以大规模配电网的电能相量测量为研究对象,采用全球定位系统(GPS)接收器开发了一种适合于同步信号源的电量连续监测技术。与专业的相量测量装置不同,所提出的测量方法仅需使用通用型数据采集卡(DAQ)和处理软件即可实现对电能相量的测量... 以大规模配电网的电能相量测量为研究对象,采用全球定位系统(GPS)接收器开发了一种适合于同步信号源的电量连续监测技术。与专业的相量测量装置不同,所提出的测量方法仅需使用通用型数据采集卡(DAQ)和处理软件即可实现对电能相量的测量,利用高精度GPS接收器实现不同远程装置之间的数据同步,结合长度固定窗口和长度可调窗口2种测量方式对同步相量的绝对相位进行评估。通过对模拟信号和实际信号的测试分析,结果表明,DAQ可以达到与专业硬件相同的同步精度数量级,且所提出的2种测量方式的精度均满足配电网系统状态估计、控制和继电保护的要求。 展开更多

Comparative Investigation of Mo(CO)6 Adsorption on Clean and OxidiZed Si(111) Surfaces

Mo(CO)6 adsorption on the clean, oxygen-precovered and deeply oxidized Si(lll) surfaces was comparatively investigated by high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy. The downward vibrational frequency shift of the C-O stretching mode in adsorbed Mo(CO)6 illustrates that different interactions of adsorbed Mo(CO)6 occur on clean Si(111) and SiO2/Si(111) surfaces, weak on the former and strong on the latter. The strong interaction on SiO2/Si(111) might lead to the partial dissociation of Mo(CO)6, consequently the formation of molybdenum subcarbonyls. Therefore, employing Mo(CO)6 as the precursor, metallic molybdenum could be successfully deposited on the SiO2/Si(111) surface but not on the clean Si(111) surface. A portion of the deposited metallic molybdenum is transformed into the MoOa on the SiO2/Si(111) surface upon heating, and the evolved MoO3 finally desorbs from the substrate upon annealing at elevated temperatures. 展开更多

The strong collecting performance of N-laurel-1,3-diaminopropane(ND13) with respect to quartz encouraged us to study its separation of hematite and quartz mixtures in a laboratory cell flotation test The results show that the best separation results can be achieved when the pulp pH is 7.27 and 58.3 mg/L collector plus 6.67 mg/L depressant are added to the mixture.Products with 58.45%,62.78%and 63.72% iron grades can be achieved respectively when mass ratio of hematite to quartz is 2:3,1:1,and 3:2.The adsorption mechanism of ND13 on a quartz surface was investigated by zeta-potential and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements.The results reveal that electrostatic and hydrogen bonding adsorption take place between ND13 and the quartz surface,and that ND13 mainly interacts with the oxygen atoms on the quartz surface. 展开更多

Metal-free indoline dyes for dye-sensitized solar cells were studied by employing quantum chemistry methods. Comparative study of the properties of both ground and excited states of metal-free indoline dyes for dye-sensitized solar cells revealed: (i) as the number of rhodanine rings increases, the energy difference between HOMO and LUMO decreases and there is a red shift in the absorption spectrum with the binding energy increased, and the transition dipole moment decreased; (ii) Based on an analysis of charge differential density, we observed that the charge and energy are transfered from the phenylethenyl to the indoline and rhodanine rings; (iii) The electron-hole coherences are mainly on the indoline and rhodanine rings, and the exciton sizes are 30 and 40 atoms for indoline dyes with one and two rhodanline rings, respectively. These results serve as a good example of computer-aided design in metal-free indoline dyes for dye-sensitized solar cells. 展开更多

