目的探究在缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者中采取多通路功能性电刺激(FES)四肢联动干预对其步行功能的影响.方法将本院2021年4月—2022年10月收治的98例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者纳为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各49例.对照组进... 目的探究在缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者中采取多通路功能性电刺激(FES)四肢联动干预对其步行功能的影响.方法将本院2021年4月—2022年10月收治的98例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者纳为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各49例.对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上进行多通路FES四肢联动干预,均持续干预1个月.比较两组步行功能、下肢运动功能、平衡能力、生活能力、生活质量.结果干预前,两组步行功能、下肢运动功能、平衡能力、生活能力、生活质量对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组步速(0.93±0.22)m/s快于对照组,步长(0.55±0.20)m长于对照组,功能性步行量表评分(3.61±0.40)分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表下肢部分评分(26.73±2.21)分、Berg平衡量表评分(42.55±3.22)分,改良Barthel指数评分(72.25±4.27)分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分(206.75±11.42)分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者中采取多通路FES四肢联动干预能够有效改善其下肢运动功能,提高平衡能力,提升生活质量,具有临床推广价值. 展开更多

目的:比较多通路功能性电刺激(FES)四肢联动和普通四肢联动治疗对脑卒中患者下肢功能恢复的差异。方法:32例脑卒中患者随机分为普通四肢联动治疗组(对照组)和多通路FES四肢联动治疗组(观察组)各16例。2组患者均接受常规的物理治疗、作... 目的:比较多通路功能性电刺激(FES)四肢联动和普通四肢联动治疗对脑卒中患者下肢功能恢复的差异。方法:32例脑卒中患者随机分为普通四肢联动治疗组(对照组)和多通路FES四肢联动治疗组(观察组)各16例。2组患者均接受常规的物理治疗、作业治疗、针灸等康复治疗,对照组加以普通四肢联动治疗,观察组加以多通路FES四肢联动治疗,4组电极片分别置于患侧股四头肌、腘绳肌、胫前肌、腓肠肌,刺激强度以患者忍受为限。选择Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表下肢部分(FMA-L)评定2组患者治疗前后下肢运动功能,Berg平衡量表(BBS)评定平衡功能,10m步行能力测试(10-MW)评定步行速度。结果:治疗4周后2组患者FMA-L评分、BBS评分、10-MW速度较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组提高幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多通路FES四肢联动治疗对于促进脑卒中患者下肢功能恢复的疗效明显优于普通四肢联动治疗。 展开更多

一些超大规模集成电路(VLSI)近来通过行为描述已在高层次被设计.行为合成可以将行为描述变换成由控制器和数据通路组成的寄存器传输层电路.数据通路的控制信号线输入序列和状态信号线输出序列从控制器提取.作者提出一种生成综合功能时... 一些超大规模集成电路(VLSI)近来通过行为描述已在高层次被设计.行为合成可以将行为描述变换成由控制器和数据通路组成的寄存器传输层电路.数据通路的控制信号线输入序列和状态信号线输出序列从控制器提取.作者提出一种生成综合功能时间扩展模型的方法,其中提取的信息作为约束被加入.在常规的贯序测试生成方法中使用时间模型只有结构信息,因为对于实际的贯序电路的搜索空间相当庞大,所以在合理时间内很难达到高排错效率.在使用来自功能验证模块的功能时间扩展模型的贯序测试生成方法中,因为所有的功能行为不可能全被覆盖,所以很难提高排错效率.由于作者提出的方法可以覆盖所有的功能行为,所以与常规的方法相比可以实现在合理时间内的高排错效率.所提出的测试生成方法被用于除法器电路.实验数据显示了在16s内排错覆盖率达到了100%. 展开更多

To meet the demands for different supply voltage levels on SOC required by digital modules like CPU core and analog modules,a novel dual-output charge pump is proposed. The charge pump can output a step-up and a step-down voltage simultaneously with a high driving capability. The multiple gain pair technique was introduced to enhance its efficiency. The proposed co-use technology for capacitors and switch arrays reduced its cost. The charge pump was designed and fabricated in a TSMC 0.35μm mixed-signal CMOS process. A group of analytical equations were derived to model its static characteristics. A state-space model was derived to describe its small-signal dynamic behavior. Analytical predictions were verified by Spectre simulation and testing. The consistency of simulated results as well as test results with analytical predictions demonstrated the high precision of the derived analytical equations and the developed models. 展开更多

A monolithic voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) based on negative resistance principle is presented uti-lizing commercially available InGaP/GaAs hetero-junction bipolar transistor (HBT) technology. This VCO is de-signed for 5GHz-band wireless applications. Except for bypass and decoupled capacitors,no external component is needed for real application. Its measured output frequency range is from 4.17 to 4.56GHz,which is very close to the simulation one. And the phase noise at an offset frequency of 1MHz is -112dBc/Hz. The VCO core dissipates 15.5mW from a 3.3V supply,and the output power ranges from 0 to 2dBm. To compare with other oscillators,the figure of merit is calculated,which is about -173.2dBc/Hz. Meanwhile, the principle and design method of nega-tive resistance oscillator are also discussed. 展开更多

