为恢复独立车轮轻轨车辆的自导向能力,应用定子电路中串入电容的电轴技术到驱动独立车轮的牵引电机之间,形成独立车轮之间的电气耦合同步。研究结果表明:耦合性能对电机转速灵敏度高,降低电机转速,耦合能力增加;转子接入的电阻与电容较... 为恢复独立车轮轻轨车辆的自导向能力,应用定子电路中串入电容的电轴技术到驱动独立车轮的牵引电机之间,形成独立车轮之间的电气耦合同步。研究结果表明:耦合性能对电机转速灵敏度高,降低电机转速,耦合能力增加;转子接入的电阻与电容较小时,对耦合性能影响也较小;当电阻与电容较大时,参数灵敏度高,增加转子接入阻抗,耦合能力下降。理论分析后确定电气耦合轮对是根据左右车轮相对转角自动产生耦合转矩的技术。建立轻轨车辆横向动力学模型,电气耦合轮对与经典的弹性阻尼耦合轮对仿真结果表明:独立车轮构成电气耦合轮对后,恢复了自导向能力;二者均具有曲线通过能力;电机为产生耦合力矩而造成的最大功耗仅几百瓦。 展开更多

针对独立车轮自导向性能差的问题,应用改进电轴技术在轻轨车辆电机单独驱动独立车轮中,形成一种电气耦合轮对型式,以无形的电轴替代传统的机械轴,改善导向性能。从电路分析理论出发,分析了新型耦合轮对的耦合性能和影响因素,确定电气耦... 针对独立车轮自导向性能差的问题,应用改进电轴技术在轻轨车辆电机单独驱动独立车轮中,形成一种电气耦合轮对型式,以无形的电轴替代传统的机械轴,改善导向性能。从电路分析理论出发,分析了新型耦合轮对的耦合性能和影响因素,确定电气耦合轮对是一种对左右车轮转角差自动施加反馈控制的技术,且轮对耦合的强弱可通过调节电容与电阻实现,调节电容方案因能耗低而优于调节电阻方案。建立电气耦合轮对和弹性阻尼耦合轮对轻轨车辆横向动力学模型,分析了轮对的转向行为。仿真结果表明:电气耦合轮对耦合力矩最大达到近1kN.m,耦合能力强;直线上受激扰后,2种车辆的横移量与摇头角自行趋于0,通过曲线时,横移量稳定值小于8mm,摇头角小于0.2°,因此,2种耦合轮对车辆具有直线对中能力和曲线通过性能;通过小曲线时,电机因电气耦合而造成的最大耗能功率低于140W,系统能耗低。 展开更多

The layout features of unit shafting and their effects on vibration, as well as evaluation criteria, were introduced for a 1000-MW ultra-supercritical turbine-generator unit with Simens technology. Based on vibration diagnosis and treatment for more than 10 units, some typical vibration faults were summarized, such as the vibration fluctuation of the high pressure (HP) rotor, abnormal vibration increases of the No.3 bearing pedestal and large vibration of the exciter rotor during its critical speed range. The vibration characteristics and the causes of faults and countermeasures were analyzed. Three applications for further illustration were given. The vibration fault identification method, control measures, and applications can provide a reference for vibration diagnoses and treatment of same type units. 展开更多

This paper presents investigations into the influences of bearing clearances on the diagnostic features of monitoring rolling-bearings. A nonlinear dynamic model of a deep groove ball bearing with five degrees of freedom is developed for numerical analysis under increased radial clearances which are due to not only the scenarios of bearing grades but also gradual wear with bearing service lifetime. The model incorporates local defects and clearance increments in order to gain the insight into the bearing dynamics under different fault cases along with clearance changes. Numerical results show that the vibrations at fault characteristic frequencies exhibit clear inconsistency with common understandings for different cases of increased clearances. This study highlights that it has to take into account the clearance effect, especially for the inner race fault, in order to avoid the under-estimate of fault sizes which may be indicated by the feature amplitude reduction. 展开更多
