We describe two cases of melanonychia striata submitted to dermoscopic examination of the nail bed and matrix. 文摘目的:探讨微钻清除甲母质、甲沟重建治疗驻港官兵嵌甲型甲沟炎(ingrown toenails paronychia,ITP)的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015-12-06~2018-12-06 130例ITP患者的临床资料,根据治疗时间分为A、B两组,每组65例。A组采用微钻清除甲母质、甲沟重建术;B组采用部分拔甲术,比较两组创面愈合、术后换药疼痛感、感染及复发情况。结果: A组创面红肿时间、创面愈合时间、一次性治愈率、换药次数均显著优于B组( P <0.05);随访 3个月,A组术后换药疼痛感、感染以及复发率明显低于B组( P <0.05)。结论:微钻清除甲母质、甲沟重建治疗ITP病灶清除彻底,治愈率高,愈合快,复发率低,值得推广。
