The proposed model is succinct in methodology and calculation complexity compared with previous statistical models. However,it provides favorable estimations of CMOS process fluctuations on the SCM circuit, which makes it promising for engineering applications. The model statistically abstracts physical parameters, which depend on the IC process, into random variables with certain mean values and standard deviations, while aggregating all the random impacts into a discrete martingale. The correctness of the proposed method is experimentally verified on an SCM circuit implemented in an SMIC 0.18μm CMOS 1P6M mixed signal process with a conversion factor of 100 in an input range from 100pA to lμA. The pro- posed theory successfully predicts - 10% of die-to-die fluctuation measured in the experiment, and also suggests the -lmV of threshold voltage standard deviation over a single die, which meets the process parameters suggested by the design kit from the foundry. The deviations between calculated probabilities and measured data are less than 8%. Meanwhile, pertinent suggestions concerning high fluctuation tolerance subthreshold analog circuit design are also made and discussed.展开更多

It is analyzed what is the reasonable number of n circuits and the number of blocks composed by parallel resistor and inductor in parallel for reduction of numerical oscillations. It is simulated the numerical routine with and without the effectof frequency in the longitudinal parameters. Initially, it is used to state variables and 7t circuits representing the transmission line composing a linear system which is solved by numerical routines based on the trapezoidal rule. The effect of frequency on the line is synthesized by resistors and inductors in parallel and this representation is analyzed in details. It is described as transmission lines and the frequency influence in these lines through the state variables.展开更多

The phase shifting angle can be tuned from 0 to 27r by simply adjusting the qubit-resonator detuning and the interaction time. Based on this gate proposal, we give a detailed procedure to implement the three-qubit quantum Fourier transform with circuit quantum eleetrodynamics (QED). A careful analysis of the decoherence sources shows that the algorithm can be achieved with a high fidelity using current circuit QED techniques.展开更多

We investigate in detail theconstruction of universal quantum circuit of near trivial transformations. We first construct two universal quantum circuits whichcan implement any single-qubit rotation Ry(θ) and Rz(θ) within any given precision, and then we construct universal quantum circuitimplementing any single-qubit transformation within any given precision. Finally, a universal quantum circuit implementing anyn-qubit near-trivial transformation is constructed using the universal quantum circuits of Ry(θ) and Rz(θ). In the universal quantumcircuit presented, each quantum transformation is encoded to a bit string which is used as ancillary inputs. The output of the circuitconsists of the related bit string and the result of near-trivial transformation. Our result may be useful for the design of universalquantum computer in the future.展开更多
