光动力联合电离子激光治疗尖锐湿疣的效果观察 被引量:4

目的 观察光动力疗法联合电离子激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法 选择2014年6月至2015年6月我院收治的CA患者,78例为研究对象。联合治疗组:ALA-PDT联合电离子;电离子治疗组:电离子治疗,每周1次,共3~4次。治疗结束员周后评价疗效并... 目的 观察光动力疗法联合电离子激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法 选择2014年6月至2015年6月我院收治的CA患者,78例为研究对象。联合治疗组:ALA-PDT联合电离子;电离子治疗组:电离子治疗,每周1次,共3~4次。治疗结束员周后评价疗效并记录患者的不良反应发生情况。随访3个月,评价复发情况。结果 经过3~4次治疗,联合治疗组的痊愈率和总有效率分别为79.49%、97.43%,均显著高于电离子治疗组51.28%、76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);3个月后随访发现,联合治疗组患者的复发率和复发后疣体的数量均显著低于电离子治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组患者均未发生全身不良反应和严重并发症。结论 光动力联合电离子治疗不仅能显著提高尖锐湿疣的治愈率,而且降低了复发率,同时不良反应小,并发症少。 展开更多

SELDI-TOF-MS技术在HD患儿血清蛋白质标记物检测中的应用

目的从先天性巨结肠(HD)患儿血清蛋白质中筛选特异的蛋白质标记物,构建诊断HD的血清蛋白质指纹图谱模型。方法采用表面增强激光解吸电离—飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术检测132例份血清标本(来自HD术前患儿64例份,术后40例份,术后复发... 目的从先天性巨结肠(HD)患儿血清蛋白质中筛选特异的蛋白质标记物,构建诊断HD的血清蛋白质指纹图谱模型。方法采用表面增强激光解吸电离—飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术检测132例份血清标本(来自HD术前患儿64例份,术后40例份,术后复发5例份,对照组23例份)的蛋白质质谱,用支持向量机分析数据。结果筛选出质荷比(m/z)为3221.7、5639.2、6884.2的三个蛋白质标记物,其在HD术前组低表达(分别为2.96±1.17、15.57±8.87、4.09±1.78),在对照组高表达(分别为4.95±0.99、30.31±6.18、8.31±3.07),两组相比,P均<0.01;在HD术后组高表达(分别为3.76±2.15、27.98±7.22、9.06±2.14),与术前组相比,P均<0.01,与对照组相比,P均>0.05;5例术后复发者三种蛋白质标记物表达强度(分别为3.18±0.951、3.86±10.69、3.95±1.83),与术前组相比,P均>0.05。结论采用SELDI-TOF-MS结合支持向量机构建的血清蛋白质指纹图谱模型可用于HD的诊断及判断其是否完全根治。 展开更多

Based on spin-unrestricted hartree fock theory, we present the spin unrestricted multi- configuration time dependent hartree lock theory (UMCTDHF) to describe the electron correlation dynamics of systems interacting with laser field. The positive spin orbitals and the negative spin orbitals are propagated in their own subspace respectively. The spin orbital in the spin-down subspace acts with that in the spin-up subspace by the reduced density matrix and mean field operator. The ground energy is acquired by propagating the trial wave function in the imaginary time by using spin-restricted MCTDHF (RMCTDHF) and UMCTDHF respectively. Then the ionization probabilities and the electrons energies are calculated by using RMCTDHF and UMCTDHF when the laser field is present. The ionization probability calculated with UMCTDHF agrees with the previous theoretical reports very well. The UMCTDHF method is accurate and applicable for open shell system beyond the capability of the RMCTDHF method. 展开更多

We couple a laser-ablated metal target into a molecular beam to produce free atoms. Ions produced from photoionization of the neutral atoms are monitored by a home-built time-of-flight mass spectrometer. Photoionization cross sections of the excited states of Ti I were deduced from the dependence of the ion signal intensity on the laser intensity for photon energies close to the ionization threshold. The values obtained range from 0.2 Mb to 6.0 Mb. No significant isotope-dependence was found from measurements of the photoionization cross sections of ^46Ti, ^47Ti, and ^48Ti. 展开更多

