能源价格市场化路径研究——以陕西省为例

近年来我国能源在利用效率、供给量和仓储留存等方面都有所提升,但随着我国工业化社会发展和经济结构的转型升级,能源缺口和资源优化匹配问题也日益突出。以供给需求理论为基础,通过对目前我国电力、天然气、成品油价格现状分析,总结能源市场化价格改革的原则,并针对陕西省能源价格市场化改革提出改革供给主体和方式、建立市场化交易平台、鼓励民间资本参与投资、构建差别化价格体系等4点建议。

The tragedy of the commons and energy price depression of China

This article indicates by example about power price of Henan province that the energy resources of Henan province are ＂the commons＂. According to analysis of the game of ＂the tragedy of the commons＂, this article demonstrates that, whether under complete information or not, energy commons are abused. Based upon the situation, the author gives out the strategy to solve ＂the tragedy of the commons＂ of China energy sources.