These models allow for circuit design, simulation, and optimization within a CAD simulator. 目的:针刀松解顽固性呃逆患者的脊柱带区有关病变的软组织,消除粘连、挛缩、瘢痕、堵塞等病理因素,使受牵拉卡压的迷走神经、膈神经、交感神经的生理功能得以恢复;观察其治疗效果并探讨其机制。中医杂症之呃有因于气逆,有因于寒,有因于... 目的:针刀松解顽固性呃逆患者的脊柱带区有关病变的软组织,消除粘连、挛缩、瘢痕、堵塞等病理因素,使受牵拉卡压的迷走神经、膈神经、交感神经的生理功能得以恢复;观察其治疗效果并探讨其机制。中医杂症之呃有因于气逆,有因于寒,有因于热,有因于食滞,有因于气滞,实者多气疾火郁,虚者脾肾阳虚与胃阴不足;虽然病在胸膈,却病及心、肝、脾、胃、肾等诸脏腑;而病变软组织对支配上述脏腑的神经(迷走神经、膈神经、交感神经)的牵拉卡压是脏腑功能失调的根本因素。选择32例适宜针刀治疗的呃逆患者,针刀松解其神经易牵拉卡压的部位,观察、统计、随访。具体方法:①针刀松解双侧茎突前缘(翳风,迷走神经易牵拉卡压部位),②针刀松解双侧颈3、4、5横突后结节(扶突、天鼎,膈神经易牵拉卡压部位),③针刀松解胸1~12棘突间韧带及双侧椎间孔外口(督脉和华佗夹脊穴,交感神经易牵拉卡压部位),④针刀松解腰1、2、3横突尖及双侧椎间孔外口。根据病情轻重选取松解部位,每周1~2次,4周为1个疗程,1~3疗程评定效果。结果:一疗程治愈27例,随访一年无复发占84.4%,显效2例占6.3%,有效1例占3%,无效2例占6.3%。结论:针刀治疗,效果显著,说明,病变软组织对支配脏腑的神经的牵拉卡压是脏腑功能失调的根本因素,是呃逆的基本病因。这一机制是比较科学的,这种治疗方法值得推广。 展开更多

Aiming at the application of a wireless sensor network to locating miners in underground mine,we design a wireless sensor network location node system,considering the communication performance and the intrinsic safety. The location node system consists of a mobile node,several fixed nodes,and a sink node,all of whose circuits were designed based on CC2430. A varistor and a RC circuit were used in the reset circuit of a sensor node to guarantee the intrinsic safety by reducing discharge energy,the theoretical analysis of the discharge energy shows that the reset circuit is an intrinsic safety one. The analysis and simulation about the performance of the location node system are discussed,such as network communication delay and packet loss rate,the results show that the highest network communication delay of the system is about 0.11 seconds,and the highest packet loss rate is about 0.13,which assures the location node system has a high reliability,and can locate miners in the underground mine. 展开更多

A tree-type architecture was utilized. The output data bit rate is 2.5 Gb/s at input clock rate of 1.25 GHz. The simulation results show that the output signal has peak-to-peak amplitude of 400 mV, the power dissipation is less than 200 mW and the power dissipation of core circuit is less than 20 mW at the 2.5 Gb/s standard bit rate and supply voltage of 2.5 V. To study the influencing factors of traffic violations,this study investigated the effects of vehicle attribution,day of week,time of day,location of traffic violations,and weather on traffic violations based on the electronic enforcement data and historical weather data obtained in Shangyu,China.Ten categories of traffic violations were determined from the raw data.Then,chi-square tests were used to analyze the relationship between traffic violations and the potential risk factors.Multinomial logistic regression analyses were conducted to further estimate the effects of different risk factors on the likelihood of the occurrence of traffic violations.By analyzing the results of chi-square tests via SPSS,the five factors above were all determined as significant factors associated with traffic violations.The results of the multinomial logistic regression revealed the significant effects of the five factors on the likelihood of the occurrence of corresponding traffic violations.The conclusions are of great significance for the development of effective traffic intervention measures to reduce traffic violations and the improvement of road traffic safety. 展开更多

Power line communication technology is used in various applications, from high voltage network to the low voltage network, as it is the only wired communication technology that is comparable with wireless communication network. It works by injecting a modulated carrier wave into the electric cables from one transceiver to another. But still, the noise level and impedance mismatch are still the main concern of this technology, particularly in the low voltage network in residential area. Power line has additive non-white noise and extremely harsh environment for communication. At the same time, there is signal attenuation along the power line caused by the impedance mismatch in the power line network. Even though these problems can be controlled using a band-pass filter and an impedance matching circuit respectively, but the impedances in the power line are time and location variant and it is rather difficult to design a circuit that allows maximum power transfer in the system all the time. Thus in this paper, a new adaptive impedance matching circuits is proposed for narrowband power line communication. This methodology is derived based on the RLC band-pass filter circuit. This concept is designed to achieve simpler configuration and higher matching resolution. 展开更多

The protection of distribution networks is facing new challenges from an increasing amount of DG (distributed generation). Even though current technology provides satisfactory solutions to manage this new situation, LOM (loss-of-mains protection) is still considered problematic. The solution proposed in this paper focuses on the use of a line differential protection relay. It inherently contains a suitable communication channel and provides absolutely selective protection for the feeder. Furthermore, it prevents the feeder relays from false tripping for faults on the neighboring feeder. The present trend in protection communication points towards the use of fiber optics. For line differential protection, this means a fast and high-capacity communication link which enables the implementation of many advanced protection functions. In addition, a solid foundation for such a communication link is offered by the new IEC 61850 standard and Ethernet technologies. The basic functionality of the line differential protection enables the operation of both the feeder protection and the DG protection for any fault on the feeder.