Ionization is the fundamental process in interaction of atoms/molecules with femtosecond strong laser fields. Comparing to atoms, molecules exhibit peculiar behaviors in strong-field ionization because of their diverse geometric structures, molecular electronic orbitals as well as extra nuclear degrees of freedom. In this study, we investigate strong field single and double ionization of carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) in linearly polarized 50-fs, 800-nm laser fields with peak intensity in the range of 2×10 13 W/cm2 to 2×10 14 W/cm2 using time-of-flight mass spectrometer. By comparing the ionization yields with that of the companion atom krypton (Kr), which has similar ionization potential to the molecules, we investigate the effect of molecular electronic orbitals on the strong-field ionization. The results show that comparing to Kr, no significant suppression is observed in single ionization of both molecules and in non-sequential double ionization (NSDI) of CO, while the NSDI probability of CO2 is strongly suppressed. Based on our results and previous studies on homonuclear diatomic molecules (N2 and O2), the mechanism of different suppression effect is discussed. It is indicated that the different structure of the highest occupied molecular orbitals of CO and CO2 leads to distinct behaviors in two-center interference by the electronic wave-packet and angular distributions of the ionized electrons, resulting in different suppression effect in strong-field ionization. 展开更多

We have conducted a two-color visible-ultraviolet (VIS-UV) resonance-enhanced laser pho- toionization and pulsed field ionization-photoelectron (PFI-PE) study of gaseous vana- dium mononitride (VN) in the total energy range of 56900-59020 cm-1. The VN molecules were selectively excited to single rotational levels of the intermediate VN(D3H0, v'=0) state by using a VIS dye laser prior to photoionization by employing a UV laser. This two-color scheme allows the measurements of rovibronically selected and re- solved PFI-PE spectra for the VN+(X2A; v+=0, 1, and 2) ion vibrational bands. By simulating the rotationally resolved PFI-PE spectra, J+=3/2 is determined to be the lowest rotational level of the ground electronic state, indicating that the symmetry of the ground VN+ electronic state is 2A3/2. The analysis of the PFI-PE spectra for VN+ also yields accurate values for the adiabatic ionization energy for the formation of VN+(X2A3/2), IE(VN)=56909.5+0.8 cm-1 (7.05588±0.00010 eV), the vibrational fre- quency wc+=1068.0±0.8 cm-1, the anharmonicity constant wc+Xe+=5.8±0.8 cm-1, the rotational constants Be+=0.6563±0.0005 cm-1 and ae+=0.0069±0.0004 cm-1, and the equi-librium bond length, re+=1.529A, for VN+(X2A3/2); along with the rotational constants Bc+=0.6578i0.0028 cm-1 and a+=0.0085±0.0028 cm-1, and the equilibrium bond length re+=1.527A for VN+(X2As/2), and the spin-orbit coupling constant A=153.3±0.8 cm-1 for VN+(X2/k5/2,3/2). The highly precise energetic and spectroscopic data obtained in the present study are valuable for benchmarking the predictions based on state-of-the-art ab initio quantum calculations. 展开更多

