The list of inhibitors included electronic gadgets, lack of nutrition, parental education levels, family support levels, and racial subcultures. Results showed that use of electronic gadgets and lack of parental edxlcation were perceived as having the most negative influence on learning, while students" subcultures were perceived as having the smallest effect. Respondents also knew the least about their students' nutritional intake. Further, school size and student socio-economic status seem to play some role in teacher awareness of education inhibitors, and this is an important finding. It shows that while increasing teacher awareness of various education inhibitors, demographic factors also must be considered when targeting specific inhibitors.展开更多

For small and medium size enterprises, the paper evaluates the credit of developed model in studying the efficient factors in internet technology acceptance, which is one of the most applicable communication tools in e-commerce. The added factors, taken from models and means of e-readiness assessment, are "existing information technology infrastructures" as well as "organization's training". The authors study 45 small and medium size enterprises in the city of Tehran, which are active in information technology products and services. Using Lisrel structural equation modelling, it is shown that there is a meaningful relationship between the added factors and the variables indicating internet network usage. Therefore, the better factors of e-readiness assessment lead to the higher acceptance level of electronic communication tools in e-commerce.展开更多

However, their large-scale applications are greatly hindered due ...Zinc-air batteries(ZnABs) with high theoretical capacity and environmental benignity are the most promising candidates for next-generation electronics. However, their large-scale applications are greatly hindered due to the lack of high-efficient and cost-effective electrocatalysts. Transition metal phosphides(TMPs) have been reported as promising electrocatalysts. Notably,(Ni_(1-x)Cr_(x))_(2) P(0≤x≤0.15) is an unstable electrocatalyst, which undergoes in-situ electrochemical oxidation during the initial oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and even in the activation cycles, and is eventually converted to Cr-NiOOH serving as the actual OER active sites with high efficiency. Density functional theory(DFT) simulations and experimental results elucidate that the OER performance could be significantly promoted by the synergistic effect of surface engineering and electronic modulations by Cr doping and in-situ phase transformation. The constructed rechargeable ZnABs could stably cycle for more than 208 h at 5 m A cm^(-2), while the voltage degradation is negligible. Furthermore, the developed catalytic materials could be assembled into flexible and all-solid-state Zn ABs to power wearable electronics with high performance.展开更多

However, flexible Si hybrid solar cells have rarely been reported owing to the difficulty of fabricating single-crystalline Si with good flexibility. In this study, we fabricated flexible Si/PEDOT:PSS hybrid solar cells with micro-pyramid-structured Si light absorbers using a facile approach. Compared with planar flexible hybrid solar cells with a power-conversion efficiency of 4%, solar cells with micro-pyramid-structured Si light absorbers have a higher efficiency of 6.3%. External quantum efficiency and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements revealed that the solar cells with micro-pyramid-structured Si light absorbers exhibited a pronounced light-harvesting enhancement in the spectra region of 400-1,000 nm and had a smaller series resistance and larger recombination resistance compared with the planar cells, yielding a higher efficiency. Additionally, in mechanical-bending tests, the flexible solar cells with micro-pyramid-structured Si light absorbers exhibited an excellent performance stability after bending for 600 cycles. Our findings lay the foundation for the real-world applications of flexible Si/PEDOT:PSS hybrid solar cells in next-generation portable electronics.展开更多
