The radiation performance is characterized by threshold voltage shifts and leakage currents of transistors and standby currents of ASIC as functions of the total dose up to 500krad(Si). The experimental results show that the worst case threshold voltage shifts of front channels are less than 320mV for pMOS transistors under off-gate radiation bias at 1Mrad(Si) and less than 120mV for nMOS transistors under on-gate radiation bias. No significant radiation-induced leakage current is observed in transistors to 1Mrad (Si). The standby currents of ASIC are less than the specification of 5μA over the total dose range of 500krad(Si).展开更多

AIF3 addition and aluminum tapping volume are two important factors that affect economic benefits of aluminum electrolytic production. Fuzzy logic provides a suitable mechanism to describe the relationship between the process variables and the current efficiency. Fuzzy expert system based on Mamdani fuzzy inference process for aluminum electrolysis was adopted to adjust A1F3 addition and aluminum tapping volume. A novel variable universe approach was applied in the system to solve the problem that different electrolysis cells have different universes of variables. The system was applied to 300 kA aluminum electrolysis cells in a aluminum plant. Experimental results showed that the electrolyte temperature was kept stably between 945 and 955℃, the current efficiency reached 93.5%, and the DC power consumption was 13 000 kW.h per ton aluminum.展开更多

Secondly, a hierarchical diagnosis model is expressed with four layers, i.e., sensors layer, function layer, behavior layer and structure layer. These layers are used to work together to accomplish the fault alarm, diagnosis and localization. Thirdly, a fault-tree-oriented hybrid knowledge representation based on frame and generalized rule and its relevant reasoning strategy is put forward. It is extremely important that all the excellent performances of the improved astable multivibrator have been achieved with a dynamic power consumption equaling its predecessor one. Results showed that zinc were adsorbed specifically to ...The variation in apparent charge of two typical variable charge soils resulting from Zn adsorption were studied by KC1 saturation and NH4NO3 replacement methods. Results showed that zinc were adsorbed specifically to those sites with negative charge. As in different pH ranges, the percentages of specific and electrostatic adsorptions of zinc and the mechanisms of specific adsorption were different, the effects of Zn adsorption on apparent charge were varied and could be characterized as: when 1 mmol Zn2+ was adsorbed, a change about 1 mmol in the apparent charge was observed in the low pH range (Ⅰ), 1.4 to 1.5 mmol in the moderate pH range (Ⅱ) and 0.55 to 0.6 mmol in the high pH range (Ⅲ). These experimental data, in terms of soil charge, proved once more author's conclusion in the preceding paper (Sun, 1993) that in accordance with the behaviors of Zn adsorption by the variable charge soils in relation to pH, three pH ranges with different adsorption mechanisms were delineated; that is, in Range Ⅰ, specific adsorption was the predominant mechanism, in Ranges Ⅱ and Ⅲ, specific and electrostatic adsorptions co-existed, but their specific adsorption mechanisms were not identical.展开更多

This report is completed based on the investigation along with routine supervisory and management programs. There are totally 573 wind power projects and 94 PV power projects involved. Selected predictive and quasi dynamic control system algorithms of traction vehicle are presented in the paper. For selected constructions of traction vehicle drive system are presented in simulation models and are results of calculations of different exploitations work state of wheel vehicle with hybrid drive system. An analysis (APA Automatic Patent Analysis) has bee...The recent increase in patent granted in China prompts for an analysis of the various strategies which are certainly developed by Chinese applicants in that field. An analysis (APA Automatic Patent Analysis) has been done in several fields which have different impacts on the Chinese economy. We chose four different subjects: solar panels; photovoltaic panels; fireworks; and honeysuckle. These areas go from deep international concern to only Chinese interest. We analyzed in the different ratios between Chinese priority patents, Chinese patents extended to other countries, Patent extended from other countries to China and Chinese utility models. The results show clearly that various directions are followed depending on the economic importance of the field and also the pressure of the competition inside and outside China. In this context the strategic dependence (number of patents extended to China by other countries) was examined for each of the fields. We also show that in the domain where the man power is important such as fireworks the number of utility models is important. This suggests that utility models are used to spread in that field minor innovations. In the fields such as honeysuckle many applicants are the same that the inventors and the involvement of universities larger than in other fields. These two fields more or less centered on Chinese domestic aspects only a few patents (not for Honeysuckle) are extended to other countries. The impact of foreign patents in these two fields is quasi nil. In other domains such as photovoltaic panel the triadic patents (extension to US JP EP) are examined its show that if some Chinese patents are extended to other countries there are also an important numbers of foreign patents extended to China. This also suggests that in these most critical subjects, China develops a sort of technological protection barrier from domestic patents. This underlines a strategy on attack and defense in that field.展开更多
