目的通过对含毒性中药材"附子"的金匮肾气片的用量评价,促进其合理应用。方法收集2014年1月—6月就诊单用金匮肾气片处方的患者91例,对其不同性别、各年龄段的用药情况,包括每日频次,每次剂量、日用药量、总用量、使用天数及复诊用药... 目的通过对含毒性中药材"附子"的金匮肾气片的用量评价,促进其合理应用。方法收集2014年1月—6月就诊单用金匮肾气片处方的患者91例,对其不同性别、各年龄段的用药情况,包括每日频次,每次剂量、日用药量、总用量、使用天数及复诊用药情况进行评价。结果每日剂量〉2.16 g有60例(65.93%),75~89岁男性(20例)明显多于女性(10例),其中男性(15例)的日剂量(3.19±1.24)g,超过2.16 g,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。复诊患者32例,用药量占91例的40.82%;仅4例(12.50%)用法用量正确。结论开发中成药应用在线监测系统,及时干预应用过程中存在的用量问题,从而促进其合理应用。 展开更多

(Maca), a perennial herbaceous plant with narrow distdbution in the Andean region, was cultivated by local residents as early as 1600 B.C. It has high nutritional values and multiple medicinal effects. In recent years the plant source of Maca has been greatly scarce since Maca products are increasingly becoming popular in the world. This makes the study urgent on the identification and quality evaluation of Maca materials. In present work, four Mace samples of different origins or handlings and three other natural plants, including radish, odental ginseng and American ginseng, were investigated. Their essential oils (steam distillates) of the hypogeal parts were weighed and analyzed by GC/MS. Through comparison of the characteristics of their chromatograms, it was found that the essential oil of Maca had unique GC/MS behaviors, and the characteristic peaks produced by the major essential oil components (Phenylacetonitrile, Benzaldehyde, 3-Methoxyphenylacetonitrile, etc) were distinct. Furthermore, the chromatograms of several Maca samples showed a similar qualitative pattern except for some differences in the quantitative composition, and the percentage of total essential oils in the samples varied from 0.88 % to 1.59 %. These behaviors and technologies can be applied to the identification of Maca materials in the markets and be a supplement to assess the quality of Maca matedals. 展开更多

Service composition is considered to be an effective way for resource sharing and node collaboration in Mobile Ad hoc NETworks (MANETs) environment.In order to improve the reliability and shorten the response time of composite services,this paper first analyzes the node environments and network environments that affect the component services' availability,and then proposes an Environment-aware Quantitative Evaluation Model for Service Availability (EQEM-SA).In addition,based on EQEM-SA,a service field concept is proposed as well as the availability attenuation equation,where the availability value is considered as the field strength.Then the service selection approach based on service field model is presented.The effectiveness of the proposed approach is illustrated and compared with related references,and the results of experimental evaluations indicate that our approach significantly reduces the failure rate and shortens the service delay. 展开更多

Web service recommendation is one of the most important fi elds of research in the area of service computing. The two core problems of Web service recommendation are the prediction of unknown Qo S property values and the evaluation of overall Qo S according to user preferences. Aiming to address these two problems and their current challenges, we propose two efficient approaches to solve these problems. First, unknown Qo S property values were predicted by modeling the high-dimensional Qo S data as tensors, by utilizing an important tensor operation, i.e., tensor composition, to predict these Qo S values. Our method, which considers all Qo S dimensions integrally and uniformly, allows us to predict multi-dimensional Qo S values accurately and easily. Second, the overall Qo S was evaluated by proposing an efficient user preference learning method, which learns user preferences based on users' ratings history data, allowing us to obtain user preferences quantifiably and accurately. By solving these two core problems, it became possible to compute a realistic value for the overall Qo S. The experimental results showed our proposed methods to be more efficient than existing methods. 展开更多

As a result, many research fields have focused on the study and improvement of such devices. The current Smartphones are the best example of the research and the evolution of these technologies. Moreover, the software design and development is progressively more focused on the user; finding and developing new mobile interaction models. In order to do so, knowing what kind of problems the users could have is vital to enhance a bad interaction design. Unfortunately, a good software quality evaluation takes more time than the companies can invest. The contribution revealed in this work is a new approach to quality testing methodology focused on mobile interactions and their context in use where external capturing tools, such as cameras, are suppressed and the evaluation environments are the same as the user will use the application. By this approach, the interactions can be captured without changing the context and consequently, the data will be more accurate, enabling the evaluation of the quality-in-use in real environments. 展开更多

