近年来,高压交联聚乙烯波纹铝护套电缆中由于阻水缓冲层烧蚀引发的故障屡见不鲜,且烧蚀部位多集中于缓冲层与铝护套紧密接触位置。为充分了解烧蚀故障的成因机理,对故障检测与预防提供理论与数据支撑,该文首先通过电–热场耦合仿真,探... 近年来,高压交联聚乙烯波纹铝护套电缆中由于阻水缓冲层烧蚀引发的故障屡见不鲜,且烧蚀部位多集中于缓冲层与铝护套紧密接触位置。为充分了解烧蚀故障的成因机理,对故障检测与预防提供理论与数据支撑,该文首先通过电–热场耦合仿真,探究电缆中径向电流分布规律及由电流不均导致的缓冲层局部温升特性,并开展模拟烧蚀试验,观察干燥及受潮带材在电流作用下的不同烧蚀表现,推导缓冲层损伤机理。仿真结果表明,缓冲层与铝护套紧密接触位置存在电流集中现象,电流密度峰值随不接触长度增加而增大,可达1×10^(3)A/m^(2)以上,造成的局部温升也随之增加。在缓冲层受潮时温升更为显著,当接触不良长度达到1或2m时,温升可超过47℃及155℃。试验测得铝电极与缓冲层接触位置不同烧蚀状态对应的特征温度,烧蚀起始温度约为165℃。最终,通过缓冲带材耐热性能测试及与前述结果的对应性分析,有效验证了实际电缆线路中发生缓冲层局部热烧蚀的可能性,对于优化电缆结构、提高故障预防与检测能力,保障电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。 展开更多

Based on the principle of energy conservation,the applicable technique for drained cell retrofitted from conventional one was analyzed with 2D finite element model. The model employed a 1D heat transfer scheme to compute iteratively the freeze profile until the thickness variable reached the terminating requirement. The calculated 2D heat dissipation from the cell surfaces was converted into the overall 3D heat loss. The potential drop of the system, freeze profile and heat balance were analyzed to evaluate their variation with technical parameters when designing the 150 kA conventional cell based drained cell. The simulation results show that the retrofitted drained cell is able to keep thermal balance under the conditions that the current is 190 kA, the anodic current density is 0.96 A/cm2, the anode-cathode distance is 2.5 cm, the alumina cover is 16 cm thick with a thermal conductivity of 0.20 W/(m·℃ ) and the electrolysis temperature is 946 ℃ . 展开更多

High-speed permanent magnetic generators (HSPMG) are common and important power generation equipments used in distributed generation systems. A 100 kW level HSPMG is investigated in this paper, and it is fluid-thermal coupling analyzed. The transient 2D electromagnetic field while machine is under rated operating is analyzed by using the time-stepping FEM, from which the electromagnetic performances and the loss distributions are obtained. Then, an analysis model for fluid-solid temperature field analysis is established. Taking losses as the distributed heat sources, the 3D thermal field is coupling calculated. The variations of heat transfer coefficient and temperature of fluid in stator grooves along the axial direction, as well as the whole region 3D temperature distribution in HSPMG are obtained. Then, considering the variations of heat sources distributions and heat transfer conditions, 3D temperature fields of HSPMG operating under different speeds are calculated, and the influences of machine operating speed on the HSPMG thermal performance are studied, based on which, the functions of machine temperature with operating speed and stator windings resistance are proposed. The obtained conclusions may provide a useful reference for the design and research of HSPMG. 展开更多

YMn2O5nanorods were synthesized through a modified polyacrylamide gel route.The synthesis strategy in this work is based on a sol-gel process using a polyacrylamide gel method in which oxalic acid,citric acid or tartaric acid is employed as the chelating agent.In the gel routes,oxalic acid was used as a carboxyl chelating agent,while citric acid or tartaric acid was a carboxyl and hydroxyl chelating agent.The as-prepared samples were characterized by means of techniques such as X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)measurement,thermogravimetric analysis(TG),differential scanning calorimetry analysis(DSC),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),thermal expansion measurement and field-emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM)investigations.It was found that oxalic acid is the best chelating agent with Y(NO3)3·6H2O and Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O as precursors to prepare a single orthorhombic YMn2O5nanorods at 1000°C.Scanning electron microscope observation shows that the morphology of YMn2O5powders is significantly dependent on the chelating agent.The peaks(single orthorhombic YMn2O5nanorods)at 642,600,573,546,521,493,486,468,448 and 400cm?1were observed from FTIR spectra.The phase,surface morphology and chelation mechanisms of YMn2O5samples have been discussed on the basis of the experimental results. 展开更多