Molecular packing patterns are crucial factors determining electron/energy transfer processes that are critical for the optoelectronic properties of organic thin film devices.Herein,the polarization-selective ultraviolet/infrared(UV/IR)mixed frequency ultrafast spectroscopy is applied to investigate the relative molecular orientations in two organic thin films of 7-(diethylamino)coumarin-3-carboxylic acid(DEAC)and perylene.The signal anisotropy changes caused by intermolecular energy/electron transfers are utilized to calculate the cross angles between the electronic transition dipole moment of the donor and the vibrational transition dipole moments of the acceptor,yielding the relative orientation between two adjacent molecules.Using this method,the relative orientation angle in DEAC film is determined to be 53.4°,close to 60°of its single crystalline structure,and that of the perylene film is determined to be 6.2°,also close to-0.2°of its single crystalline structure.Besides experimental uncertainties,the small difference between the angles determined by this method and those of single crystals also results from the fact that the thin film samples are polycrystalline where some of the molecules are amorphous. 展开更多

In this paper,a space-time correlation based fast regional spectrum sensing(RSS)scheme is proposed to reduce the time and energy consumption of traditional spatial spectrum sensing. The target region is divided into small meshes,and all meshes are clustered into highly related groups using the spatial correlation among them. In each group,some representative meshes are selected as detecting meshes(DMs)using a multi-center mesh(MCM)clustering algorithm,while other meshes(EMs)are estimated according to their correlations with DMs and the Markov modeled dependence on history by MAP principle. Thus,detecting fewer meshes saves the sensing consumption. Since two independent estimation processes may provide contradictory results,minimum entropy principle is adopted to merge the results. Tested with data acquired by radio environment mapping measurement conducted in the downtown Beijing,our scheme is capable to reduce the consumption of traditional sensing method with acceptable sensing performance. 展开更多

Two tautomers NTH and N9H with the comparable energies are far more stable than the others. The vertical ionization energies of the tautomers calculated with ab initio electron propagator theory in the P3/aug-cc-pVDZ approximation are in agreement with the experimental data from photoelectron spectroscopy. According to the calculated relative energies and the comparison between the simulated and the experimental photoelectron spectra, it demonstrates that there are at least two tautomers of 1-methyl-hypoxanthine in the gas-phase experiments. 展开更多

The variation of the flux of energetic electrons in the magnetosphere has been proven to be strongly related to the solar wind speed. Observations of GEO orbit show that the flux of low-energy electrons is not only modulated by the solar wind speed, but, if a time delay is added, is also positively correlated to the flux of high-energy electrons. This feature provides a possible method to forecast the flux of high-energy electrons in GEO orbit. In this study, the correlations of the fluxes between the high-energy electrons and low-middle-energy electrons obtained at different L values and in different orbits are investigated to develop the application of this feature. Based on the analysis of long–term data observed by NOAA POES and GOES, the correlations between the fluxes of high-energy electrons and low–middle–energy electrons are good enough at different L values and in different orbits in quiet time, but this correlation is strongly affected by CME–driven geomagnetic storms. 展开更多

Monolayer FeSe films grown on SrTiO_3(STO)substrate show superconducting gap-opening temperatures(T_c) which are almost an order of magnitude higher than those of the bulk FeSe and are highest among all known Fe-based... Monolayer FeSe films grown on SrTiO_3(STO)substrate show superconducting gap-opening temperatures(T_c) which are almost an order of magnitude higher than those of the bulk FeSe and are highest among all known Fe-based superconductors. Angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy observed ‘‘replica bands' ' suggesting the importance of the interaction between FeSe electrons and STO phonons. These facts rejuvenated the quest for T_c enhancement mechanisms in iron-based, especially ironchalcogenide, superconductors. Here, we perform the first numerically-exact sign-problem-free quantum Monte Carlo simulations to iron-based superconductors. We(1) study the electronic pairing mechanism intrinsic to heavily electron doped FeSe films, and(2) examine the effects of electron–phonon interaction between FeSe and STO as well as nematic fluctuations on T_c. Armed with these results, we return to the question ‘‘what makes the Tcof monolayer FeSe on SrTiO_3 so high?'' in the conclusion and discussions. 展开更多

