The results showed that both male and female were fourteen segmented, the male was approximately 2000 μm and the female was 1050μm. Six types of sensillae on the antenna were observed, viz. chaetica (Ch), trichoidea (Tr), basiconica (Ba), cavity (Ca), styloid (St) and circumfila (Ci) on the antennae of A. aphidimyza. Sensillae Ch had a long external-process, with a base surrounded by membranous sockets and a length of about 67.5 μm. Sensillae Tr were distally curved and inserted into a depression, 61.0μm long. Sensillae Ba were peg-like and 4.7μm long on the antennae. Sensillae Ca were pit-like in appearance and the diameter of the pit was 1.2μm. Sensilla St was found on the second sub-segment flagellum of the male antennae. The length of the sensilla was about 21 μm and the diameter was 1.5μm. The circurnfila, which are a unique type of sensilla found only on cecidomyiid antennae, formed loops around each of the antennal sub-segments, and were attached to the surface by a series of stalks. Sensilla St was only present on male antenna. The number of Ba and Tr was almost the same in both sexes. There were more Sensilla Ca on the male antenna than on the female, while there was more Ch on the female.展开更多
A novel local-dielectric-thickening technique i s presented for performance improvements of Si-based spiral inductors.This technique employs the processes of deposition,photolithography,and wet-etching,to locally thic...A novel local-dielectric-thickening technique i s presented for performance improvements of Si-based spiral inductors.This technique employs the processes of deposition,photolithography,and wet-etching,to locally thicken the oxide layer under the inductor,which can decrease the substrate loss and improve the inductor performance.Both the structures and processes are compact,economical,and compatible with CMOS processing.Several square spiral inductors with different inductances are fabricated,and the quality factors and the self-resonant frequencies both increase clearly with this proposed technique:for the 10nH,5nH,and 2nH inductors,the peak quality factors are effectively improved by 46.7%,49.7%,and 68.6%,respectively;however,the improvement percents of the self-resonant frequencies are more significant,which are 92.1%,91.0%,and no less than 68.1% respectively.展开更多

In practical engineering, it is difficult to ensure that the designed pre-stresses of cables have been exactly introduced into the structures in the site; so it is necessary to evaluate the influence of the variation of the pre-stresses on the structural behavior. In the present work, an orthogonal design method was employed to investigate the pre-stressed cables' sensitivity to the suspen-dome system. The investigation was concentrated on a Kiewitt suspen-dome. Parametric studies were carried out to study the sensitivity of the structure's static behavior, dynamic behavior, and buckling loads when the pre-stresses in the cables varied. The investigation indicated that suspen-dome structures are sensitive to the pre-stresses in all cables; and that the sensitivity depended on the location of the cables and the kind of structural behavior. Useful suggestions are given at the end of the paper.展开更多
Network structures and human behaviors are considered as two important factors in virus defense currently. However, due to ignorance of network security, normal users usually take simple activities, such as reinstalli...Network structures and human behaviors are considered as two important factors in virus defense currently. However, due to ignorance of network security, normal users usually take simple activities, such as reinstalling computer system, or using the computer recovery system to clear virus. How system recovery influences virus spreading is not taken into consideration currently. In this paper, a new virus propagation model considering the system recovery is proposed first, and then in its steady-state analysis, the virus propagation steady time and steady states are deduced. Experiment results show that models considering system recovery can effectively restrain virus propagation. Furthermore, algorithm with system recovery in BA scale-free network is proposed. Simulation result turns out that target immunization strategy with system recovery works better than traditional ones in BA network.展开更多
