹在园林中的应用。 展开更多

It aims to investigate the protective effects of sodium hyaluronate,panthenol,Portulaca oleracea L.and Calendula officinalis L.on hyperosmotic dehydration-induced injury of human immortalized keratinocytes(HaCaT).The safety mass concentrations of four raw materials were screened by detecting cell viability,and the secretion of hyaluronic acid(HA)was determined using the ELISA method.The expression of HaCaT barrier function related genes(OVOL1,EREG,TGM1,TGM2,IVL,IRF6,THBS1,CASP14)was detected at the mRNA level to explore the regulatory effect of four raw materials on these genes.The results demonstrate that pretreatment with the four kinds of raw materials could increase the cell viability after hyperosmotic dehydration,promote the secretion of HA,and improve the expression of barrier function related genes after hyperosmotic dehydration,among which panthenol and Calendula officinalis L.are better.The results show that the four raw materials have a certain protective effect on the hyperosmotic dehydration cell model,which provides data support for its application in cosmetics. 展开更多

Identification and quality evaluation of Lepidium meyenii. (Maca) based on gas chromatographic analysis of its essential oils from roots 被引量:5

(Maca), a perennial herbaceous plant with narrow distdbution in the Andean region, was cultivated by local residents as early as 1600 B.C. It has high nutritional values and multiple medicinal effects. In recent years the plant source of Maca has been greatly scarce since Maca products are increasingly becoming popular in the world. This makes the study urgent on the identification and quality evaluation of Maca materials. In present work, four Mace samples of different origins or handlings and three other natural plants, including radish, odental ginseng and American ginseng, were investigated. Their essential oils (steam distillates) of the hypogeal parts were weighed and analyzed by GC/MS. Through comparison of the characteristics of their chromatograms, it was found that the essential oil of Maca had unique GC/MS behaviors, and the characteristic peaks produced by the major essential oil components (Phenylacetonitrile, Benzaldehyde, 3-Methoxyphenylacetonitrile, etc) were distinct. Furthermore, the chromatograms of several Maca samples showed a similar qualitative pattern except for some differences in the quantitative composition, and the percentage of total essential oils in the samples varied from 0.88 % to 1.59 %. These behaviors and technologies can be applied to the identification of Maca materials in the markets and be a supplement to assess the quality of Maca matedals. 展开更多

[Objective] This study was to evaluate the ecological suitability of agricultural land in western Jilin Province, with the aim to provide basis for the effective application of agricultural resources and the structural adjustment of land use. [Method] The evaluation index system was constructed based on fuzzy mathematic method according to the principles of systematic, dominant, effectiveness and feasibility; based on law of tolerance, reasonable evaluation criteria were determined according to the ecological amplitude of crops; based on GIS processing, the initial data completed the mathematical operation by using the VBA program in Excel. [Result] The area of agricultural land grade I was 5 512 km2, grade II of 25 985 km2, grade Ill of 7 907 km2, and area of land not suitable for agriculture was 6 312 km2. According to the evaluation results, the key areas for land use adjustment were Zhenlai County, Da'an County, Tongyu County and western Changling County. The directions of land use adjustment included improving irrigation and drainage conditions, governing land salinization and conversion of cropland to forest and grassland. [Conclusion] This study provided basis for the effective application of agricultural resources and ecological environment construction in western Jilin Province. 展开更多

According to the particularity of towns' construction in the southwestern mountainous areas of Yunnan Province, this study has built constructive land suit- ability evaluation index system which is different to flat area. Then this study deter- mined single evaluation factors index and comprehensive suitability index using "ex- treme conditions method" and "suitability index method", and analyzed and assessed the constructive land suitability on each evaluation unit polygons and its suitability level by using GIS software. Taking Lianghe County of Dehong Dai-Jingpo Au- tonomous Prefecture as an example to evaluate land suitability in Lianghe County's main towns around the gentle slope, the results show, in the evaluation area, the area of land suitable for construction and unsuitable for construction respectively ac- count 73.58% and 26.42%. And first-class, second and third-class of land suitable for construction should be composited at the ratio of about 11:49:40. The suitability evaluation index system and method developed in this paper is applicable for evalu- ating the construction land suitability in mountainous areas of southwest Yunnan Province, and will provide theoretical and technical support for land policy measures which strengthen the protection of farmland and promote the scientific development of urbanization in Yunnan Province and even similar mountainous areas of the whole China. 展开更多

[Method] The theory of data en- velopment analysis (DEA) has been employed in this article. A case study of evalu- ation of land use structure for Wujin district in 2012 is provided to illustrate the ap- plication of this research model. At the micro perspective, land use efficiency has been analyzed by use of data envelopment analysis model. The optimization and adjustment direction in land use structure has been pointed out from the view point of land use efficiency. [Result] The result has shown that the research method based on information entropy and data envelopment analysis model can effectively overcome the drawback of traditional evaluation techniques. Compared with the tra- ditional methods, the new optimization model based on a structure of the multi-crite- ria factors and objective weighting method can evaluate the rationality of land use structure more comprehensively. 展开更多

The physical environment was introduced and the productivity of the lake was investigated both through the literature materials and the investigations. The market value method was clarified in this paper as well as its operation process and the application fields. [Result] Based on the introduction of the current situation in Liangzi Lake, the direct usage value was estimated as 1.32 billion Yuan/year. Plant resources value was 318 million Yuan/year; animal resources value was 675 million Yuan/year; and water storage value was 325 million Yuan/year for the three parts. [Conclusion] This paper will attract more attention to the emphasis of the reasonable development of nature sources. 展开更多
