电力线是通用的电力网络间的连接载体,同时也是传导电磁干扰和载波通信信号的主要传播介质。建立准确的电力线电参数模型是研究传导电磁干扰和载波信号传输特性的基础。采用一种考虑集肤效应和介质损耗的高频信号传输的RLCG模型对普通... 电力线是通用的电力网络间的连接载体,同时也是传导电磁干扰和载波通信信号的主要传播介质。建立准确的电力线电参数模型是研究传导电磁干扰和载波信号传输特性的基础。采用一种考虑集肤效应和介质损耗的高频信号传输的RLCG模型对普通的三线低压电力线进行建模,并利用人工蜂群算法对模型参数进行辨识,该模型考虑了高频条件下电力线的趋肤效应以及电介损耗对信号传输特性的影响。利用网络分析仪测量实际电力线的阻抗特性作为标准数据,与传统的基于遗传算法的辨识方法的仿真结果进行对比,证明了所提出的电力线高频RLCG模型可以准确地反映电力线的高频传输特性,为低压电力线载波通信和电磁兼容分析奠定基础。 展开更多

An IGBT subcircuit model is proposed and optimized,which is fully SPICE compatible.Based on analytical equations describing the semiconductor device physics,the model parameters are extracted accurately from the measured data without device destruction.The IGBT n - layer conductivity modulated resistor is effectively modeled as a voltage controlled resistor.The proposed model can be used to accurately predict the IGBT output I-V characteristics and low current gain etc.The simulation results are verified by the comparison with measurements and found to be in good agreement with them.The error in average is within 8%,which is better than the results of semi-mathematical models reported previously. 展开更多

A small-signal equivalent circuit model and the ted. The equivalent lumped circuit, which takes the main extraction techniques for photodetector chips are presen- factors that limit a photodetector's RF performance into consideration,is first determined based on the device's physical structure. The photodetector's S parameters are then on-wafer measured, and the measured raw data are processed with further calibration. A genetic algorithm is used to fit the measured data, thereby allowing us to calculate each parameter value of the model. Experimental resuits show that the modeled parameters are well matched to the measurements in a frequency range from 130MHz to 20GHz, and the proposed method is proved feasible. This model can give an exact description of the photodetector chip's high frequency performance,which enables an effective circuit-level prediction for photodetector and optoelectronic integrated circuits. 展开更多

It is shown that the migration that the (tr) is a function of electric (Q), relative molecular mass (Mr), conformation parameter (Rc) of peptides and electrophoretic condition parameter(A). The conformation parameter is introduced to characterize multifarious shapes owing to the complex conlormation and the various kinds of macromolecules, where Rc≥1/3. The parameters A and Rc can be obtained from experimental data. The times of migration of the nine standard peptides were measured in pH 2.5buffer on different electrophoretic conditions in CZE. Lithium ion batteries are complicated distributed parameter systems that can be described preferably by partial differential equations and a field theory. To reduce the solution difficulty and the calculation amount, if a distributed parameter system is described by ordinary differential equations (ODE) during the analysis and the design of distributed parameter system, the reliability of the system description will be reduced, and the systemic errors will be introduced. Studies on working condition real-time monitoring can improve the security because the rechargeable LIBs are widely used in many electronic systems and electromechanical equipment. Single particle model (SPM) is the simplification of LIB under some approximations, and can estimate the working parameters of a LIB at the faster simulation speed. A LIB modelling algorithm based on PDEs and SPM is proposed to monitor the working condition of LIBs in real time. Although the lithium ion concentration is an unmeasurable distributed parameter in the anode of LIB, the working condition monitoring model can track the real time lithium ion concentration in the anode of LIB, and calculate the residual which is the difference between the ideal data and the measured data. A fault alarm can be triggered when the residual is beyond the preset threshold. A simulation example verifies that the effectiveness and the accuracy of the working condition real-time monitoring model of LIB based on PDEs and SPM. 展开更多

With the rise of the electric vehicle industry,as the power source of electric vehicles,lithium battery has become a research hotspot.The state of charge(SOC)estimation and modelling of lithium battery are studied in this paper.The ampere-hour(Ah)integration method based on external characteristics is analyzed,and the open-circuit voltage(OCV)method is studied.The two methods are combined to estimate SOC.Considering the accuracy and complexity of the model,the second-order RC equivalent circuit model of lithium battery is selected.Pulse discharge and exponential fitting of lithium battery are used to obtain corresponding parameters.The simulation is carried out by using fixed resistance capacitance and variable resistance capacitor respectively.The accuracy of variable resistance and capacitance model is 2.9%,which verifies the validity of the proposed model. 展开更多