Spatial quality evaluation for drinking water based on GIS and ant colony clustering algorithm 被引量:3

To develop a better approach for spatial evaluation of drinking water quality, an intelligent evaluation method integrating a geographical information system(GIS) and an ant colony clustering algorithm(ACCA) was used. Drinking water samples from 29 wells in Zhenping County, China, were collected and analyzed. 35 parameters on water quality were selected, such as chloride concentration, sulphate concentration, total hardness, nitrate concentration, fluoride concentration, turbidity, pH, chromium concentration, COD, bacterium amount, total coliforms and color. The best spatial interpolation methods for the 35 parameters were found and selected from all types of interpolation methods in GIS environment according to the minimum cross-validation errors. The ACCA was improved through three strategies, namely mixed distance function, average similitude degree and probability conversion functions. Then, the ACCA was carried out to obtain different water quality grades in the GIS environment. In the end, the result from the ACCA was compared with those from the competitive Hopfield neural network(CHNN) to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the ACCA according to three evaluation indexes, which are stochastic sampling method, pixel amount and convergence speed. It is shown that the spatial water quality grades obtained from the ACCA were more effective, accurate and intelligent than those obtained from the CHNN. 展开更多

Human visual sense has two aspects in our feeling for blurred image, that is, one is the amount of blur depending on object size, the other is the amount of blur independent of the object size. In the former for example, when the image size becomes larger, the author feels smaller amount blur. The quantitative evaluation based on entropy for blurred images is proposed in this paper. The author calls this metric "variation entropy". This metric has two kinds of aspects that coincide with the human visual sense. The first is the absolute evaluation of blur, and the second is the relative evaluation of blur. The former can be quantified by variation entropy for a unit boundary length (or L-type variation entropy: HL ), which is dependent on resolution, and the latter can be quantified by variation entropy for a unit area (or A-type variation entropy: H^A ), which is independent of resolution. These two metrics have complementary properties. At last, two variation entropies are applied to the standard kanji character database, and then the strong relation between variation entropy and accuracy of recognition is discussed. The tendency of writing skills for grades is evaluated by applying the metric to a database collected from school children. 展开更多

An Application of 'Willingness to Pay' Method as a Quantifier for Environmental Impact Assessment

The preservation/restoration of natural environment is frequently entailing excessive cost (paid by people through taxation) while it is a source of additional income for both, the State and the people, due to tourism. Since the evaluation of this good cannot be in market terms, it is applied here in a modified version of the CVM (Contingent Valuation Method), which is used in experimental economics in order to investigate the significance that people put on this good and how much they might be WTP (Willing to Pay) for supporting activities concerning the preservation/restoration of Lake Kastoria. The WTP dependence on (i) external diseconomies; (ii) the expectations for property values' rise as a result of the restoration; (iii) the proximity of interviewees' residence to the lake; (iv) the opinion of the interviewee on the time and money spent to visit the lake; (v) the time and money the interviewees spent to visit the lake, as well as other dependencies (all taken as independent variables) are estimated by means oflogit, probit, logistic and linear regression models. The optimal concentration Copt of a pollutant in the environment can be determined as an equilibrium point in the tradeoff between (i) environmental cost, due to impact on man/ecosystem/economy; and (ii) economic cost for environmental protection, as it can be expressed by Pigouvian tax. These two conflict variables are internalized within the same techno-economic objective function of total cost, which is minimized. In this work, the first conflict variable is represented by a WTP index. A methodology is developed for the estimation of this index by using fuzzy sets to count for uncertainty. In this paper, the evaluation of consolidated index is used. Respectively, AHP and entropy method calculate the subjective and objective weight of the evaluation indicators, and combine them by game theory. So we can obtain synthetic weight based on objective and subjective weights. The evaluation of urban flood-waterlogged vulnerability as target layer, a single variable multi-objective fuzzy optimization model is established. We use the model to evaluate flood-waterlogged vulnerability of 13 prefecture-level city in Hunan, and compare it with other evaluation method. The results show that the evaluation method has certain adaptability and reliability, and it' s helpfid to the construction planning of urban flood control. 展开更多
