目的 探讨数量化脑电图 (quantitativeelectroencephalogram ,q -EEG)能否用于小儿氯胺酮麻醉深度监测。方法  4~ 6岁小儿 5 4例 ,随机分为A(n =17) ,B(n =2 0 ) ,C(n =17) 3组 ,依次静脉注射氯胺酮 0 5 ,1,2mg/kg,比较用药后 2 0mi... 目的 探讨数量化脑电图 (quantitativeelectroencephalogram ,q -EEG)能否用于小儿氯胺酮麻醉深度监测。方法  4~ 6岁小儿 5 4例 ,随机分为A(n =17) ,B(n =2 0 ) ,C(n =17) 3组 ,依次静脉注射氯胺酮 0 5 ,1,2mg/kg,比较用药后 2 0min内 3组q -EEG中的各指标值有无差异。结果 氯胺酮先兴奋脑电波 ,加大剂量后抑制脑电活动。BIS ,SEF值 :A组上升并居高不下 ;B组先短暂上升再轻微下降 ;C组则明显下降 (P <0 0 5 )。组间比较A组 >B组 >C组 (P <0 0 5 )。δ波功率 :A ,B组下降 ,C组大于A ,B组 (P <0 0 5 )。θ波功率 :A ,B ,C 3组均增大 ,以C组为最明显(P <0 0 1)。α波功率 :3组均下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,组间比较无差异。β功率 :A组增大 ,C组下降 ;3组间A组 >B组 >C组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 数量化脑电参数中BIS的下降最为直观并与剂量相关 ,为监测氯胺酮麻醉深度的理想指标。 展开更多

钳形电表是三大电测仪表之一,使用广泛。由最早的指针式发展到数字式,现已发展到带微处理器的钳形电表,且逐步将万用电表的测量功能引入钳形电表,做到一表多用。例如PG14-1型钳形电表,基表上已能测量所有的常规电参数(电流、电压、电阻... 钳形电表是三大电测仪表之一,使用广泛。由最早的指针式发展到数字式,现已发展到带微处理器的钳形电表,且逐步将万用电表的测量功能引入钳形电表,做到一表多用。例如PG14-1型钳形电表,基表上已能测量所有的常规电参数(电流、电压、电阻、有功功率、无功功率、频率、相位角、功率因数等)。该文着重介绍了钳形电表的种类;该表的钳形电流互感器、电路控制转换和显示(指示)读数三大组成部分;选用时要考虑的被测载流导线的形状、粗细,量程宽度,所需测量的功能等因素。最后指出钳形电表的测量方法及使用注意点。 展开更多

In order to review storage performance of the electric double layer capacitor (EDLC) in microgrid applications, charging time and storage efficiency issues are mainly studied aiming at three different charging modes, including the constant voltage charging mode (CVCM), the constant current charging mode (CCCM) and the constant power charging mode (CPCM), based on the practical EDLC product. Numerical calculation methods are presented for different charging modes, and the charging efficiency is also reviewed with strict mathematical deductions, which is validated to be accurate enough and applicable through a simple case with the PV/EDLC system illustration. Finally, trade-off problems between charging time and energy loss are also studied. Research results show that the CPCM is more suitable for microgrid networks compared with the traditional constant-voltage and constant-current charging modes. The hybrid charging method is recommended to save energy and keep high efficiency relatively at the same time. However, how to manage the combination percentage of different charging modes in a reasonable way should be dealt with according to the practical requirements. 展开更多

Based on the location of bromine substituents and conjugation matrix, a new substituent po- sition index ~X not only was defined, but also molecular shape indexes Km and electronega- tivity distance vectors Mm of diphenylamine and 209 kinds of polybrominated diphenylamine (PBDPA) molecules were calculated. Then the quantitative structure-property relationships (QSPR) among the thermodynamic properties of 210 organic pollutants and 0X, K3, M29, M36 were founded by Leaps-and-Bounds regression. Using the four structural parameters as input neurons of the artificial neural network, three satisfactory QSPR models with network structures of 4:21:1, 4:24:1, and 4:24:1 respectively, were achieved by the back-propagation algorithm. The total correlation coefficients R were 0.9999, 0.9997, and 0.9995 respectively and the standard errors S were 1.036, 1.469, and 1.510 respectively. The relative mean deviation between the predicted value and the experimental value of Sθ, AfHe and △fGθ- were 0.11%, 0.34% and 0.24% respectively, which indicated that the QSPR models had good stability and superior predictive ability. The results showed that there were good nonlinear correlations between the thermodynamic properties of PBDPAs and the four structural pa- rameters. Thus, it was concluded that the ANN models established by the new substituent position index were fully applicable to predict properties of PBDPAs. 展开更多

In order to obtain related brain electrical components and neural bases of physiology assessment of icon elements in a digital human-computer interface the modified sample-delay matching task experimental paradigm is used under different time pressures 4 000 and 2 000 ms and different icon quantities three five and ten icons on icon memory based on event-related potential ERP technology.Experimental results demonstrate that P300 has significant volatility changes and the maximum amplitude around the middle line of the parietal area PZ and P200 has obvious volatility changes around the middle line of the frontal and central area FCZ during icon cognition.P300 and P200 amplitudes increase as tasks become more difficult.Thus P300 latency is positively correlated with task difficulty. ERP research on the characteristics of icon memory will be an important reference standard in guiding user neurocognitive behavior and physiology assessment on interface usability. 展开更多

