几起大的风电场连锁切机事故分析表明风电场动态电压失稳是导致这类事件的共同原因,而现有关于风电场等值和建模的研究极少涉及风电场动态电压过程。以风电场动态电压为切入点,考虑风电机组的低电压穿越特性、无功补偿情况、风机出力随... 几起大的风电场连锁切机事故分析表明风电场动态电压失稳是导致这类事件的共同原因,而现有关于风电场等值和建模的研究极少涉及风电场动态电压过程。以风电场动态电压为切入点,考虑风电机组的低电压穿越特性、无功补偿情况、风机出力随机性、风电场集电系统以及外部故障的随机性,借助能很好描述随机性和模糊性的云模型,提出基于云模型的风电场动态电压等值方法。建立基于云模型的风电机组分群指标,采用k-means聚类算法对风电场进行聚类等值,提出适合风电场动态电压等值的集电系统链式重构方法。将所建立的风电场动态电压等值模型应用于分析风电场连锁脱网事故,结果表明,所建等值模型能够很好地反映风电机组的连锁脱网动态过程,也为进一步分析含大型风电场的电力系统动态稳定提供模型支持。 展开更多

Based on the analysis of pumping voltage of the braking procedure, the relation between pumping voltage and PWM ratio is derived and a new digital control method to restrain the pumping voltage by changing PWM ratio is put forward. Because the capacitance is decreased effectively, the volume of controller is reduced and the performance to price ratio is improved. Compaction process simulation and residual stress prediction of green PM compact were carried out with elasto-plastic 3D FEA based on the modified Drueker-Prager Cap model in Abaqus. The model parameters of the investigated powder Distaloy AE were determined as functions of relative density through typical mechanical property tests of powder. The model was implemented as a user subroutine USDFLD. Single sided compaction of a d20 ram^5 mm disk green compact of Distaloy AE was simulated, and the residual stress of the disk after ejection was predicted with FEA. The FEA results of the compaction process and the residual stress of the disk show good agreement with compaction experiments and X-ray diffraction measurements, which validates the model and its parameters. The results indicate that the compressive residual stresses exist mainly in a thin layer on the side surface, but the residual stresses are very small on the top and bottom surfaces. 展开更多

The stress,strain as well as resistivity of coal during uniaxial compression process were tested based on self-built real-time testing system of loaded coal resistivity.Furthermore,the coal resistivity regularity and mechanism were analyzed at different stages of complete stress-strain process,which includes the two kinds of coal body with typical conductive characteristics.The results indicate that coal resistivity with different conductive characteristics has different change rules in complete stress-strain process.It is mainly represented at the densification and flexibility phases before dilatation occurs.The variation of resistivity can be divided into two kinds,named down and up.Dilatation of coal samples occurred between 66%σ_(max) and 87%σ_(max).Because of dilatation,coal resistivity involves sudden change.The overall representation is shifting from reducing into improving or from slow improving into accelerated improving.Thus,coal resistivity always shows an increasing tendency at the plastic stage.After peak stress,coal body enters into failure stage.The expanding and communicating of macro fracture causes further improvement of coal resistivity.The maximum value of resistivity rangeability named λ reached 3.49.Through making real-time monitoring on coal resistivity,variation rules of resistivity can be deemed as precursory information so as to reflect the dilatation and sudden change before coal body reaches buckling failure,which can provide a new technological means for forecasting the dynamic disaster of coal petrography. 展开更多

The low cycle fatigue(LCF)properties of as-extruded AZ31 Mg alloy were investigated under total strain amplitudes in the range of 0.4%-1.2%with strain rate of 1×10- 2s -1.Due to the twinning effect in compression during loading and the detwinning effect during unloading,the alloy showed an asymmetric hysteresis loop.The cyclic stress response exhibited cyclic hardening at high total strain amplitudes.The cyclic deformation behaviors were discussed using the Coffin-Manson plot,which divided the plastic strain amplitudes into the tension side and the compression side.Through the LCF tests that were started from either tension or compression under a total strain amplitude of 1.0%,the interaction between the twinning effect and dislocation was analyzed.The twinning effect during the LCF test and the variation of the dislocation density were investigated using optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,respectively. 展开更多

Pilot-plant Study of Anoxic-aerobic Membrane Bioreactor (AO-MBR) on the Changes of Membrane Flux under Constant Pressure

Under a constant pressure, a pilot-plant test was conducted through the use of anoxic-aerobic membrane bioreactor (AO-MBR), and this test operated steadily for 251 days. During the experiment, there were a total of four membrane cleaning processes, for the 90th day, the 150th day, the 210th day and the 240th day, respectively (The cleaning cycle was 90 days, 60 days, 60 days and 30 days, respectively). From the initial 33.26 L/m^2.b dropped to 20.03 L/m^2.h after the fourth membrane cleaning, membrane flux reduced to 60.22% of the initial flux. During the 180 thd-210 thd of the experiment, the powdered activated carbon (PAC), the segment size of which is 80-100, was put into anoxic reactor. Membrane flux decreased from 16.02 L/m^2·h to 15.29 L/m^2·h, and then rose to 15.65L/m^2·h. The dosing of PAC had a significant effect on the maintenance of a high membrane flux and extending running time. Before several membrane cleanings, a wire of membrane was intercepted from membrane module. It was found that the membrane surface sediments seemed to the inorganic colloid formed by Fe^2+, Ca^2+ and biofilm formed by some micro-organisms after the membrane surface pollutants were analyzed preliminarily with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). 展开更多