Self-assembly of α-6T Molecule on Ag(100) and Related STM Induced Luminescence

We have investigated the self-assembly and light emission properties of organic α- sexithiophene (α-6T) molecules on Ag(100) under different coverage by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). At very low coverage, the α-6T molecules form a unique enantiomer by grouping four molecules into a windmill supermolecular structure. As the coverage is increased,α-6T molecules tend to pack side by side into a denser stripe structure. Further increase of the coverage will lead to the layer-by-layer growth of molecules on Ag(100) with the lower-layer stripe pattern serving as a template. Molecular fluorescence for α-6T molecules on Ag(100) at a coverage of five monolayers has been detected by light excitations, which indicates a well decoupled electronic states for the top-layer α-6T molecules. However, the STM induced luminescent spectra for the same sample reveal only plasmonic-like emission. The absence of intramolecular fluorescence in this case suggests that the electronic decoupling is not a sufficient condition for generating photon emission from molecules. For intramolecular fluorescence to occur, the orientation of the dynamic dipole moment of molecules and the energy-level alignment at the molecule-metal interface are also important so that molecules can be effectively excited through efficient dipolar coupling with local plasmons and by injecting holes into the molecules. 展开更多

It shows that in extra stationary laser-plasma,the uncaptured electrons make the Δω of the scattering frequency of the multi-photon Compton fall down with the increases of the incident radiation electron speed,the materials of the incident collision of electron and photon, and the number of the photons which work with the electrons at the same time. Under the modulation of the uncaptured electrons to the laser field, the energy conversion efficiency between electrons and photons will fall down with the increase of the electron incident radiation speed, using the low-power electrons for incident source, the loss can be efficiently reduced. 展开更多

Depending on species of the collected signals, different methods can be performed: time-resolved ion yield spectroscopy (TR-IYS) and time-resolved photoelectron imaging (TR-PEI). In this review, the essential concepts linking photoionization measurement with electronic structure are presented, together with several important breakthroughs in experimentally distinguishing the oscillating wavepacket motion between different geometries. We illustrate how femtosecond TR-IYS and TR-PEI are employed to visualize the evolution of a coherent vibrational wavepacket on the excited state surface. 展开更多

We have developed a compact photoelectron imaging facility, including an anion source with dissociative photoelectron attachment to molecules, a linear time-of-flight mass spec-trometry (TOFMS), and an orthogonal high-resolution threshold photoelectron velocity map imaging spectrometer (VMI). Intense and cold cluster anions were prepared in photoelectron- attachment processes upon pulsed UV laser ablation of metal target. Combining this anion source with TOFMS-VMI, the achieved mass resolution is about 200, and the electron ki- netic energy resolution is better than 3%, i.e., 30 meV for 1 eV electrons. More importantly, low-energy photoelectron imaging spectra for CH3S- and S2- at 611.46 nm are obtained. In both cases, the refined electron affinities are determined to be 1.86264-0.0020 eV for CH3S and 1.67444-0.0035 eV for S2, respectively. Preliminary results suggest that the apparatus is a powerful tool for estimating precise electron affinities values from threshold photoelectron imaging spectroscopy. 展开更多

The clotting protein(CP) plays important and diverse roles in crustaceans,such as coagulation and lipid transportation.A clotting protein was purified from the hemolymph of Chinese shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis(named as Fc-CP) with Q sepharose HP anion-exchange chromatography and phenyl sepharose HP hydrophobic interaction chromatography.Fc-CP was able to form stable clots in vitro in the presence of hemocyte lysate and Ca2+,suggesting that the clotting reaction is catalyzed by a Ca2+-dependent transglutaminase in shrimp hemocytes.The molecular mass of Fc-CP was 380 kDa under non-reducing conditions and 190 kDa under reducing conditions as was determined with SDS-PAGE.CP exists as disulfide-linked homodimers and oligomers.The N-terminal amino acid sequence of Fc-CP was identical to that of shrimps including Penaeus monodon,Farfantepenaeus paulensis and Litopenaeus vannamei;and similar to that of other decapods.The purified Fc-CP was digested with trypsin and verified on an ABI 4700 matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization tandem time-of-flight(MALDI-TOF/TOF) mass spectrometry.Our results will aid to better understanding the coagulation mechanism of shrimp hemolymph. 展开更多

