为了得到电除尘器结构对除尘效率的影响,基于Fluent进行数值计算,分析了除尘效率随不同电极线数、不同极板间距、不同极线间距和不同极线偏离距离的变化情况,得到,电极线越多,除尘效率越高,电压越高,电极线对效率的影响越明显;电极线间... 为了得到电除尘器结构对除尘效率的影响,基于Fluent进行数值计算,分析了除尘效率随不同电极线数、不同极板间距、不同极线间距和不同极线偏离距离的变化情况,得到,电极线越多,除尘效率越高,电压越高,电极线对效率的影响越明显;电极线间距存在一个最佳值,使得除尘效率最高;极板间距增大,使得颗粒沉降需要更长时间,不利于除尘;低速时(0.3 m/s),离子风有利于颗粒沉降,电极线的偏置使离子风的双螺旋变成单螺旋结构,更多的颗粒从线板距大的一侧流过,当电极线下移7.5 mm时,平均场强最大,除尘效率最高。 展开更多

The initial corrosion behavior of AZ63 magnesium alloy was investigated in 1,3,5 and 7 wt.%NaCl solutions by means of corrosion potential,linear polarization,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and polarization measurements,during exposure in the corrosion media.Results show that the increase in chloride concentration provokes an increase in the corrosion rate.Based on the obtained kinetics parameters the mechanisms of anodic dissolution and hydrogen evolution reactions were discussed,and kinetic models were proposed.It is concluded that anodic dissolution proceeds under Temkin conditions and hydrogen evolution reaction depends on the surface coverage of Mg(OH);species. 展开更多
