对某车型前稳定杆连接杆从手工拧紧改为用电枪拧紧时出现的球销台阶断裂问题进行了深入研究。发现在球销台阶安全系数较小时(约1.1),因电枪的高转速可能会使球销台阶受到一次性过载发生韧性断裂,降低电枪拧紧转速可解决断裂问题但不满... 对某车型前稳定杆连接杆从手工拧紧改为用电枪拧紧时出现的球销台阶断裂问题进行了深入研究。发现在球销台阶安全系数较小时(约1.1),因电枪的高转速可能会使球销台阶受到一次性过载发生韧性断裂,降低电枪拧紧转速可解决断裂问题但不满足生产节拍要求。而提高球销台阶安全系数到大于1.5,使球销台阶能承受约2倍于最大拧紧扭矩产生的载荷或以上,既可解决断裂问题同时满足生产节拍要求,将此作为今后新零件开发的设计准则,可提高零件设计的质量及缩短开发周期。 展开更多

Recent research progresses in Multi-Beam Klystron (MBK) in IECAS are briefly introduced in the letter. The S-band MBKs of IECAS have peak power of 120-250 kW, average power of 4-9 kW, efficiency of 35-45%, gain of 41-46 dB, beam voltage of 15-19 kV, and weight of 40-45 kg. Some key technical problems of MBK are also described and discussed. Among them,improving the design of MBK to obtain the required bandwidth, raising beam transmission to increase average power, eliminating oscillation and spray spectrum, overcoming window breakdown caused by magic mode, reducing breakdown times of electrongun, are most important things for the practical MBK. Mathematical Model Prediction of Heat Losses from a Pilot Sirosmelt Furnace

A mathematical model was developed for simulating heat transfer through the sidewall, bottom and top of a pilot scale TSL (Top-Submerged-Lance) Sirosmelt furnace. With a feed rate of about 50 kg/h, the furnace has been used for investigating the technical feasibility of a variety of pyrometallurgical processes for smelting nonferrous and ferrous metals and for high temperature processing of solid wastes including electronic scraps, etc. The model was based on numerical solution of energy transport equations governing heat conduction in multi-layered linings in the sidewall, bottom and top lid of the furnace as well as convection and radiation of heat from the furnace outer surfaces to the ambient. Imperfect contacts between two neighboring solid lining layers due to air gap formation were considered. Temperature profiles were determined across the furnace bottom, top lid and three sections of the furnace sidewall, from which the heat loss rates through the corresponding parts of the furnace were calculated. The modelling results indicate that approximately 88% of heat is lost from the furnace sidewall, 7-8% from the bottom and 4-5% from the top lid. With increasing melt bath temperature, the proportion of total heat loss from the bottom decreases whereas that from the top lid increases and that from the sidewall is little changed. For a bath temperature of 1,300℃, total absolute heat loss rate from the furnace was found to be close to 12 kW. 展开更多

The applicability of a gold nanoparticle-modified glassy carbon sensor (AuNPs-GCS) for the determination of inorganic mercury in fresh and canned tuna fish by square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SW-ASV) is demonstrated. Mercury content in sample Tuna Fish ISPRA T22 was determined to value the accuracy of the determination. The concentration in this sample is not certified, so, the Hg amount was determined also with atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS): the results obtained with ASV were in good agreement and confirmed literature value reported for this sample. Then, real samples of tuna fish were analyzed. The voltammetric analyses were performed using previously optimized conditions (deposition potential 0 V, step potential 0.004 V, frequency 150 Hz and amplitude 0.003 V). Medium exchange technique permitted to eliminate possible matrix effects. The concentrations in the real samples were found to be in agreement with the common Hg levels reported in literature for commercialized tuna fish in different countries. 展开更多
