男炎消对大鼠实验性前列腺炎影响的病理学观察

目的 :观察男炎消对大鼠实验性前列腺炎的组织病理学影响。方法 :采用向大鼠前列腺组织内注入角叉菜胶的方法复制大鼠前列腺炎模型 ,并分别对模型组及口服男炎消冲剂后的大鼠组进行前列腺组织病理学检查。结果 :口服男炎消冲剂后的大鼠前列腺湿质量均比模型组明显要轻 ,两者比较有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5) ,且镜下炎症改变亦比模型组明显轻。结论 :口服男炎消冲剂对角叉菜胶所致大鼠实验性前列腺炎具有较好的抑制炎症发生作用。

薄层扫描法测定男炎消颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量

目的 :建立薄层扫描法测定男炎消颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 :样品经处理后 ,以苯 醋酸乙酯 甲醇 异丙醇 氨水 (6∶3∶1.5∶1.5∶0 .3)为展开剂 ,测定波长λ =36 5nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 98.3% ,RSD =3.15 %。结论 :该方法简便、灵敏、准确 。

男炎消冲剂治疗慢性前列腺炎78例

目的 :探讨清热解毒 ,通淋祛瘀类中药治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法 :以男炎消冲剂 (土茯苓、虎杖、土牛膝、丹皮、丹参、黄柏、蒲公英、石菖蒲等 )口服治疗慢性前列腺炎 78例 ,结果 :总有效率 82 .1 %。提示 :本方法对本病有清热解毒 。

下蹲缓解老年“男炎”多发

部队老干部离退休之后,无不渴望有个健康的身体。但有些老年男性常常饱受前列腺增生等男科疾病之苦。前列腺增生又称前列腺肥大,是老年男性常见慢性疾病,也是泌尿外科常见病。男性45岁左右时前列腺要么趋向于萎缩,要么趋向于增生。发现不适后,应找专科医生进行对症诊疗,还要注意饮食起居问题。

“男炎”之隐前列腺

就像子宫之于女性一样,前列腺是男性独有的。除参与男性的一些生理活动外,前列腺还给男人带来许多难言之隐——反复发作、难以治愈的前列腺炎,临床表现为排尿异常(疼痛频数),小腹、腰骶、外生殖器痛,周身酸楚不适,乏力失眠,遗精早泄、勃起障碍等。 前列腺炎是泌尿外科最为常见的疾病。初步统计成年男性的1/4不同程度罹患此病。其发病率高。

中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎疗效观察

目的 观察中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎效果。方法 将幽门螺杆菌阳性的慢性胃炎患者 1 30例分为 2组。对照组 60例用胶态次枸橼酸铋、甲硝唑、四环素治疗 ;治疗组 70例在对照组常规治疗基础上加用中药辨证分型治疗。结果 治疗组显效 50例 ,有效 1 7例 ,总有效率 95.7% ;对照组显效、有效、总有效率分别为 2 8例、2 6例、90 %。 2组总有效率无显著差异 ( P >0 .0 5) ,但显效率有显著差异 ( P <0 . 0 1 )。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎 ,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Higher platelet P-selectin in male patients with inflammatory bowel disease compared to healthy males

AIM： To observe if the total amount of platelet P-selectin （tP-selectin） in patients with inflammatory bowel disease （IBD） was related to disease entity or activity, 5-aminosalicylic acid （5-ASA） medication or gender. METHODS： tP-selectin was measured by immunoassay in seventeen IBD patients and twelve healthy controls. RESULTS： Compared to controls, there was no difference of tP-selectin in patients related to disease entity or activity and 5-ASA medication. When the groups were split according to gender the male patient group showed higher levels of tP-selectin compared to male controls （153 ng/mL vs 94 ng/mL, P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Increased tP-selectin levels may alter the inflammatory response and susceptibility to thromboembolic disease. As previously shown with soluble P-selectin, tP-selectin shows gender dependent differences important to consider in future studies.

Treatment of Hordeolum by Bloodletting at Ear Apex

Hordeolum, the acute pyogenic infection of staphylococci in the palpebral glands, is one of the most commonly seen disorders of the external eye diseases. According to the location of the lesion, it can be divided into internal and external hordeolum. The early symptoms are redness, swelling, and pain in the eyelid. In severe cases, the condition can be accompanied with ipsilateral headache and swelling of the pre-auricular lymph node. Since TCM bloodletting has remarkable effect for treating hordeolum at the early stage, we would like to recommend this simple, easy and effective treatment to doctors who are interested in physiocracy.

Ethnic difference of Helicobacter pylori gastritis: Korean and Japanese gastritis is characterized by male- and antrum-predominant acute foveolitis in comparison with American gastritis

AIM: To investigate the clinicopathological factors underlying the ethnic differences of Helicobacter pylori gastritis and cancer.METHODS: We analyzed clinicopathological parameters of gastric biopsies having H pylori infection that were randomly selected from different ethnic populations including 147 Americans, 149 Japanese, and 181 Koreans.RESULTS: Males were predominant in Japanese and Korean populations (77.9 and 67.4% respectively) in comparison with Americans (48.3%) (P＜0.001). H pylori gastritis in Koreans and Japanese was characterized by the predominant antral involvement. In the antrum,neutrophilic infiltration into the proliferative zone of pit, i,e.acute foveolitis, was more frequent in Koreans (82%) than in Japanese (71%) (P＜0.05) and Americans (61%) (P＜0.001).Interstitial neutrophilic infiltration, intestinal metaplasia and atrophy were also frequent in Koreans and Japanese. In the body, the prevalence of acute foveolitis was not significantly different among the populations while chronic interstitial inflammation and lymphoid follicles were more pronounced in the body of Americans than in the body of others (P＜0.01).CONCLUSION: The male-, and antrum-predominant Hpylori gastritis in Koreans and Japanese is compatible with the pattern of sex and topographical distribution of gastric cancer incidence. Our data suggest that persistent acute foveolitis at the proliferative zone is a crucial step in the gastric carcinogenesis.

Catgut Point-Embedding Therapy in Treatment of 76 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis

In recent years, our department has adopted a catgut point-embedding therapy in the treatment of 76 cases of chronic ulcerative colitis, with quite good therapeutic effects. The following is a report of it.Clinical DataOf 76 cases we treated, 32 were male, and 44 female, with the ages ranging from 23 to 65 years and the duration of illness from 6 months to 20 years.All the cases complained of chronic diarrhea, most of them had mucous and blood stool, and some had tenesmus.