Nanostructured Mn3O4 was introduced to activated C (AC) by a novel sonochemical reaction, and the resulting nanocomposites were examined as supercapacitor electrodes. The sonication not only catalyzed the redox reaction but also promoted the diffusion of the precursors, causing the formation of coherent nanocomposites with Mn3O4 nanoparticles grown and uniformly distributed inside the mesopores of the AC. In addition, the extreme local condition in the sonochemical synthesis yielded an excessive amount of divalent manganese ions and oxygen vacancies. This novel microstructure endowed the sample with a superior performance, including a specific capacitance of 150 F/g compared with the value of 93 F/g for AC at a charge/discharge rate of 100 mA/g. A Li-ion capacitor delivered an energy density of 68 Wh/kg, compared with 41 Wh/kg for the AC capacitor at a power density of 210 W/kg. 展开更多

This paper studies the effective polytropic index in the central plasma sheet (CPS) by using the method of Kartalev et al. (2006), which adopts the denoising technique of Haar wavelet to identify the homogeneous MHD Bernoulli integral (MBI) and has been frequently used to study the polytropic relation in the solar wind. We chose the quiet CPS crossing by Cluster C1 during the interval 08:51:00-09:19:00 UT on 03 August 2001. In the central plasma sheet, thermal pressure energy per unit mass is the most important part in MBI, and kinetic energy of fluid motion and electromagnetic energy per unit mass are less important. In the MBI, there are many peaks, which correspond to isothermal or near isothermal processes. The interval lengths of homogenous MBI regions are generally less than 1 min. The polytropic indexes are calculated by linearly fitting the data of lnp and Inn within a 16 s window, which is shifted forward by 8 s step length. Those polytropic indexes with IRI ≥0.8 (R is the correlation coefficient between lnp and inn) and p-value≤0.1 in the homogeneous regions are almost all in the range of [0, 1]. The mean and median effective polytropic indexes with high R and low p-value in homogeneous regions are 0.34 and 0.32 respectively, which are much different from the polytropic index obtained by traditional method (αtrad=-0.15). This result indicates that the CPS is not uniform even during quiet time and the blanket applications of polytropic law to plasma sheet may return misleading value of polytropic index. The polytropic indexes in homogeneous regions with a high correlation coefficient basically have good regression significance and are thus credible. These results are very important to understand the energy transport in magnetotail in the MHD frame. 展开更多

We propose a new scheme for generating the superposition and entanglement of the coherent states and squeezed states by consid- ering N superconducting charge qubits (or artificial two-level atoms) interacting with photons in a high finesse cavity on a chip, assisted by a strong driving field. By virtue of the parameters of this system, we can generate novel quantum states, for example, multiparty entangled states and Schr6dinger cat states among the superconducting qubits, coherent states and squeezed states of the cavity. These states, whose amplitudes are about two orders greater than those from the atomic quantum electrodynamics in classical cavity, are important for understanding the boundary between quantum and classical behavior and can be utilized in experimental studies on decoherence. This device may be an architecture for future solid-state quantum computation and communication. 展开更多

Water electrolysis to produce H2 is a promising strategy for generating a renewable fuel.However,the sluggish-kinetics and low value-added anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)restricts the overall energy conversion efficiency.Herein we report a strategy of boosting H_(2)production at low voltages by replacing OER with a bioelectrochemical cascade reaction at a triphase bioanode.In the presence of oxygen,oxidase enzymes can convert biomass into valuable products,and concurrently generate H_(2)O_(2) that can be further electrooxidized at the bioanode.Benefiting from the efficient oxidase kinetics at an oxygen-rich triphase bioanode and the more favorable thermodynamics of H_(2)O_(2)oxidation than that of OER,the cell voltage and energy consumption are reduced by~0.70 V and~36%,respectively,relative to regular water electrolysis.This leads to an efficient H_(2)production at the cathode and valuable product generation at the bioanode.Integration of a bioelectrochemical cascade into the water splitting process provides an energy-efficient and promising pathway for achieving a renewable fuel. 展开更多