The flatband voltage (Vro) and the threshold voltage (VtQ are extracted from CV curves by solv- ing one-dimensional Schrtidinger and Poisson equations. Both hole and electron trappings are observed in the tunneling SiO2. They show up in the accumulation and the inversion, respectively. By fitting FN tunneling current, the area densities of cy- cling-induced electron traps in the blocking oxide and in the tunneling oxide are finally determined. 展开更多

A multi-stage dual replica bit-line delay (MDRBD) technique is proposed for reducing access time by suppressing the sense-amplifier enable (SAE) timing variation of low voltage static randomaccess memory (SRAM) applications. Compared with the traditional technique, this strategy, using statistical theory, reduces the timing variation by using multi-stage ideas, meanwhile doubling the replica bit-fine (RBL) capacitance and discharge path simultaneously in each stage. At a supply voltage of 0.6 V, the simulation results show that the standard deviations of the SAE timing and cycle time with the proposed technique are 69.2% and 47.2%, respectively, smaller than that with a conventional RBL delay technique in TSMC 65 nm CMOS technology (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Taiwan). 展开更多

The mechanical behavior of CuO nanowires (NWs) was investigated by in situ transmission electron microscopy. During compression, the NWs exhibited high bending capabilities associated with high mechanical stress. Interestingly, anelasticity was consistently observed after stress release. Further investigations indicate that the anelasticity is intrinsic to the CuO NWs, although electron- beam irradiation was proved capable of accelerating the shape recovery. A mechanism based on the cooperative motion of twin-associated atoms is proposed to account for this phenomenon. The results provide insight into the mechanical properties of CuO NWs, which are promising materials for nanoscale damping systems. 展开更多

Switching expansion reduction(SER) uses a switch valve to substitute the throttle valve to reduce pressure for high pressure pneumatics.The experiments indicate that the simulation model well predicts the actual characteristics.The heat transfers and polytropic exponents of the air in expansion tank and supply tanks of SER have been studied on the basis of the experiments and the simulation model.Through the mathematical reasoning in this paper,the polytropic exponent can be calculated by the air mass,heat,and work exchanges of the pneumatic container.For the air in a constant volume tank,when the heat-absorption is large enough to raise air temperature in discharging process,the polytropic exponent is less than 1;when the air is experiencing a discharging and heat-releasing process,the polytropic exponent exceeds the specific heat ratio(the value of 1.4). 展开更多

The response of field electron emission of cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanowires (NWs) to visible light has been investigated.It is found that,upon light illumination,the turn-on voltage drops,emission current increases obviously,and the Fowler-Nordheim behavior deviates from a straight line.A process of field emission coupled with semiconducting properties of CdS NWs is proposed.Photon-excited electron transition from the valence band to the conductance band of CdS nanowires increases the quantity of emitting electrons,and the photoemission decreases the effective work function of CdS emitters,which largely enhances the field emission performance.The response of field emission of CdS NWs to light illumination suggests an approach for tuning field emission of semiconductor emitters. 展开更多

We report a novel and easily accessible method to chemically reduce graphene fluoride (GF) sheets with nanoscopic precision using high electrostatic fields generated between an atomic force microscope (AFM) tip and the GF substrate. Reduction of fluorine by the electric field produces graphene nanoribbons (GNR) with a width of 105-1,800 nm with sheet resistivity drastically decreased from 〉1 TΩ.sq.^-1 (GF) down to 46 kΩ.sq.^-1 (GNR). Fluorine reduction also changes the topography, friction, and work function of the GF. Kelvin probe force microscopy measurements indicate that the work function of GF is 180-280 meV greater than that of graphene. The reduction process was optimized by varying the AFM probe velocity between 1.2 μm.s^-1 and 12 μm.s^-1 and the bias voltage applied to the sample between -8 and -12 V. The electrostatic field required to remove fluorine from carbon is -1.6 V.nm-1. Reduction of the fluorine may be due to the softening of the C-F bond in this intense field or to the accumulation and hydrolysis of adventitious water into a meniscus. 展开更多

Intrinsic and extrinsic ion migration is a very large threat to the operational stability of perovskite solar cells and is difficult to completely eliminate due to the low activation energy of ion migration and the existence of internal electric field.We propose a heterojunction route to help suppress ion migration,thus improving the operational stability of the cell from the perspective of eliminating the electric field response in the perovskite absorber.A heavily doped p-type(p^(+))thin layer semiconductor is introduced between the electron transporting layer(ETL)and perovskite absorber.The heterojunction charge depletion and electric field are limited to the ETL and p^(+)layers,while the perovskite absorber and hole transporting layer remain neutral.The p^(+)layer has a variety of candidate materials and is tolerant of defect density and carrier mobility,which makes this heterojunction route highly feasible and promising for use in practical applications. 展开更多
