电机械制动系统主轴振动轴心轨迹提纯

根据电机械制动系统原理和相似缩比理论搭建了制动系统实验台,针对系统主轴在运行过程中产生的振动干扰问题,采用轴心轨迹进行振动故障检测与分析。基于EEMD算法与相关能量运算理论,采用LABVIEW与MATLAB混合编程技术设计了电机械制动系... 根据电机械制动系统原理和相似缩比理论搭建了制动系统实验台,针对系统主轴在运行过程中产生的振动干扰问题,采用轴心轨迹进行振动故障检测与分析。基于EEMD算法与相关能量运算理论,采用LABVIEW与MATLAB混合编程技术设计了电机械制动系统振动轴心轨迹提纯程序。通过加入噪声的函数模拟不平衡故障实验,导入程序提纯重构信号能够绘制椭圆形轨迹,得到EEMD与相关能量理论能够对信号进行降噪提纯的结论。随后进行转子不平衡故障实验,激光位移传感器采集的X轴与Y轴信号通过程序进行降噪提纯后得到相关系数与能量系数均最高的重构信号,重构信号绘制的轴心轨迹清晰可见,同原始信号轴心轨迹对比可知,所设计的LABVIEW程序搭配激光位移传感器及采集卡能够有效检测所搭建的电机械制动系统主轴振动故障信息。 展开更多

By use of piezoelectric converse effect of ceramics, the electrical energy is transformed into mechanical energy. Its operating principle is quite different from that of the traditional motors. In this paper the equivalent circuits of the ring stator and even the whole motor are proposed after studying the equivalent circuit of piezoelectric vibrator. Then the paper makes detailed analyses of each part of the control system, which has been simplified by the equivalent circuit. The theory in this paper has been proved through experiments. 展开更多

A vehicle stopping method using an electric brake until a traction motor is stopped is studied. At the moment of vehicle stop, electric brake is changed to control mode where torque is reduced at a low speed. Gradient is controlled by estimating the load torque of motor, thereby traction motor is not rotated after stop. In addition, coasting operation and brake test are performed from normal-opposite operation and start using a small-scale model comprising the inertial load equipment and the power converter. Further, traction motor is made to be equipped with a suspension torque. Pure electric braking that makes traction motor stop by an air brake at the time of stop is also implemented. Constant torque range and constant power range are expanded during braking so that braking force is secured with the electric brakes even in high speed region. Therefore, vehicle reduction effect can be expected by reducing parts related with an air brake which is not used frequently by using a pure electric brake in the M car in wide speed region. Further, maintenance of brake system can be reduced. Besides, ride comfort of passenger in the electric rail car, energy efficiency improvement, and noise reduction effect can be additionally expected. Further, an improved brake method that uses only an electric brake till motor stop is proposed by comparing those in the blending brake that uses an air brake while reducing brake torque at vehicle stop. 展开更多

A three degree-of-freedom (DOF) ultrasonic motor (USM) with a cylinder-shaped stator and a spherical rotor is introduced, which uses one first order longitudinal and two second order bending nature vibration modes of the cylinder. Control strategies for the two DOF trajectory following are studied and applied to the prototype USM. Vibration amplitude control is employed for speed regulation. The first trajectory following strategy is a step-by-step interpolation. The second strategy is vector decomposition control. Three pulse width modulation (PWM) methods for the exciting voltage regulation are investigated. These methods are compared and verified by several experiments. The key is to keep the phase differences of the three vibration constants and small exciting voltage distortion while the exciting voltages are changed for simplifing the control process and obtaining good control performance. The vector control method has advantages of small trajectory following error, smooth moving and low noise. 展开更多

A brain-computer interface(BCI)-based electric wheelchair control system was developed, which enables the users to move the wheelchair forward or backward, and turn left or right without any pre-learning. This control system makes use of the amplitude enhancement of alpha-wave blocking in electroencephalogram(EEG) when eyes close for more than 1 s to constitute a BCI for the switch control of wheelchair movements. The system was formed by BCI control panel, data acquisition, signal processing unit and interface control circuit. Eight volunteers participated in the wheelchair control experiments according to the preset routes. The experimental results show that the mean success control rate of all the subjects was 81.3%, with the highest reaching 93.7%. When one subject's triggering time was 2.8 s, i.e., the flashing time of each cycle light was 2.8 s, the average information transfer rate was 8.10 bit/min, with the highest reaching 12.54 bit/min. 展开更多

The embedded system is used to provide a communication link between the graphical user interface and system hardware, to provide angle data processing for a dual axis accelerometer, to provide data processing for an electronic compass, and to provide pulse outputs for the step and direction inputs of three stepper motor drives. In this technique, neither extr... This paper presents a sliding mode observer for sensorless operation of SRM (switched reluctance motor) drive. Design of such an observer depends mainly on the nonlinear model of SRM. In this technique, neither extra hardware nor huge memory space are not required but it only requires active phase measurements. Furthermore, PI (proportional integral) and adaptive FLPI (fuzzy logic PI) controllers are suggested to operate individually along with the SMO (sliding mode observer) to cover a full speed range of sensorless controller. Both controller schemes operate in PWM (pulse width modulation) control mode. The proposed observer is implemented and tested using a digital signal processor. All results obtained with both simulation and experimental investigations corroborate the superior performance of the adaptive fuzzy logic controller (FLPI) when compared with those of PI controller. 展开更多
