The hierarchical EU-1 samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, N_2 adsorption, FT-IR and NH_3-TPD to analyze the crystallinity, morphology, surface area, pore size distribution and acidity. The results showed that hierarchical EU-1 zeolites were successfully synthesized; organosilanes have great influence on crystal morphology of EU-1 zeolites; the exterior surface area of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite, which synthesized with organosilanes(APAEDMS) adding into synthesis system, increased by 62.1% and mesopore volume increased by 129.1% compared with conventional EU-1 zeolites, thus can reduce the diffusional restriction markedly in catalytic reaction. The catalytic performance of hierarchical EU-1zeolites were evaluated in m-xylene isomerization on fixed bed reactor. The catalytic data showed that the isomerization activity PX/X of the hierarchical EU-1 zeolites reached around 24.09% in theoretical thermodynamic equilibrium from 23.83%, and the selectivity of C_8 aromatic hydrocarbon increased from 75.16% to 84.87%. The conversion of p-xylene increased from 16.30% to 18.41%.展开更多

The influence of some factors on the reaction was investigated. Among the four lipases explored, Candida rugosa lipase (CRL) showed the highest activity and enantioselectivity. Octanoic acid was the best acyl donor among the eleven acids studied and n-hexane was the most suitable medium for the reaction. The optimum shaking rate and temperature were found to be 150r·min-1 and 20℃ to 30℃, respectively. The enantiomeric excess of the remaining (5)-(-)-1-trimethylsilylethanol was 93% when substrate conversion was 53% upon incubation of the reaction mixture at 30℃, 150r·min-1 for 12 h.展开更多

The effects of shake speed, hydrophobicity of organic solvent, volume ratio of water phase to organic phase, pH value of aqueous phase and reaction temperature on the initial reaction rate, maximum yield and enantiomeric excess (ee) of the product were systematically explored. All the above-mentioned factors had significant influence on the reaction. n-Hexane was found to be the best organic solvent for the reaction. The optimum shake speed, volume ratio of water phase to organic phase, pH value and reaction temperature were 150 r.min-1, 1/2, 8 and 30 ℃ respectively, under which the maximum yield and enantiomeric excess of the product were as high as 96.8% and 95.7%, which are 15% and 16% higher than those of the corresponding reaction performed in aqueous phase. To our best knowledge, this is the most satisfactory result obtained.展开更多

Effects of the composite anode on brightness and operating voltage of OLEDs are researched. By optimizing the thickness of each layer of the MPTMS/Ag/MoO3 structure, the transmittance of MPTMS/Ag(8 nm)/Mo O3(30 nm) reaches over 75% at about 520 nm. The sheet resistance is 3.78 ?/□, corresponding to this MPTMS/Ag(8 nm)/MoO3(30 nm) structure. For the OLEDs with the optimized anode, the maximum electroluminescence(EL) current efficiency reaches 4.5 cd/A, and the maximum brightness is 37 036 cd/m2. Moreover, the OLEDs with the optimized anode exhibit a very low operating voltage(2.6 V) for obtaining brightness of 100 cd/m2. We consider that the improved device performance is mainly attributed to the enhanced hole injection resulting from the reduced hole injection barrier height. Our results indicate that employing the MPTMS/Ag/MoO3 as a composite anode can be a simple and promising technique in the fabrication of low-operating voltage and high-brightness OLEDs.展开更多
