本论文运用二维码实现了医院电视点餐系统的支付功能,对传统的医院电视点餐系统进行了改进,解决了传统的医院电视点餐系统与HIS系统对接所实现电视点餐造成病人信息泄露的问题,即在充分利用医院基础设施的前提下,使病人更加方便地实现营养餐的订购及费用支付。

Clinical Features and Treatment of Bronchogenic Cyst in Adults

Objective To investigate the clinical features and management of bronchogenic cyst in the adults. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 50 patients admitted to our hospital with histopathologically proved bronchogenic cyst from January 1983 to December 2007. Of all the patients, 28 were male and 22 were female, with an average age of 36.9 (range, 18 to 64) years. The symptoms, location of the cysts, imaging evaluation, surgical treatment manner, and outcome of these patients were analyzed. Results Symptoms were present in 33 of the 50 patients, and cough was the most common symptom. Thirteen patients presented with complications: hemoptysis, infected cyst, dysphagia, paralysis, and hoarseness. The locations of the cysts included the mediastinum (28 cases), pulmonary parenchyma (12 cases), hilar area (3 cases), visceral pleura (1 case), and some rare locations including the intestinal mesentery (1 case), retroperitoneum (1 case), adrenal gland (1 case), neck (2 cases), and dura matter of the cervical verte-brae (1 case). Chest X-ray was performed in 36 patients and computed tomography (CT) was performed in 41 patients. The bronchogenic cyst in CT was characterized as a round, well circumscribed, unilocular mass, with density ranging from that of water to high density (0-50 Hu). As for treatment, complete resection of the bronchogenic cyst was performed in 47 (94%) patients, subtotal resection was performed in 3 (6%) patients. Open surgery was performed in 45 (90%) patients, and thoracoscopy (video-assisted thoracic surgery) was performed in 5 (10%) paitients. Of the 12 patients with intrapulmonary cyst, 11 patients underwent lobectomy and 1 patient underwent wedge resection. Postoperative sequelae occurred in 2 patients, 1 with persistent air leakage and 1 with hoarseness. All patients were proved with bronchogenic cyst pathologically. The average follow-up period was 6.5 years (range, 4 months to 10 years), and no late sequelae or recurrence of the cyst occurred. Conclusions The clinical and imaging presentations of bronchogenic cyst in adults are variable. Surgical resection is the best way for diagnosis and treatment. Both open surgery and thoracoscopy are appropriate for the selected candidates.

It combines expertise in education and television to develop a prototype,., where the contents are generated using an automatic recommendation model based on personal profiles of each user; and that can be accessed from different devices： computers, mobile phones and so on.

CHARACTERISTICS OF MULTIFOCAL ELECTRORETINOGRAM IN THE FELLOW EYES OF PATIENTS WITH HIGH MYOPIA WITH RETINAL DETACHMENT

Objective To observe the changes on multifocal electroretinography （MfERG） in the fellow eyes of patients with high myopia without fundus lesions and rhegmatogenous retinal detachment （RRD）. Methods MfERG was performed in 66 patients （ 66 eyes） which were grouped into ： emmetropes （ n = 22 ） as the control eye ; high myopes without fundus lesions （ corrected visual acuity ≥ 1. 0, n = 15 ） ; and fellow eyes of high myopics with RRD （n = 29 ）. The first-order kernels N1, P1, N2 response density and latency were analyzed. Results When compared with the emmetropes group, the high myopes group had significantly reduced N1 , PI , and N2 wave response densities in rings 1 to 6 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, delayed N1 wave latency in rings 3 to 6, and P1 wave latency in rings 3 to 5 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The fellow eyes group had significantly reduced N1, P1, and N2 wave response densities in rings 1 to 6 and significantly delayed N1 and P1 wave latencies in rings 3 to 6 （ P 〈0. 05） compared with the emmetropes group. Compared with the high myopes group, P1 wave response densities in rings 1 to 6, N1 wave response densities in rings 1,3, 4, and 6, and N2 wave response density in ring 1 were significantly decreased in the fellow eyes group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; whereas there were no significant differences in latencies between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion MfERG can sensitively assess the early changes in visual function in fellow eyes in patients with RRD.

IVaqoyqatsi Between Freedom and Necessity： A Thematic and Modal Analysis

This paper refers to the analysis of Naqoyqatsi＇s （2002） contents, which have to be approached through some key questions： What is the director Godfrey Reggio communicating through this non-fictional work？ What is the film＇s main theme？ What is the relationship between its parts？ And above all, which underlying concept attains a central place for the understanding of this film that can be considered as an audiovisual poem？ In these terms, the paper＇s purpose is to unveil Naqoyqatsi＇s meaning through a thematic and modal analysis. The aim is to contemplate both the film＇s narrative and formal aspect, in order to deeply understand the way it represents a basic human contradiction： the subjugation provoked by gravity （necessity） and the will to overcome this superior structural force through action （freedom）. Therefore, this paper intends to show that such a monumental audiovisual work is a very profound cinematographic thesis about human condition, also reflecting about the reason of social conflicts and sorrows. The method adopted in this paper implies both a conceptual film analysis and a glance over the audiovisual style, considering the intersections between the varieties of languages used by Reggio to compose this huge film indexed as a documentary and literally being a creative treatment of＂reality＂.

Semi-reference image quality metric for virtual view images in free-viewpoint television

A semi-reference image quality assessment metric based on similarity measurement for synthesized virtual viewpoint image （VVI） in free-viewpoint television system （FFV） is proposed in this paper. The key point of the proposed metric is taking resemblant information between VVI and its neighbor view images for quality assessment to make our metric to be extended to multi-semi-reference image quality assessment easily. The proposed metric first extracts impact factors from image features, then combines an image synthesis technique and similarity functions, in which, disparity information are taken into account for registering the resemblant regions. Experiments are divided into three phases. Phase I is to verify the validation of the proposed metric by taking impaired images and original reference into account. The experimental results show the agreement between evaluation scores and bio-characteristic of human visual system. Phase II shows the accordance with Phase I by taking neighbor view as reference. The proposed metric can be taken as a full reference one to evaluate the image quality even though the original reference is absent. Phase III is then performed to evaluate the quality of WI. Evaluation scores in the experimental results are able to evaluate the quality of VVI.
