All participants had to do without mobile phone, internet and TV for 15 days each. The main research objective was to examine the differences of indispensability levels and experiences during these non-usage phases. Mobile phones turned out to be most indispensable followed by Internet. Involvement of the medium into daily routine is an important part of short-term indispensability and will be dealt with in detail in this paper.展开更多

The optimal model of 2 000 N was designed to reduce the detent force by redesigning the air-gap structure and skewing. The design parameters, mover PMs and stator core, were selected for optimal design by DOE. The thrust and the detent force of the designed optimal models were compared by finite element analysis (FEA). As a result, the thrust of the optimal model is slightly decreased by 1.97% compared with the basic model, and the detent force of the optimal model is greatly decreased by 88.47% compared with the basic model.展开更多

Organic semiconductors(OSCs) are the key components of OFETs and basically determine the device performance. The past five years have witnessed great progress of OSCs. OSCs used for OFETs have made rapid progress, with field-effect mobility much larger than that of amorphous silicon(0.5?1.0 cm2/(V s)) and of up to 10 cm2/(V s) or even higher. In this review, we demonstrate the latest progress of OSCs for OFETs, where more than 50 representative OSCs are highlighted and analyzed to give some valuable insights for this important but challenging field.展开更多
