纳秒脉冲激光烧蚀金属元靶产生等离子体,由于极少量速度较快的电子逃逸造成了等离子体区域出现微量剩余正电荷,并在周围空间激发电场。通过在靶上偏置负高压(0~1 000 V)研究了金属靶由于受等离子体作用而出现的电势变化。实验发现:靶... 纳秒脉冲激光烧蚀金属元靶产生等离子体,由于极少量速度较快的电子逃逸造成了等离子体区域出现微量剩余正电荷,并在周围空间激发电场。通过在靶上偏置负高压(0~1 000 V)研究了金属靶由于受等离子体作用而出现的电势变化。实验发现:靶上电势信号整体呈单峰分布,并在早期阶段(<700 ns)出现强烈振荡现象,振荡频率(约40 MHz)不随靶偏置电压与激光能量发生变化。并首次对该振荡信号的产生机制进行了分析,认为靶上电势振荡是靶材偏置负压与等离子体中的净余电荷相互作用的结果。 展开更多

The three-phase bridge inverter is used as the converter topology in the power controller for a 9 kW doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor. Compared with common three-phase bridge inverters, the proposed inverter works under more complicated conditions with different principles for special winding back EMFs, position signals of hall sensors, and the given mode of switches. The ideal steady driving principles of the inverter for the motor are given. The working state with asymmetric winding back EMFs, inaccurate position signals of hall sensors, and the changing input voltage is analyzed. Finally, experimental results vertify that the given anal ysis is correct. 展开更多

We propose a position sensorless control scheme for a four-switch,three-phase brushless DC motor drive,based on the zero crossing point detection of phase back-EMF voltages using newly defined error functions(EFs). The commutation in-stants are 30° after detected zero crossing points of the EFs. Developed EFs have greater magnitude rather than phase or line voltages so that the sensorless control can work at a lower speed range. Moreover,EFs have smooth transitions around zero voltage level that reduces the commutation errors. EFs are derived from the filtered terminal voltages vao and vbo of two low-pass filters,which are used to eliminate high frequency noises for calculation of the average terminal voltages. The feasibility of the proposed sensorless control is demonstrated by simulation and experimental results. 展开更多

A ZnO micro/nanowire has been utilized to fabricate Schottky-contacted humidity sensors based on a metal-semiconductor-metal (M-S-M) structure. By means of the piezotronic effect, the signal level, sensitivity and sensing resolution of the humidity sensor were significantly enhanced when applying an external strain. Since a higher Schottky barrier markedly reduces the signal level, while a lower Schottky barrier decreases the sensor sensitivity due to increased ohmic transport, a 0.22% compressive strain was found to optimize the performance of the humidity sensor, with the largest responsivity being 1,240%. The physical mechanism behind the observed mechanical-electrical behavior was carefully studied by using band structure diagrams. This work provides a promising way to significantly enhance the overall performance of a Schottky-contact structured micro/nanowire sensor. 展开更多
