可靠的电源供应一直是限制输电线路在线监测系统广泛应用的瓶颈问题。为解决该问题,本文提出了一种新型的电容耦合谐振式无线能量传输系统。该系统利用高压线路与大地电位稳定的特点,构建虚拟回路,将传统的四极板耦合结构简化为双极板... 可靠的电源供应一直是限制输电线路在线监测系统广泛应用的瓶颈问题。为解决该问题,本文提出了一种新型的电容耦合谐振式无线能量传输系统。该系统利用高压线路与大地电位稳定的特点,构建虚拟回路,将传统的四极板耦合结构简化为双极板结构。同时,利用电荷分布在耦合极板上的边缘效应,进一步将全面板耦合极板简化为环形空心极板,使系统结构更为简洁,并具有良好的户外防风能力。本文建立了简化系统的电路模型,并对系统的功率、效率特性进行了分析。并且,通过多组对比实验对所提出的系统结构和电路模型的有效性进行了验证。理论和实验结果都表明了简化后的系统结构能有效地实现电能的无线传输,并且拥有比传统的双极板系统更高的传输效率和更远的传输距离。 展开更多

A novel matching cell circuitry using charge transfer circuit technique for high precision correlation calculation is presented.The cell calculates the absolute value of the difference between two analog input voltages and amplifies the result.Amplification gain can be designed by the capacitance size in the cell and threshold voltage mismatch can be canceled automatically,thus high precision operation of the circuit is achieved.The circuit can be operated with low power dissipation of about 12μW at a frequency of 50MHz.Because of its simple structure and small silicon area,the matching cell is suitable to realize the correlation dealing with many template vectors that have many elements in a chip. 展开更多

The proposed circuit is based on a double-voltage rectifier circuit and a Cockcroft-Walton circuit. ... The operating circuits for LED (light emitting diode) lamp composed of diodes and DC capacitors only are proposed. The proposed circuit is based on a double-voltage rectifier circuit and a Cockcroft-Walton circuit. The circuit can operate LED without flicker, and is free from switching noise since high frequency switching circuit is not used. To replace an AC capacitor by a DC capacitor for the ballast, a diode is connected across the capacitor in parallel, and the operating voltage of LED unit is kept at the value greater than the peak voltage of the input power source. The circuit realizes high efficiency and high input power factor compared with the operating circuits on the market. Cockcroft-Walton-type circuit can operate many LED devices in series connection. Series connection is preferable for fabricating LED unit of a constant voltage characteristic. Moreover, fairly flat waveform of LED operating current is realized by Cockcrofl-Walton-type circuit, even though capacitor ballast is used. 展开更多

This paper deals with power transfer capability enhancement using two common Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems (FACTS) devices, Thyristor Controlled Series Capacitor (TCSC) and Static Var Compensator (SVC). For this purpose, at first the optimal place of TCSC and SVC is investigated and the optimal size is determined. At the end, a comparison is made between the two FACTS devices. For calculating Available Transfer Capability (ATC), Repeated Power-Flow (RPF) rule used, and the network limitations such as voltage, stability, thermal capacity, and power generation limits are taken into consideration. The proposed algorithm is run on a sample network. Results show effectiveness of TCSC in situations where the thermal limit is the dominant limitation of the network. In such situations, SVC is almost useless. It was also seen that under conditions of voltage limitations, both elements are helpful for the enhancement of ATC. 展开更多

Integration of fast electrochemical double-layer capacitance and large pseudocapacitance is a practical way to improve the overall capability of supercapacitor,yet remains challenging.Herein,an effective cyanogel synthetic strategy was demonstrated to prepare ultrathin Ni(OH)2 nanosheets coupling with conductive reduced graphene oxide(rGO)(rGO-Ni(OH)2)at ambient condition.Ultrathin Ni(OH)2 nanosheet with 3–4 layers of edge-sharing octahedral MO6 maximally exposes the active surface of Faradic reaction and promotes the ion diffusion,while the conductive rGO sheet boosts the electron transport during the reaction.Even at 30 A g−1,the optimal sample can deliver a specific capacitance of 1119.52 F g−1,and maintain 82.3%after 2000 cycles,demonstrating much higher electrochemical capability than bare Ni(OH)2 nanosheets.A maximum specific energy of 44.3 W h kg^−1(148.5 W kg^−1)is obtained,when assembled in a two-electrode system rGO-Ni(OH)2//rGO.This study provides an insight into efficient construction of two dimensional hybrid electrodes with high performance for the new-generation energy storage system. 展开更多

Traveling wave differential protection has the ability,in theory,to entirely eliminate the effects of distributed capacitive current,but it cannot be applied on series-capacitor-compensated lines directly.In this paper,unbalanced output of conventional forward and reverse traveling wave differential currents under normal operating conditions and external faults was analyzed.A new type of traveling wave differential current was defined by combining forward and reverse traveling wave differential currents.Expressions of the defined differential current when internal and external faults occur were deduced.On this basis,a new principle of traveling wave module differential protection on series-capacitor-compensated lines was proposed,and characteristics of module differential current under different faults were analyzed.The priniciple is immune to line distributed capacity,series capacitor positions,and presence or absence of MOV breakovers.The validity of this scheme was verified by PSACD simulations. 展开更多
