The algorithm of constructing such global encoding ker...To adjust the variance of source rate in linear broadcast networks, global encoding kernels should have corresponding dimensions to instruct the decoding process. The algorithm of constructing such global encoding kernels is to adjust heterogeneous network to possible link failures. Linear algebra, graph theory and group theory are applied to construct one series of global encoding kernels which are applicable to all source rates. The effectiveness and existence of such global encoding kernels are proved. Based on 2 information flow, the algorithm of construction is explicitly given within polynomial time O（｜E｜ ｜T｜.ω^2max）, and the memory complexity of algorithm is O（｜E｜）. Both time and memory complexity of this algorithm proposed can be O（ωmax） less than those of algorithms in related works.展开更多

The current television model is undergoing a deep-rooted change, and its future depends, to a large extent, on its presence in cyberspace. For the purposes of this study, we selected the internet homepages of the 12 regional radio-television stations which together make up the Spanish Federation of Regional Radio and Television Organizations （FORTA）. Actually, what we see in many ...With this article we aim to propose an analytical alternative to what we could call the substitution and condemnation of the spectator as an element of the new technological apparatuses. Actually, what we see in many of the current reflections on new media is that while the spectator is being accused of ultimate passivity, he is also being mobilized to emancipated action as an empowered user. Through the critique of an online application available on Portuguese Radio Television （RTP）＇s website, the state-owned television network, called 0 Meu Telejornal1, we will try to demonstrate that we actually need to develop a spectator theory to critically understand the political position of the citizen within our changing contemporary media environment.展开更多

In recent years, with the computer technology network communication technology and constant innovation rapid development of digital technology, digital new media got rapid development. Under the digital new media industry has gradually become the core industry of 21 st century knowledge economy and the new economic growth point. But there are still some problems in the digital of new media development. How to treat these problems to take effective countermeasures is vital to healthy development of the new media. Our research proposes corresponding guidance and the perspective on the development orientation which acts as the paradigm and the guideline.展开更多
