This paper sets a channel error analytical framework and studies the joint impact of estimation errors and feedback delay on secrecy performance in cognitive radio networks. Under the assumption that system applies beamforming and jamming scheme,a multi-antenna cognitive base station( CBS) sends confidential signals to a secondary user( SU) in the presence of M primary users( PUs) and an eavesdropper. Assuming only imperfect channel state information( CSI) about the receivers is available, secrecy rate, outage probability, secrecy throughput are deduced to obtain a closed-form expression. It is shown that while the transmit power increases, secrecy throughput would reach to a constant. Simulation results show that feedback delay adversely impacts on secrecy rate, connection outage probability and secrecy throughput, while estimation error causes more impact on secrecy outage probability. Furthermore, the secrecy rate could increase progressively with the transmit power only if there exists no feedback delay.展开更多

When the dimension of TR circuits is high (e.g. n≥3) the motions of the corresponding ODEs may, very probably, show self-sustained oscillations and chaos. On the other hand, chaoticity may be harmful for the normal biological functions of TR processes. In this letter we numerically study the dynamics of 3-gene TR ODEs in great detail, and investigate many 4-, 5-, and lO-gene TR systems by randomly choosing figures and parameters in the conventionally accepted ranges. And we find that oscillations are very seldom and no chaotic motion is observed, even if the dimension of systems is sufficiently high (n≥3). It is argued that the observation of nonchaoticity of these ODEs agrees with normal functions of actual TR processes.展开更多

A few authors have also considered the depth of invasion as one of the keys to explaining the existence of subgroups of patients affected by EGC with poor prognoses. In any case, EGC is still considered an initial phase of tumor progression with good prognosis. The introduction of modern endoscopic devices has allowed a precise diagnosis of early lesions, which can lead to improved definitions of tumors that can be radically treated with endoscopic mucosal resection or endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD). Given the widespread use of these techniques, the Japanese Gastric Cancer Association( JGCA) identified in 2011 the standard criteria that should exclude the presence of lymph node metastases. At that time, EGCs with nodal involvement should have been asserted as no longer fitting the definition of an early tumor. Some authors have also demonstrated that the morphological growth pattern of a tumor, according to Kodama's classification, is one of the most important prognostic factors, thereby suggesting the need to report it in histopathological drafts. Notwithstanding the acquired knowledge regarding the clinical behavior of EGC, Murakami's definition is still being used. This definition needs to be upgraded according to the modern staging of the disease so that the appropriate treatment would be selected.展开更多

Focusing on the aesthetic taste of the underclass, popular literary tradition, which highlights appreciation habits of the citizen stratum, is the quintessence of Chinese traditional culture. Breaking through the mode of Western films, the early Chinese film, referring to artistic elements in story-telling script, fiction, and drama in Song and Yuan Dynasties, has created new film genres of "unofficial historical film" and martial-art film which are positive results of the localization of early Chinese films. Though the unofficial historical film failed in adapting the theme of popular literature, its groundbreaking significance is still worth approving展开更多

The experiment results show that the cyclic voltammetry polymerization behavior of aniline in W/O microemulsion is different from that in aqueous solution remarkably. With the increase of scan cycle, the oxidation potential shifts positively and the reduction potential shifts negatively, i.e., the redox potential difference increases. H+ apparent concentration affects the aniline polymerization evidently. When H+ concentration is lower than 0.08 mol/L, the electro-polymerization of aniline is difficult. With the increase of H+ concentration, the polymerization current of aniline increases gradually. Only when H+ concentration is high enough(0.5 mol/L), aniline can be well electro-polymerized. Moreover, under the same condition, the aniline polymerization current in W/O microemulsion is higher than that in aqueous solution. The scanning electron microscopy image shows that the deposited polyaniline(PANI) has uniform fiber morphology with diameter of about 100 nm. Further study result suggests that the electrochemical activity of the PANI in HCl is similar to that of the PANI prepared in aqueous solution.展开更多

After electroacupuncture (EA) at Shenshu (UB 23) points in the aged rats, the frequency of neuronal discharges in locus coeruleus (LC) was elevated and the activating rate of LC to neurons in the medial preoptic area (MPOA) of the hypothalamus was increased, while obvious effect on nucleus raphes magnus (NRM) and the effect of NRM on MPOA were not marked. It is suggested that stimulation of Shenshu (UB 23) point can strengthen the excitability of noradrenergic neurons, activate the ascending pathway of the brain stem - hypothalamus, raise the catecholamine (CA)/5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) ratio in the hypothalamus of the aged rats, so as to delay the aging process of the genital system.展开更多

DNA tetrahedronaptamer is designed, which not only facilitates the molecular self-assembly events, but also improves the recognition efficiency between PSA and aptamer sequence on the electrode interface. The DNA conformation on top of DNA tetrahedron changes accordingly, which can be further digested by Exonuclease T(Exo T), a type of single-strand specific nuclease. Electrochemical species are removed synchronously and the initial PSA level can thus be determined. A linear range from 0.5 pg mL^(-1) to50 ng mL^(-1) is achieved with the limit of detection(LOD) as low as 0.15 pg mL^(-1). Moreover, this proposed method is highly selective and is successfully applied to determine PSA in human serum samples.展开更多

Based on the full quantum mechanical approaches we explore the influences on the electron transport induced by the electrical and mechanical degrees of freedom. First of a/l the modified rate equations of the DQDS are derived theoretically and then a numerical investigation on the quantum transport through the DQDS is performed. For the classical DQDS, the time-dependent evolutions of the electron- occupation probabilities and the currents flowing through the DQDS show the periodic oscillations with their periods determined by the oscillation period of the DQDS. Both the mechanical oscillation amplitude and the interdot coupling can play crucial roles in adjusting the peak shapes of the currents and the probabilities. For the quantum DQDS, the current and electron-occupation probabilities of the DQDS evolve into a stationary state as time goes on, with no periodical oscillations observed. As a consequence, the sharp differences of the time-dependent properties between the c/assica/ and quantum DQDS systems are clearly demonstrated, which should be greatly helpful in designing new nanoelectromechanical devices. Also, this work is of great significance to understanding the kind of rigidly connected QD shuttle systems that have more than two QDs.展开更多