To characterize the magma that gave rise to explosive eruptions of Merapi volcano in October-November 2010, melt inclusions and juvenile components fiom the eruption deposits have been analyzed. Major-element compositions of whole-rocks were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence and trace elements, including the Rare Earth Elements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Melt inclusions and the host minerals were analyzed using energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and CO2 and H20 in melt inclusions, and their associated bubbles, were analyzed using laser Raman spectrometry. The compositions of the whole-rock eruption products are basaltic and esite that slightly sifting of SiO2 and K20 composition to previous eruption products, whereas the melt inclusions in pyroxene, plagioclase and hornblende are dacite to rhyolite, likely trapped mainly during late stages of crystallization of the magma. The most high volatile content in the melt inclusion are CO2 and H2O which appear strong Raman peaks for CO2 in the gas bubbles indicate abundances on high levels of CO2. Interpretation of result from a long-term flux of CO2 into the reservoir, either derived from more mafic magmas at depth or from reaction of magma in the reservoir with limestone and it may indicate that volcanic outgassing rates far exceed the amounts that can be supplied magmas. 展开更多

目的探索电针对胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃黏膜细胞损伤修复的作用机制。方法将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、针刺治疗组,每组10只,应用乙醇灌胃法造成胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,用电针对胃黏膜损伤大鼠治疗10天,采用链霉蛋白酶消化法分离胃黏膜细胞,... 目的探索电针对胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃黏膜细胞损伤修复的作用机制。方法将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、针刺治疗组,每组10只,应用乙醇灌胃法造成胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,用电针对胃黏膜损伤大鼠治疗10天,采用链霉蛋白酶消化法分离胃黏膜细胞,用表面加强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱技术(SELDI-TOF-MS)及WCX2蛋白芯片获得各组大鼠胃黏膜细胞的蛋白质指纹图谱,对比分析各组的差异蛋白质质/荷比峰。结果模型组大鼠胃黏膜细胞蛋白质SELDI-TOF-MS蛋白指纹图谱与正常组比较有4个蛋白质质/荷比峰差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中两个蛋白质质/荷比峰明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),两个蛋白质质/荷比峰明显降低(P<0.05);针刺治疗组与正常组比较共有4个蛋白质质/荷比峰差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中1个蛋白质质/荷比峰明显升高(P<0.05),3个蛋白质质/荷比峰明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);针刺治疗组与正常组比较亦有4个蛋白质质/荷比峰差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且4个蛋白质质/荷比均为降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论电针对胃黏膜损伤的修复可能不是单纯针地对某一个或两个蛋白的调节发挥治疗作用的,而可能是多个蛋白质参与的复杂的链环反应。 展开更多

We have theoretically investigated the effect of the dielectric core and the dielectric embedding medium separately on the transmission spectra and plasmonic properties of coupled metallic nanotube arrays.It is found that the plasmonic properties of the nanotube arrays are strongly influenced by the presence of the dielectric which induces additional screening charges.We show that instead of one single photonic bandgap for the hollow nanotube arrays placed in air,an additional photonic bandgap arises from the presence of dielectric media in the transmission spectra.Based on the localized nature of the electric field distributions,we also clearly show the presence of the local plasmonic resonant modes that originate from multipolar plasmon polaritons in the cross section of these nanotube arrays,and that a large amount of opposing surface charges are built up in the gap between adjacent nanotubes. 展开更多

The exciton dissociation at ITO/pentacene interface is studied by means of transient photovoltage measurement.Opposite to ITO/NPB,ITO/CuPc or ITO/C60 interface where polarity change of transient photovoltage is observed,no interfacial dissociation is found at room temperature,which indicates a lack of Frenkel excitons in pentacene.Temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) is investigated.More like the behavior of inorganic semiconductors,the integrated PL intensity exhibits monotonic decrease with increasing temperature.A nonradiative path with characteristic activation energy of 8 meV is found to dominate at room temperature.The PL measurement also indicates that like in inorganic semiconductors,other types of excitation,for example,free carriers,could be responsible for the photoelectric processes. 展开更多
