电离子脉冲切除联合α-2b干扰素治疗女性尖锐湿疣71例 被引量:3

目的观察电离子脉冲切割联合干扰素治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法选择2014年3月至2015年1月医院妇科门诊收治的尖锐湿疣患者142例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各71例。治疗组患者给予电离子脉冲切除疣体,肌肉注射干扰素α-2b 300万U,每... 目的观察电离子脉冲切割联合干扰素治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法选择2014年3月至2015年1月医院妇科门诊收治的尖锐湿疣患者142例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各71例。治疗组患者给予电离子脉冲切除疣体,肌肉注射干扰素α-2b 300万U,每日1次,疗程为15 d;同时,患处涂抹干扰素α-2b凝胶,每日3次,连用8 d。对照组患者不给予肌肉注射干扰素,其余治疗方案同治疗组,随访3个月。结果治疗组和对照组临床总有效率分别为77.46%和59.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.498,P=0.019);不良反应发生率分别为5.63%和2.82%,差异无统计学差异(Fisher,P=0.681);平均病程分别为(17.6±10.8)d和(23.8±11.4)d,差异有统计学意义(U=3.327,P=0.001);治疗组中巨大型尖锐湿疣患者临床总有效率为56.67%,普通型为92.68%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.873,P〈0.01)。结论对于普通型尖锐湿疣患者,在局部涂抹干扰素联合电离子脉冲治疗尖锐湿疣的基础上再给予干扰素肌肉注射,可显著缩短病程,提高临床总有效率,且未明显增加不良反应,但此疗法对于巨大型尖锐湿疣的治疗则无显著影响。 展开更多

We present photoelectron angular distribution of the aligned molecular ion H2^+ by intense ultrashort attosecond extreme ultraviolet laser pulses from numerical solutions of timedependent Schrodinger equations. Photoionization from a superposition state of the ground 1sσg and the excited 2pσu states with pulses at photon energies above the ionization potential, hω〉Ip, and intensity 10^14 W/cm^2, yields pulse duration dependent asymmetry of photoelectron angular distributions. We attribute the asymmetry to the periodical oscillation of the coherent electron wave packets, resulting from the interference of the two electronic states. For the processes with long pulse durations, such duration dependence is absent and symmetric angular distributions are obtained. 展开更多

A plasma of ne = 0.8 × 10^19 m^-3 and T10 = 2.0 keV was sustained with PICH = 0.52 MW, PECH = 0.1 MW and averaged PNBI = 0.067 MW. Total injected heating energy was 1.3 G J, which was a quarter of the prepared RF heating energy. Fulvic acid discharge plasma can remove and produce no production of solution was treated by high voltage pulse discharge plasma in this paper. It was shown that: for the reason of thermolysis and oxidation, the pH and Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) of solution decreased gradually with the increase of peak voltage and fulvic acid solution concentration, meanwhile the temperature and turbidity of solution increased gradually. Adding hydrochlorid acid in the treatment could amplify the effect of plasma. When the concentration of NOM as the surrogate parameter, Ultraviolet Absorbancy Degree (UV254) increased slowly by the effect of plasma, while the degradation of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) was first-order reaction. The removal rate of TOC increased from 22.6% to 33.4% by high voltage pulse electrical field of 35 kv, and from 25.6% to 36.7% with the addition of hydrochlorid acid. This paper may provide some basis for the scale-up design of water treatment process by high voltage pulse discharge plasma with other technologies. 展开更多

The effects of gravitomagnetic force on plasma oscillations are investigated using the kinetic theory of homogeneous electrically neutral plasma in the absence of external electric or magnetic field. The random phase assumption is employed neglecting the thermal motion of the electrons with respect to a fixed ion background. It is found that the gravitomagnetic force reduces the characteristic frequency of the plasma thus enhancing the refractive index of the medium. The estimates for the predicted effects are given for a typical white dwarf, pulsar, and neutron star. 展开更多

Although casting is commonly used to process aluminum alloys, powder metallurgy remains a promising technique to develop aluminum based materials for structural and functional applications. The possibility to synthesize Al-Mg-Zr alloys through mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering techniques was explored. Al-10Mg-5Zr and Al-5Mg-1Zr alloyed powders were synthesized through wet ball milling the appropriate amount of elemental powders. The dried milled powders were spark plasma sintered through passing constant pulsed electric current with fixed pulse duration at a pressure of 35 MPa. The samples were vacuum sintered at 450, 500, 550, 600 and 620 ℃ for 10, 15 and 20 min. The Al-10Mg-5Zr alloy displays poor densification at lower sintering temperatures of 450, 500, 550 and 600 ℃. Its sinterability is improved at a temperature of 620 ℃ whereas sintering temperatures higher than 620 ℃ leads to partial melting of the alloy. It is possible to sinter the Al-5Mg-1Zr alloy at 450, 500 and 550 ℃. The increase of sintering temperature improves its densification and increases its hardness. The Al-5Mg-IZr alloy displays better densification and hardness compared to Al-10Mg-5Zr alloys. 展开更多

The high-temperature oxidation resistance behavior of 7% (mass fraction) Y203-ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) irradiated by high-intensity pulsed ion beam (HIPIB) was investigated under the cyclic oxidation condition of 1 050 ℃ and 1 h. The columnar grains in the TBCs disappear after the HIPIB irradiation at ion current densities of 100-200 A/cm^2 and the irradiated surface becomes smooth and densified after remelting and ablation due to the HIPIB irradiation. The thermally grown oxide (TGO) layer thickness of the irradiated TBCs is smaller than that of the original TBCs. After 15 cycles, the mass gains of the original TBCs and those irradiated by ion current densities of 100 and 200 A/cm^2 due to the oxidation are found to be 0.8-0.9, 0.6-0.7, and 0.3-0.4 mg/cm^2, respectively. The inward diffusion of oxygen through the irradiated TBCs is significantly impeded by the densified top layer formed due to irradiation, which is the main reason for the improved overall oxidation resistance of the irradiated TBCs. 展开更多

The oxidation of Hg^0 by Pulse Corona Induced Plasma Chemical Process (PPCP) was investigated through changing discharge voltage, pulse frequency and gas compositions. Experimental results indicate that active radicals including O, O3 and OH can contribute to the oxidation of elemental mercury. 10 kV is the onset voltage, and the higher voltage the better removal efficiency. While with the increase of pulse frequency, the Hg^0 concentration falls rapidly at first but then rises rapidly. The best oxidation condition is at 12 kV and 600-800 PPS. Adding O2 can significantly promote oxidation. With NO and SO2 existed, there is an inhibition of mercury oxidation, and NO has a greater influence. Addition of HCl can promote oxidation slightly but affect the initial concentration of mercury significantly. Little moisture content can promote oxidation, while too much H2O can not only resist the oxidation, but also affect the initial concentration of mercury. The mercury oxidation rate can increase to 97.95% at 12 kV/800 PPS with the system of 10% 02/3% H2O/50 ppm HCI. However, mercury oxidation efficiency can reduce down to 20% with 100 ppm NO added. 展开更多