Based on the region model of lambda bipolar transistor ( LBT), a dividing region theory model of PLBT is set up,simulated and verified. Firstly, the principal operations of different kinds of photoelectronic lambda bipolar transistor ( PLBT) are characterized by a simple circuit model. Through mathematical analysis of the equivalent circuit, the typical characteristics curve is divided into positive resistance, peak, negative resistance and cutoff regions. Secondly, by analyzing and simulating this model, the ratio of MOSFET width to channel length, threshold voltage and common emitter gain are discovered as the main structure parameters that determine the characteristic curves of PLBT. And peak region width, peak current value, negative resistance value and valley voltage value of PLBT can be changed conveniently according to the actual demands by modifying these parameters. Finally comparisons of the characteristics of the fabricated devices and the simu- lation results are made, which show that the analytical results are in agreement with the observed devices characteristics. 展开更多

The model has two RC networks characterizing battery activation and concentration polarization process. The parameters of the model are identified using combined experimental and extended Kalman filter (EKF) recursive methods. The open-circuit voltage and ohmic resistance of the battery are directly measured and calculated from experimental measurements, respectively. The rest of the coupled dynamic parameters, i.e. the RC network parameters, are estimated using the EKF method. Experimental and simulation results are presented to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed circuit model and parameter identification techniques for simulating battery dynamics. 展开更多

The CEDA (catch-effort data analysis) and ASPIC (a surplus-production model incorporating covariates) computer packages are data-fitting or parameter estimation tools that have been developed to analyze catch-and-effort data using non-equilibrium surplus production models. We applied CEDA and ASPIC to the hairtail (Trichiurus japonicus) fishery in the East China Sea. Both packages produced robust results and yielded similar estimates. In CEDA, the Schaefer surplus production model with log-normal error assumption produced results close to those of ASPIC. CEDA is sensitive to the choice of initial proportion, while ASPIC is not. However, CEDA produced higher R 2 values than ASPIC. 展开更多

Geometric Design of Anode-Supported Micro-Tubular Solid Oxide Fuel Cells by Multiphysics Simulations

High volumetric power density (VPD) is the basis for the commercial success of micro-tubular solid oxide fuel cells (mtSOFCs). To find maximal VPD (MVPD) for anode-supported mtSOFC (as-mtSOFC), the effects of geometric parameters on VPD are analyzed and the anode thickness, tan, and the cathode length, lea, are identified as the key design parameters. Thermo-fluid electrochemical models were built to examine the dependence of the electrical output on the cell parameters. The multiphysics model is validated by reproducing the experimental I-V curves with no adjustable parameters. The optimal lea and the corresponding MVPDs are then determined by the multiphysics model for 20 combinations of rin, the inner tube radius, and tan. And all these optimization are made at 1073.15 K. The results show that: (i) significant performance improvement may be achieved by geometry optimization, (ii) the seemingly high MVPD of 11 and 14 W/cm^3 can be easily realized for as-mtSOFC with single- and double-terminal anode current collection, respectively. Moreover, the variation of the area specific power density with/cac(2 mm, 40 mm) is determined for three representative (tin, tan) combinations. Besides, it is demonstrated that the current output of mtSOFC with proper geometric parameters is comparable to that of planar SOFC. 展开更多

This includes manipulation of the gas input and how it is distributed to cells in a bank. A new gas dispersion technology was presented which was conducted to perform characterization tests in Outokumpu 30 m3 and 50 m3 flotation cells installed at Thompson Vale's concentrator, and subsequent data analysis. The experimental program was designed to establish "as-found" baseline conditions for each cell of the two-parallel banks in the scavenger-cleaner and recleaner circuit, to select and characterize one typical cell in the two banks with either different frother concentrations or different air flow rates, and establish what variables can be manipulated in future characterization work. A three-parameter model was developed in order to link the bubble size and frother concentration. This relationship can be used to correlate gas dispersion change to improved metallurgical performance. 展开更多

A new method for optimizing a butterfly-shaped linear ultrasonic motor was proposed to maximize its mechanical output. The finite element analysis technology and response surface methodology were combined together to realize the optimal design of the butterfly-shaped linear ultrasonic motor. First, the operation principle of the motor was introduced. Second, the finite element parameterized model of the stator of the motor was built using ANSYS parametric design language and some structure parameters of the stator were selected as design variables. Third, the sample points were selected in design variable space using latin hypercube Design. Through modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the stator based on these sample points, the target responses were obtained. These sample points and response values were combined together to build a response surface model. Finally, the simplex method was used to find the optimal solution. The experimental results showed that many aspects of the design requirements of the butterfly-shaped linear ultrasonic motor have been fulfilled. The prototype motor fabricated based on the optimal design result exhibited considerably high dynamic performance, such as no-load speed of 873 ram/s, maximal thrust of 27.5 N, maximal efficiency of 43%, and thrust-weight ratio of 45.8. 展开更多
