扁平疣是皮肤科的常见病、难治病。特点是皮肤骤然出现米粒至绿豆大小的扁平隆起丘疹,表面光滑、质硬,呈淡褐色或正常肤色,形状表现为多形性,数目较多,多数密集,有的因搔抓可在抓痕处发生新的损害,形成一串同样皮疹。部位一般好... 扁平疣是皮肤科的常见病、难治病。特点是皮肤骤然出现米粒至绿豆大小的扁平隆起丘疹,表面光滑、质硬,呈淡褐色或正常肤色,形状表现为多形性,数目较多,多数密集,有的因搔抓可在抓痕处发生新的损害,形成一串同样皮疹。部位一般好发于颜面、手背及前臂等处,大多无自觉症状,偶有微痒,病程呈慢性。在临床治疗中,单采用内治或外治的方法治疗,效果均不太好。笔者自2011年1月至2012年5月对28例扁平疣患者采用高频电离子针治疗结合内服外抹的方法治疗本病,效果明显。现报告如下。 展开更多

The method of potassium dichromate is used as a national standard for determination of COD in China. Chloride is the most common interference in COD determination process. In order to solve the problem, this paper analyzes the effect of chlorine ion on the determination ofCOD in principle. And then a kind of measurement system is designed based on the structure of nanometer glass probe, which achieves rapid measurement of the concentration of chloride ions within a larger range and provides a new technical solution for improving the accuracy of the COD measurement. Alter theoretical studies and experimental verification on the distractions in the process of ion current detection, the effects of probe diameter and bias voltage on the system measuring range and sensitivity are discussed. 展开更多

Objective: To study the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) and Verapamil and Nifedipine (calcium channel inhibitors) on free calcium concentrations of cells and intrasynaptosomes in hypothalamus (HT), periaqueductual grey matter (PAG) and hippocampus (HIP) of mice. Methods: The female ICR mice were randomly divided into control, EA, CaCl2 and CaCl2+EA groups (n=8 in each group). Pain threshold was detected by using radiation-heat irradiation-induced tail flick method. EA (8 Hz, a suitable stimulating strength, dense-sparse waves and duration of 30 min) was applied to“Shuigou” (水沟 GV 26) and “Chengjiang” (承浆CV 24). CaCl2 (10 μL, 0.2 μmol/L) was injected into the lateral cerebral ventricle of mice after EA. The concentrations of cytosolic free calcium ([Ca 2+]i) in HIP, PAG, HT cell suspension specimen and hippocampal intrasynaptosome suspension of mice were determined by the fluorescent calcium indicator Fura-2-AM and a spectrofluorometer. Results: During EA analgesia, the intracellular free [Ca 2+]i in HT and PAG specimens and intrsynaptosomal [Ca 2+]i of the 3 cerebral regions decreased considerably (P<0.05~0.01), but that in hippocampal cell suspension increased significantly (P<0.01) in comparison with control group. The concentrations of hippocampal intrasynaptosomal free [Ca 2+]i decreased significantly after adding Verapamil and Nifedipine to the extracted hippocampal intrasynaptosomal specimen. Microinjection of CaCl2 into lateral ventricle had no apparent influence on degree of analgesia (DA)% and intracellular and intrasynapsotomal [Ca 2+]i, but significantly lower DA% and reduce changes of cytosolic and intrasynaptosomal [Ca 2+]i induced by EA stimulation. Conclusion: Calcium ion in the neurons and intrasynaptosome of HT, PAG and HIP is involved in electroacupuncture analgesia. 展开更多

Anisotropic Emission from Magnetized Quark-gluon Plasma

this work,the polarization effects of a strongly magnetized quark-gluon plasma are studied at finite temperature.It is found that a background magnetic field can have a strong effect on the photon and dilepton emissio... this work,the polarization effects of a strongly magnetized quark-gluon plasma are studied at finite temperature.It is found that a background magnetic field can have a strong effect on the photon and dilepton emission rates.It affects not only the total rate but also the angular dependence.In particular,the Landau-level quantization leads to a nontrivial momentum dependence of the photon/dilepton anisotropic flow coefficient on transverse momentum.In the case of photon emission,nonzero coefficients v_(n)(with even n)have opposite signs at small and large values of the transverse momentum.Additionally,the v_(n) signs alternate with increasing vn,and their approximate values decrease as 1/n^(2) in magnitude.The anisotropy of dilepton emission is well-pronounced only at large transverse momenta and small invariant masses.The corresponding Un coefficients are of the same magnitude and show a similar sign-alternative pattern with increasing n as in the photon emission.It is proposed that the anisotropy of the photon and dilepton emission may serve as indirect measurements of the magnetic field. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the mechanisms of electroacupuncture(EA)at Zusanli(ST 36),Liangmen(ST 21)and Sanyinjiao(SP 6)in intervening diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)based on calcium-activated chloride channel.Methods:Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups,including a normal control group(group A),a model group(group B),an EA group(group C)and a metoclopramide group(group D),with 10 rats in each group.A single intraperitoneal injection of 2%streptozotocin(STZ)combined with 8-week high-glucose high-fat diet was used to establish a DGP rat model.After intervention,gastrointestinal propulsive rate was observed;the expression level of transmembrane protein 16A(TMEM16A)was examined by immunohistochemistry;the Ca2+concentration in interstitial cells of Cajal(ICCs)was detected by immunofluorescence;and whole-cell patch-clamp technique was applied to detect the current intensity of calcium-activated chloride channel(ICaCC)in ICCs in gastric antrum.Results:After modeling,the blood glucose levels in group B,group C and group D were significantly increased compared with group A(all P<0.01);after intervention,compared with group B,the blood glucose levels in group C and group D were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01);the intra-group comparison of blood glucose level between after modeling and after intervention found significant difference only in group C(P<0.01).The gastrointestinal propulsive rates in group B,group C and group D were significantly different from that in group A(P<0.01 or P<0.05);the gastrointestinal propulsive rates were markedly higher in group C and group D than in group B(P<0.01,P<0.01).The expressions of TMEM16A in group B and group C were decreased compared with group A(P<0.01,P<0.05);the expressions of TMEM16A in group C and group D were increased compared with group B(P<0.01,P<0.05).The fluorescence intensity of Ca2+was significantly lower in group B than in group A(P<0.01);the fluorescence intensity of Ca2+was significantly higher in group C and group D than in group B(P<0.01,P<0.05).ICaCC in ICCs in group B was significantly decreased compared with group A;ICaCC in group C and group D were increased compared with group B.Conclusion:EA at Zusanli(ST 36),Liangmen(ST 21)and Sanyinjiao(SP 6)can significantly improve gastrointestinal motility in DGP rats by up-regulating the ICaCC in ICCs. 展开更多

The electrode/electrolyte interface plays a cri- tical role in the performance of a Li-ion battery. In view of the dynamic and complex nature of the interface, in situ research approaches can provide valuable information of interfacial phenomena during battery operation. In situ scanning probe microscopy (SPM) is a powerful technique used for the interfacial investigation of the Li-ion batteries. The versatile SPM techniques and their various operation modes have been utilized to measure the morphology and other properties of the electrode interface at high resolu- tion. Herein, we discuss the related SPM techniques to study the topography, mechanics and electrochemistry re- search of electrodes. Recent progresses of in situ SPM research on the electrode/electrolyte interface are summa- rized. Finally, the outlook of the technique is discussed. 展开更多