Effect of Surface Potential Barrier on the Electron Energy Distribution of NEA Photocathodes

By calculating the energy distribution of electrons reaching the photocathode surface and solving the Schrodinger equation that describes the behavior of an electron tunneling through the surface potential barrier,we obtain an equation to calculate the emitted electron energy distribution of transmission-mode NEA GaAs photocathodes. Accord- ing to the equation,we study the effect of cathode surface potential barrier on the electron energy distribution and find a significant effect of the barrier-Ⅰ thickness or end height,especially the thickness,on the quantum efficiency of the cath- ode. Barrier Ⅱ has an effect on the electron energy spread, and an increase in the vacuum level will lead to a narrower electron energy spread while sacrificing a certain amount of cathode quantum efficiency. The equation is also used to fit the measured electron energy distribution curve of the transmission-mode cathode and the parameters of the surface barri- er are obtained from the fitting. The theoretical curve is in good agreement with the experimental curve. 展开更多

Using the Keldysh-Green function,we present a theoretical study on the electron transport properties of two coupled quantum dots under optical pumping. Plateaus in the I-V curve and resonant peaks in the transmission coefficient occur and can be explained by the local electron density of states in the quantum dots. The effects of the optical pumping frequency and intensity on the transport properties of the system are also discussed. The electron dynamical localization phenomenon occurs when the optical pumping frequency is equal to the discrete hole energy level. This result can be used to realize optical control switches. 展开更多

The expression of mutual impedance between two probes in a circular waveguide is derived by means of a vector potential function, reaction concept and reciprocity theorem. The waveguide is semi-infinite, and one end of the waveguide is terminated to a load with a reflection coefficient. The contribution to the mutual resistance is found to come from the dominant mode, while the contribution to the mutual reactance comes from the dominant mode and the higher order modes. The major contribution to the mutual reactance is from the dominant mode, since the higher modes decay rapidly with the increasing the probes’ of separation distance. However, as the separation distance approaches zero, the higher modes become dominant, which results in a large value of the mutual reactance. The mutual impedance is dependent on the location and height of the probes, their separation distance and the location of the terminal plane. 展开更多

AIM:To compare postoperative quality of life (QOL) in patients with gastric cancer treated by esophagogastrostomy reconstruction after proximal gastrectomy.METHODS: QOL assessments that included functional outcomes (a 24-item survey about treatment-specific symptoms) and health perception (Spitzer QOL Index) were performed in 149 patients with gastric cancer in the upper third of the stomach, who had received proximal gastrectomy with additional esophagogastrostomy.RESULTS: Fifty-four patients underwent reconstruction by esophagogastric anterior wall end-to-side anastomosis combined with pyloroplasty (EA group); 45 patients had reconstruction by esophagogastric posterior wall end-to-side anastomosis (EP group); and 50 patients had reconstruction by esophagogastric end-to-end anastomosis (EE group). The EA group showed the best postoperative QOL, such as recovery of body weight, less discomfort after meals, and less heart burn or belching at 6 and 24 mo postoperatively. However, the survival rates, surgical results and Spitzer QOL index were similar among the three groups.CONCLUSION: Postoperative QOL was better in the EA than EP or EE group. To improve QOL after proximal gastrectomy for upper third gastric cancer, the EA procedure using a stapler is safe and feasible for esophagogastrostomy. 展开更多

The dielectric constant of the lunar regolith can directly influence the reflection coefficient and the trans-mission coefficient of the Moon′s surface, and plays an important role in the Moon research. In order to study the di-electric properties of the lunar regolith, the lunar regolith simulant was made according to the making procedure of the CAS-1 simulant made by Chinese Academy of Sciences. Then the dielectric constants of the lunar regolith simulant were measured with 85070E Aiglent Microwave Network Analyzer in the frequency ranging from 0.2 GHz to 20.0 GHz and at temperature of 25.1℃, 17.7℃, 13.1℃, 11.5℃, 9.6℃, 8.0℃, 4.1℃, -0.3℃, -4.7℃, -9.5℃, -18.7℃, -27.7℃, and -32.6℃, respectively. The Odelevsky model was employed to remove the influence of water in the air on the final effective dielectric constants. The results indicate that frequency and temperature have apparent influences on the dielectric constants of the lunar regolith simulant. The real parts of the dielectric constants increase fast over the range of 0.2 GHz to 3.0 GHz, but decrease slowly over the range of 4.0 GHz to 20.0 GHz. The opposite phenomenon occurs in the imaginary parts. The influences of the frequency and temperature on the brightness temperature were also estimated based on the radiative transfer equation. The result shows that the variation of the frequency and temperature results in great changes of the microwave brightness temperature emitting from the lunar regolith. 展开更多
